I use Parcel Monkey from time to time. It is quicker than posting myself so I find Parcel Monkey convenient. They arrive quickly - sometimes within a few hours - and the job is done.

Chose Parcel Force out of a large selection of couriers offered in Parcel Monkey comparison. Some cheaper but perhaps less reliable. Cost was very reasonable for 2 x 10kg boxes of documents. Both delivered undamaged and on time.

I found it simple enough to use but found it irritating - Im an adult not a kid.
I probably wont use it again unless it starts to look and act like a grown up website.

Good, clean efficient service. Cannot fault Parcel Monkey. Collected on time delivered on time and no damage despite the parcel only being wrapped in bubble wrap. Would definitely use them again

The driver did not turn up for my parcel, after trying five times to contact a member of the Parcel Monkey team and being told I would receive an email via response, which I never I had to contact Parcel Force directly to have it resolved. What kind of company does not have a contact number?

I have used this company twice and both times they have failed to deliver the packages on time. they hide behind a disclaimer on their website which says unless it takes more than 5 days to deliver a package they do not care. this company has no telephone line as they would just be getting complaints all day long. You pay peanuts you get monkeys and in this case this is right! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE PEOPLE AS THEY CANNOT DO THE BASICS RIGHT. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time the other week and am impressed by how easy the service is to use, how cost effective it is and the overall efficiency. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

The item was picked up by the delivery van and all seemed well however the 48 hour delivery window was exceeded and this lead in to a weekend meaning what was expected to be 2 days for the package turned in to 5 which was disappointing. I would use again but being more cautious in the future.

pros: the parcel was delivered to the right place and within timescale. Cons: very late in replying to messages from help desk Doesnt give option to have allocated time slots so you have to wait all day (9-5pm) for delivery Needed to change address, no option for that as I had to cancel the whole order. When order cancelled courier still turned up Still awaiting refund for cancellation Tracking info not updated after one week of delivery so you actually cant track your parcel! My family had to pay additional charge for collecting the parcel! Communication is poor

Sent item by priority shipping to Norway which was a gift and was marked as such with all the required documentation attached. Its been 2 weeks and the parcel still hasnt been delivered and on top of that my relative has received a note to say that they have to pay customs charges if they want the parcel?!?

I booked the Express 24 service for collection on Wednesday. My housemate worked from home that day to ensure collection but when I got home at about 5.45pm, the package was still there. At around 6.20pm I rang up and was put through to the depot, where the chap on the phone told me that the driver had been to the property to collect it and there was nothing to collect. He informed me this happened at 5.54pm. Both my housemate and I were there at this point and nobody had come (he was even outside the front of the flat at this time). I was absolutely furious and was told to calm down and that he would rearrange the collection for the next day, which is useless as nobody would be in the flat. He looked into it further and it transpired that the driver failed collection - the GPS was showing he had been on my road; he had clearly raced down the road as it was getting late to show that he had been in the area, didnt bother to even look for the property, then had the audacity to report that there was nothing to collect. I said I wanted it collected as early as possible the next day and he said he would have to put me through to senior management who may call me back that day or tomorrow - tomorrow being pointless as I needed it collected then. He took my number and I waited for a call that never came. I had to phone in the morning and I ended up having to leave my parcel outside unattended as there was no way one of us could be there all day. Whilst fairly polite, the chap on the phone sounded generally disinterested and wasnt in a position to help. His customer service amounted to telling me that he wasnt the driver and that therefore I should calm down. The driver himself deserves severe reprimanding, preferably firing.

I wish collection time would be included in the feature, so that people dont just spend the whole day waiting without knowing when there parcels will collected. Apart from that every thing went went very well and there were no damages to my items...not even the boxes. Thank you for your service, will definitely use you again. .

Im not an *****. I know how to measure and weigh things. However 2 weeks after posting an item Im told I have extra charges because the courier conveniently states it weighed more. Avoid if you can and go direct. The savings might be there initially but they make that up in extra non-contestable, non-proven, evidence lacking additional charges. Customer services basically say, tough, we dont believe you, nor do we want to discuss it. Poorest service Ive experienced in a long time.

Didnt turn up on the agreed day to collect (apparently "agency" driver that day) so parcel went 2 days later and now stuck in Italy with the recipient trying to get it from the Parma depot and defeated because of not having the local code (to try to be fair I believe this is a problem at the Italian end because it has happened to us too many times before). No one I have spoken to has been less than polite and as helpful as they could be but as this is by no means the only time this has happened to us when sending a parcel to Italy it suggests a structural problem somewhere, perhaps at the continental end?

Usually I use Hermes and Ive been so disappointed and let down by Hermes that I decided to switch cause I just had enough. This service was the best Ive had. Ordered pick up in the morning and then the courier arrived an hour after picked it up and was delivered the next day. Perfect service and no problems and no worries. Felt so much relief compared to so much stressed when dealing with Hermes. Very happy

My parcel was packed securely with all the relevant documentation as it was going abroad. Upon tracking, I notice that my parcel is on the way back to me because the carrier has lost the customs invoice. I was not notified and when I raised a query, I receive lacklustre answers. Do not use Parcel Monkey, they are simply unreliable and have no semblance of customer service.

I use Parcel Monkey frequently for UK/South Africa parcels. Invartiably parcels eventually get to their intended destination. But the internal Parcel Monkey tracking, and even the links to their external courier partners, if you can weazle them out of Parcel Monkey, do not work usually until after the parcel is delivered. 2 to 4 days is not correct - usually 7 to ten. Would not mind if their CUSTOMER SERVICE was readily ACCESSIBLE and RESPONSIVE. You can wait 2 to 3 days for a nebulous response clearly designed to fob you off as a delaying tactic. So in short the delivery will happen eventually, but customer service and tracking is an illusion.

Good service - the only things that would improve it are: (Specific to Parcelforce) Knowing the approximate time of collection would have been nice. We were told the driver was supposed to bring a parcel label but didnt.
