the parcel delivery was spot on, however trying to track the delivery was a total nightmare - rubbish!!!

There were problems with my parcels which I had to find out about myself - no one contacted me. Emails and phone calls not returned.

Try reduce prices on small packages as Royal Mail were cheaper for an item below .5kg and around 15cm sq. Happy with prices for larger items

Courier didnt collect parcel on the day agreed and even on second attemt had to ask around for address.

I registered and paid for a next-day delivery. However, my items were delivered 6 days later. In this case, I was really disappointed.
