Delivery man didn't show up the first day, but re-schedule was easy with Parcel Monkey. And they picked and delivered (quickly) after that.

Parcel was collected on 6 May. Due for delivery on 7 May. Still not delivered as of 9 May. Not good enough!!! Service is deteriorating!
