I have done this service twice and I have problems with the address. They are unable to find the address. It is disappointing all the time the same with this company.

The DPD driver did not get on the promissed slot and missed the reciever,so i had to resend my parcel and it delayed one day.

Hi the booking went very well with parcelmonkey however dpd failed to pick up both of my parcels from the drop shop so instead of arriving on Tuesday as expected, both were delivered Thursday and I had to run around forwarding the emails from dpd advising this together with apologies from me for the bad service to both customers. In addition. The booking form asks for both my (sending) and customers (destination) telephone contact numbers but the printed address labels put my phone number in for the customer as well? His gets lost. This doesnt really help the delivery driver at all. The final problem was receiving all the delivery notification emails and texts instead of them going to the customers meaning yet another round of forwarding to customers. I dont think my customers thought much of me or the delivery service.

Awful experience , parcel monkey may be good at arranging . But parcel force truley inept at getting anything right . Mixed up correctly labelled parcels and sent to wrong addresses , then when told of mistake and mix up picked up and promptly sent out again to the same address as they had previously been picked up from , still waiting for items to get delivered correctly after 7 days . You pay peanuts you get parcel monkey .

Brilliant Service. Parcel picked up from drop off point 10.30 a.m in morning. Delivered morning after. Will definitely use again - Will never use Royal Mail again. Well recommended

Ive used Parcel Monkey a number of times now and have been delighted with the service they provide. Comparisons of available couriers are easily and quickly done - its so much more straightforward that looking up several different couriers and going through all the rigmarole several times. Booking a collection and/or delivery couldnt be simpler. All you need to do is make your choice based on the price and what they provide. Once booked all you have to do is pack your parcel and leave the rest to them.
In the past Ive tried to book a courier direct - i.e. not through a third party like PM. Its always been a hassle and more often than not the price I got quoted was a lot more than that which Parcel Monkey come up with.
Whenever I have a parcel to send I will be doing it through Parcel Monkey and would recommend them to anybody, anytime.

This is a great service and the only improvement I would recommend is to tighten up the collection time rather than just providing a day

They used parcel force as the carrier. If I had booked parcel force direct it would have cost a lot more. Parcels were collected at 3PM and delivered, 350 miles away at 9AM the next morning, excellent service

I first tried the post office for sending a large parcel (gift containing large photo frame) to Portugal and was quoted just under £50 with parcelforce. I then tried a different parcel comparison site which wouldnt deliver to the postcode in Portugal and I nearly gave up on the whole thing but thought Id try the parcelmonkey site as a last ditch attempt and they quoted a much better price of £21. DPD collected giving a 1 hour slot on the Monday morning and my parcel was delivered on Thursday.

Never used the service before and delighted with process. Saved £20 sending package to France compared to post office, package collected from house on Monday and arrived at destination on Thursday all trackable, insured etc A great find and already have been recommending to others. Thanks

Easy to do dropped parcel in drop off shop on a Saturday around 2 pm ,parcel delivered at 10 am Monday morning .bristol to Surrey.
5 * delivery .
Cheaper than post office,half the price and no queue.

First time user but found the site easy to use and the comparison of prices under one enquiry very helpful. Surprisingly, the prices quoted was more competitive than some of the individual companies were quoting. My international parcel, a birthday gift to my sister, arrived within 3 days (my chosen delivery time) even before I had time to notify her. Definitely a good experience and worthy of recommendation.

Still awaiting patiently for my parcel. Got asked to survey the company before its actually arrived. Paid for a 3-4 day international service and its day 5. May get impatient by dinner time if it hasnt arrived.

Cheaper than Royal Mail Post Office by 30 pounds for the same service. They keep you updated with emails and the parcel was collected from house the next day.

What can i say fantastic service for ending a parcel to Egypt was there well before the estimated delivery time, extremely happy with the service i received, and the online chat people were very helpful. Driver arrived early to collect the parcel, three days later it was delivered, so much cheaper then other services i have used, will certainly be using them again.

Dead easy to use, turned up when arranged, delivered when they said, reasonably priced, what more could you want, oh yeah no printing required which is a bonus when your printer is out of ink.
