1) Website form doesnt work properly. Address fields have ridiculously inadequate character limit per line. Unless your address is really short, you wont be able to complete the form correctly. My efforts to truncate / abbreviate the delivery address led to an error in processing and my collection being put back a day as the agent had to correct this manually. 2) Collection never happened on the rescheduled day. Received a text saying that collection would occur between ca. 1040 and 1140 and blocked out time to receive. No-one showed up. Chased via your call centre to no avail so had to send the parcel by another means in the end. 3) Despite the above, call centre staff (Brandon and Kevin) were very helpful. Shame they have to deal with such rubbish.

Recently rediscovered Parcel Monkey (used to use regularly before) - this is a great, simple to use service. All the guys have always been on time, I have never had any complaints.

ParcelMonkey took a week to respond to my support claim when a Parcelforce 24 delivery was late and then hid behind their terms and conditions even though their couriers were at fault. Even when parcelforce themselves would provide compensation for this exact scenario, ParcelMonkey said that they have a 5 DAY period for a delivery until it can be confirmed as late. Obviously for a next day delivery service this is is completely unacceptable. Waste of time and money - better off going to the courier direct than having to deal with PM.

The last time I sent a parcel to Miami via Royal mail it took over 3 weeks to arrive (first class airmail)! This parcel took 4 days, received confirmation of arrival yesterday. Not to mention the cost was 30% lower than quoted at the post office ! Ill be back ......

Even though they were not delivered on time, I still could not complain because of how cheap the transfer was. A very cost effective way of transporting your non-emergency luggages.

The parcel left the UK and arrived on time in France - great service and such good value. Will definitely use again. But filling in the online order form was a nightmare -you have to abbreviate addresses and important details in very strange ways or the form wont accept you. It took me two attempts, long chat exchanges and over 2 hours to get it right. I nearly gave up in frustration.

The website was easy to use to book a parcel from N.Ireland to Vienna, Austria. Worked out at about half the price of other options.
Parcel arrived in 3 days. Great Service.
Will definitely use again (If you are still the cheapest)

Twice I sent boxes of ~20 kg from London to Germany using Parcel Monkey with DPD. They were picked up on time and arrived at their destination within 2-3 days, also at the designated time. I highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

When I chose the 48hour delivery option with DPD for my parcel to rural Southern Ireland I was very pleased with the price, but a little sceptical about the time-scale. I was absolutely amazed when it was delivered well ahead of the 48 hours!
This is the very best delivery service ever and plan to use Parcel Monkey in the future. Highly recommended.

Using Parcel Monkey my package cost about half the amount it would have cost had I gone straight to the local post office to use ParcelForce. Instead, I simply printed my ParcelForce shipping labels at home using Parcel Monkey before taking the parcel to the post office. Easy!

This was my first time sending parcels to Europe and it was looking far too expensive until I got googling and found PMONKEY.
Price was affordable and I loved that Parcelforce who picked up the package didnt need a pre printed label to save me messing about !
I would recommend PM to save money and Parcelforce as their delivery connection.

I went to the post office the next day to send the parcel only to be told that this wont work. Apparently Im a day too late. Expecting me to send a parcel within 24hrs.

I bought the Parcel Force next day service. Admittedly we were not in when the parcel collector first arrived but there was no time frame for collection which unfortunately does not help cater for individuals that cant stay in the whole day if they need take kids to school or other day to day activities. After missing the first collection, it then took a whole 7 days for the parcel to be collected after 2 promises of it being collected were not fulfilled by Parcel Force. Eventually it was collected after many phone calls 7 days later.

Was a bit reserved about using an online courier as didn’t know how reliable they would be but was pleasantly surprised. The cost of delivery was nearly half the price of what others offered and the package got there is time.

I paid over £40 for 2 day delivery of a large large package. When I selected Parcelforce from the list of available couriers I did so because it clearly stated the delivery was guaranteed to be fulfilled on Friday 18th. The package didnt arrive until Monday lunchtime. We needed the package to fit the urgently needed replacement caravan part over the weekend because no-one is able to fit during week because of work commitments. Caravan has been exposed to bad weather & rain much longer than planned or necessary because of the delivery failure! Im very disappointed & angry. The tracking showed that the package was waiting to be loaded on delivery vehicle fro 10.28pm Friday night. Thankfully the fragile item arrived intact but nevertheless Parcel Monkey is Rubbish Monkey Business, not to mention that I was double charged at their online POS & have only just got the refund cleared through PayPal today!

I booked a pick up by DPD from a drop off location in London to Southampton via ParcelMonkey (PM). The day I dropped it I chatted with PM to make sure it would be picked up on Friday and delivered on Monday. Result: the parcel was still at the drop-off location 13 days after booking and despite various emails and chats. PM said three times that they had contacted DPD or that the parcel had left, but that was obviously not correct since the parcel had not moved from the drop-off location in thirteen days. I had to reimburse my customer as he had enough of hearing my apologies for the bad service offered by ParcelMonkey and DPD. Now after one month, I keep asking for a call from a manager both from DPD and PM. Both reject the fault on the other. I even contacted PMs CEO. This has not make things happen. Furthermore DPD Make it Right team told me that I can not get the help of the Ombudsman because it is a shipment which is more than £1 value and 350 grams. I mentioned in various messages messages via PM website that I had moved out and therefore I can not get my parcel any longer. That was over 2 weeks after the booking. Despite those messages they attempted to deliver to my former address three times. They do not read the messages. Be aware. I am very upset as I feel like I have been thieved. The item I sent had a £125 value and they just offered to have the £8.02 paid for the service reimbursed. The problem with this company is that you do not have any phone number. You always either chat or leave a message on their website. And they do not act. They stay still. I spent over £250 with them prior to this experience. They were damaged but I did not loose them. Very sour experience.

I posted a parcel to Germany on a Friday. Collection was right on time, 2 minutes after earliest collection time (one hour window). It arrived at depot in Germany on Tuesday, it was over the weekend, so no problem there. DPD attempted to deliver on Tuesday - having given me a 2hr window for delivery. Nobody was available to receive it so they attempted to deliver it to a collection point in Frankfurt, near to the delivery address. Apparently the package was too big to be left at a collection point. It is due to be delivered to the recipients work place today, Thursday, fingers crossed! Great service DPD, well done for persistence.

I made the mistake of sending my goods via Parcelmonkey, even booking insurance to make sure I was on the safe side should anything happen. My parcel got picked up, however, it remained in the depot instead of being delivered. When I asked why it had not been sent out yet, they offered to return it to the address where they picked it up. Why would I want the parcel to be returned to me, the sender, as opposed to the delivery address? I told them to finally get my parcel to the delivery address and thats when they managed to lose it (or rather DPD for that matter). I spent months communicating with both Parcelmonkey and DPD. They claimed that they had been looking for it, however, it was officially declared lost in the end. Compensation was not paid (despite me paying for insurance). What can I say, the experience has been a nightmare. Never again.
