I booked a parcel collection with Yodel direct through a different site. They failed to collect on 6/7/15 as booked. One goes online and the only option is to book another date. I did that. They failed to turn up on 8/7/15. No contact, no apology. This is a parcel of goods bought from me on ebay, I have a 100% reputation to protect. So I pay again with a site called Parcelmonkey for a collection from me on 10/7/15 with Parcelforce (no more effing Yodel for me). Guess what, no-one turns up.....on Saturday 11/7/15 I go to the Post Office and get rid of the parcel for another £23 (£49 so far). I go to France on Monday a.m. for a short break. Glad to having got the parcel on its way after copious excuses to the buyer. I get back late on 15/7/15. I find a dumbass note to say Parcelforce came to another courier late on 13/7/15. What the eff are you companies doing taking money for a service you cant deliver? So my postage costs on eBay will be hiked to avoid sphincters like yourselves and now I will pursue you for my money back. I would love an answer to this review where Parcelmonkey tries to justify its lack of service, it aint possible.

Very quick and easy . Needed for the label to be taken to the address as seller had no printer ,no problem ,it tells you which service requires a printer or not . Worked a treat.

I had a parcel to send from Northern Ireland to my daughter in America. I thought delivery might take over a week. The parcel was picked up from my house on Wednesday afternoon and my daughter had it in her hands on Friday morning. I could not believe the speedy delivery. I will definitely be recommending Parcel Monkey to everyone and have no hesitation using this service again and again. Thank you.

Used parcel monkey to collect a parcel than another company had failed to manage to do. Parcel monkey did the delivery without a hitch! Fantastic!

Used the drop off service ( post office/parcel force ) as it was easier as I couldnt be in for them to collect..
Excellent way to do it and a lot cheaper..
I send lots of parcels to Germany and its always a shocker what the cost is!!
This way was cheaper and got there faster but still using a well known courier..as it was a larger parcel than what I would normally send..
Will always use parcel monkey to send anything now, uk or abroad

I was looking for a good value way to send 3kg to the USA and parcel monkey showed me all the available options. Easy to use and rapid delivery of parcel. Perfect all round!

I wanted an ebay item picked up and brought back to me, I was paying and arranging the pick up as the seller did not want the extra work, every other courier service made this difficult and treated the seller as the orderer of the service, so communication with them was difficult, I had to cancel one courier as they went to the address but as the item had been placed in a safe place they did not pick up the item, then they wanted me to re-book with them but with no guarantee that the courier would pick up the item the next time, so I went for a refund. I searched the internet again and found Parcelmonkey, and I have to say they made the booking easy, they have a option for receiving a parcel, so the booking was easy, and the parcel arrived bang on time, I really hope this is not a one off, but I was really pleased with the service and recommend them.

You have good service, but You unannounced to customers what time will be come to pick up parcel, I can not wait all day, and I was missed my pick up parcel and I can not find into you web where I can fill form for next day pick up my parcel. I delivered my parcel myself in your staff. So I am not happy, but your company delivered my parcel very quick and safety. Thank you. I think in a future you will be sort this problem. Thank you. Bad bit was that when the driver couldnt collect I wasnt notified so didnt know it hadnt been picked up. It was a week later I found out it hadnt been picked up. Good bit was the efficiency of customer service on the chat system - collection reorganised in minutes. If they had let me know it hadnt been collected it would have been a very good service instead of poor.

Used Parcelmonkey on Friday @ 12.30 & collection arranged for Monday by Parcel Force. Email received first thing Monday morning to confirm collection. All seemed ok. Parcel Force did not arrive on Monday. Contacted them on Tuesday morning to be advised that they ran out of time to collect. Collection then arranged for Tuesday. Parcel Force drove onto our Business Park and then left without collecting parcel. As we were concerned that parcel still not collected contacted Parcel Force for 4th time to be advised that they had been Unable to collect parcel. They had made no attempt to collect. Finally collection made on Tuesday evening after we insisted that parcel had to be collected. Our customer was advised that parcel was sent on Monday. Have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and have had good service but this has made us nervous of future use.

I posted a guitar amplifier. A wee bit disappointed to find that the insurance cover wasnt valid but took the risk anyway and it all worked out. The cost and speed were excellent - next day via Parcelforce24.
I was a little concerned when the Parcelforce driver collected the parcel and he didnt have the labels but assured me they were at the depot ad it would be OK. I didnt sign anything or get any proof of collection - but as stated it was all OK - just slightly unprofessional from Parcelforce. Parcel Monkey was easy to use and gave a good price and all was sorted without any fuss. I will use again although I might need to search around for someone who can offer insured service for guitars or amplifiers,

The courier didnt show up for the parcel collection at the appointment that was arranged. I contacted the customer service which booked another appointment for the day after but also that time it didnt come. Three days after my booking without any warning the courier came (Saturday in the early morning) to another courier. The other week another driver rang at my address to collect the same parcel which was already picked up three days later from my order. He apologized saying that sometimes the order number keeps staying on the system even though they cancel it. One of my parcels was delivered with the cardboard damaged and partially open despite I wrote FRAGILE on it.

On time, picked up in the time it said it would be and delivered internationally in less than a week. It was on my lunch hour so left my parcel at the front desk with the receipt slip next to it which unfortunately the courier didnt see to sign so there was a bit of hoping that it all works out as I didnt have a record of collection. Luckily all worked out great!

first time ever to use this service and I must say that had no problems whatsoever. courier picked up the package when supposed to and delivered it very quickly. price was also a lot better than normal

I needed an item to be delivered before 9am on the following day. I was on tenterhooks on delivery day, but no problems it was delivered before 9am. Quite expensive but if necessary the one has to pay the price.

I did not have a collection time, so had to wait for the parcel force man to arrive. I was not given a receipt (but I didnt ask for one either!)
The parcel was delivered on time, I dont know yet if it was intact. I assume it was.

Parcel booked for friday collection. No show. Monday, no show. So rebooked online. Wednesday rang them. Parcel not on the system but 3hrs later they sent a guy to collect it. Thursday the guys who were supposed to collect friday showed up!!!

Amazing service, parcel collected the day after my online request, received a text with one hour slot for the collection (so I didnt waste the whole day waiting for it at home) and parcel delivered on the expected day. Definitely a service Im gonna use again!
