Never used Parcel Monkey previously. Had to shop around for a courier who would take a strimmer 2 metres long. Parcel Force was the only one reasonably priced. And the price was cheaper via Parcel Monkey. All went smoothly, and buyer was very happy, so I will use them again.

Good rates for service. Lucky I live near a parcelforce depot so no hassle to drop off parcels. Easy to pay and print off delivery labels at home. Only slight reservation is that Ive not been offered a receipt when dropping parcel off. Suppose on cctv though. Overall very satisfied.

chose to go with parcel force I had bought a pushchair and needed it couriered from south Wales to dorset they collected it but their tracking info and customer service representative said they had been unable to collect it, it got to me eventually but even when it did the tracking info still said not collected, it caused a lot of stress

JUNE 9, 2015 : PLACED ORDER for pickup and delivery of my glasses at cost of 21 pounds with 150 pound insurance. (shipment ID: PM3732911 INVOICE#: 2910949) JUNE 11, 2015: ORDER CHARGED TO MY VISA CARD. JUNE 29, 2015 - ITEM STILL NOT PICKED UP. Parcel Monkey doesnt allow contact by phone or email, so I used their website interface to send detailed follow-up query with all details of the order and my phone and email contact info JULY 15, 2015 - NO PICK-UP NOR REPLY TO QUERY, so I used their online interface to send second followup query. JULY 24, 2015 - STILL NO PICK-UP OR REPLY. I give up! Cant talk to this company, and they wont deliver so I will have to get Visa to reverse the charge and find a legitimate carrier.

Decided to have a change from another parcel company as the prices were cheaper than what we were originally paying however it seems with this company you are paying cheap prices for bad service. Having used this company three times now,twice the driver has failed to turn up to collect my goods, once this problem had been reported to the team I was then advised that the driver could not collect for a further two days. Will not be using this company again and will defiantly not be recommending them.

I am in the process of sending a parcel to Pakistan. The tracking number i was given is incorrect. I then sent Parcel Monkey an email asking for the correct one for which i was sent a separate number. This is also did not work. I have still not received confirmation of where my parcel is and this is very frustrating.

The driver who came to collect our parcel on Monday 20th July was helpful and friendly. Your Company delivers services on time and value for money too.
I would use your Company in near future for National & International collections. Also introduce my friends and neighbours to use your services.

Two caveats = Parcel Monkey told us to get the DPD collecting drivers name and signature - he refused,
Received 2 emails in German (the destination) which I think meant the parcel had been delivered, |English would be better..

Got an email saying printing the label was optional, but driver did not bring one so the urgent parcel was not collected. I then had to rebook collection for the next day(with my own printed label)... driver never turned up despite an email to parcel moneky confirming the collection had been rebooked. I sent an email asking for an explanation of what had gone on, no response. safe to say i cancelled the collection and used parcel 2 go, who picked up the parcel no issue. Previously I had another incident of a lost parcel to Malta but I gave them another chance. Well never again!!

Everything regarding parcel monkey was very good, easy and straight forward.
Was let down by parcel force not collecting at the arranged time.
If using parcel monkey avoid parcel force!

Quick to deliver, tracking was good in the UK
UK. Could be better when trying to track parcel abroad. This wasnt possible. Overall parcel monkey was easy to use would do it again.

Parcel Monkey chat operators were quick and efficient when the booking initially returned an error. They rebooked it and the courier pick and drop off went completely to plan. I would definitely use them again.

To me it was like a fraud at the beginning, after seen how cheap it was for me to ship my consignment...Wow!!!!.........This beat my imagination!Still cant believe my parcel has been delivered within the time frame, this is fabulous service everyone should use.....Well done Guys, good job!

My parcel never collected, had to book twice but still not collected, tried to contact customer service, they look so confused and had no manners, would never ever parcel monkey. U can trust monkey but obviously not parcel monkey. Worse people i have ever dealt with.
