Now 1720 and parcel not collected. Have wasted £1.00 to sort out City Liknks problems. NOT AMUSED. Then find they subcontract collections.

The courier failed to collect the parcel on the given date. It was impossible to contact Parcel Monkey to complain. Sorry, but it was awful.
