Best price I could find and far cheaper than other couriers. Local drop off point a great help. Arrived at destination bang on time and in good condition. Tracking service efficient although could not trace foreign postcode. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended!

Parcel Monkey was very easy to use. The collection was approximately 30 mins late but otherwise ok. The delivery - apart from being late as a consequence of the late collection - was also very good.
However, I was not able to track my order online. Shortly after ordering, my tracking log showed 1 entry, which confirmed my order. After that, at no time was the log updated to reflect the status of my parcel.

I did not have the opportunity to see how promptly they picked up since I chose to drop the parcel at a nearby post office and eliminate any time spent waiting for collection. However, their website was very comprehensive in that it provided details of pricing for a large number of international shippers. I chose Parcelforce international priority which estimated arrival at the US address in 3-5 days. The parcel arrived 4 calendar (2 working) days after dropping at the post office. the rates on Parcel Monkey were significantly lower than booking directly. I will definitely use them again.

I love using parcel monkey, the door to door service is brilliant and every time my mum in france receives her parcel from me within a couple of days. When we used to use the post office i had to pay a small fortune and then hope for the best.... always took incredibly long time. Parcel monkey is so easy to book online print the label and ta-dah!

When I chased up with DPD the lady told me that dealing with Parcel Monkey was a nightmare for them. Apparently Parcel Monkey hadnt told them that the parcel was ready to be collected, and this was not unusual. I dont know who to believe, as we had been given a DPD barcoded and scanned receipt from the pickup location Rowlands Pharmacy where we left the parcel. Whoever was to blame, the system didnt work for us - the parcel took eight days to arrive, and needed me to chase it up with them. Not very good.

It was collected and delivered to me by Parcelforce in the time frame specified .

The font size on the address label made it difficult to read. This meant the customer service assistance at the pick up point was unable to identify my parcel. I was already having a poor experience with this individual and this was the final straw. Ensure font size is increased.

paid £35 for a parcel to be collected on Monday but it was never collected, rescheduled delivery everyday until Thursday until I finally gave up and had to drive 25 minutes to deliver it myself. embarrassing!

Very good service with Parcel Force as carrier. Unable to download labels as PDF to email to sender but P-Force do not need labels fixed so no problem on this occasion. Still a bit too pricey for business use but things are improving in that area. Overall a smooth service with rapid collection and next day delivery. Well done.

I sent the parcel out on friday through Parcelmonkey & DPD.
DPD arrived on time at the pick up address and the parcel arrived already on tuesday to the final destination in Australia. very much earlier then expected. Instructions for labels and custom papers were also easy to print.
The only tiny thing is that you only get to know the pick up time on the pick up day itself so you cannot plan ahead and need to be flexible the whole day.
overall very happy.

DPD has been voted top courier by Which? I have always thought they were very good for their one hour time slot, but for pick ups you have to be in from 9am to 5pm. Our pick up was 4.30pm, a day completely wasted and drive admitted he could have come much earlier. I wont be recommending them to my customers again.

I used parcel monkey to book a parcel to India. The collection was by DPD and they gave a 1 hr slot on the day of pickup and came within the time. I was given tracking information and it was quite helpful. Didnt face any problem so didnt contact their customer care. My experience has been good. So I would recommend it
