This is the 2nd time I've fallen for this. Your service says "3-4 days delivery" to Israel and the package never arrives on time. Don't lie!

I was led to believe the parcel would be collected on 25th April It wasn't collected until the 28th. Not the 24 hour service I'd paid for!
