I booked it, next day the delivery guy took the packages within the given time. Few days later I was at the address in the other country for my parcels to be collected and it all went smooth as butter.

My large parcel arrived within 3 days of sending it :)
Other than needing to have a printer-handy to print the details of your shipment, this is a great service.
And much cheaper than using normal postal services for large parcels.
4 * instead of 5* since my parcel (which was a suitcase) was opened - and the lock removed, but I assume that was for security-checking purposes, upon entry to Germany, rather than the fault of ParcelMonkey. None of the items were missing.

I used Parcel Monkey for business purposes which required a next day shipment, it was cheaper than DPD and other courier services (£14.39 inc VAT). I booked parcel monkey for next day delivery around 11am and they came the same day to pick up the box by around 4pm (12.7kg) and delivered it to our London office by the next day. It was a quick, inexpensive and efficient service and I will definitely only use Parcel Monkey in the future!

I sold a sewing machine on eBay. It couldve been hard and expensive to get it posted, but as soon as the auction ended I had the sewing machine boxed and weighed. 5 minutes online and Ive got my best price, collection next morning. What more needs to be said?

I needed to send a large, heavy box to the Netherlands. The best quote I managed to find online was with Parcelforce at £48.
Then I stumbled across the Parcel Monkey website. Somehow, the Parcelforce price through Parcel Monkey was less than £19!!! The box was collected and delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. Great service, highly recommended!

Fantastic quick service. I was kept informed of times for collection. The labels were all printed out for me. The collection was smooth with a lovely polite man collecting. Customer received her pram in the condition I had sent it. Would definitely recommend to others. Brilliant service

I WAS QUITE HAPPY WITH TALK TALK AND THIS REP FROM UNICOM CAME TO MY SHOP TO CONVINCE ME INTO CHEAPER LINE RENTALS AND TELEPHONE.AND BOY HE DID CONVINCE ME INFACT HE PROMISED ME THE EARTH.RUNNING A SMALL BUSINESS IN NOTTINGHAM IS NOT EASY AND MY BUSINESS IS ALL LABOUR INTENSIVE,SO I HAD SO MUCH THINGS TO SORT OUT AND CHANGING A TELEPHONE PROVIDER WAS THE LAST THING ON MY MIND,THEN I GETS PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL FROM UNICON YES UNICON FOR BROADBAND.EVENTUALLY I WAS GETTING SO FED UP OF PHONE CALLS AFTER PHONE CALL I AGREED A SUPPLY OF BROADBAND, I HAD SO MUCH PROBLEMS,I DID NOT GET BROADBAND FOR 2 WEEKS AND THUS I COULD NOT USE MY CREDITCARD MACHINE,PHONED THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME TO GET A MICRO FILTER,WHAT DO I NEED A MICRO FILTER FOR I ASKED? Paid for express 24 hour delivery but was not made aware that Saturday wasnt a delivery day ( not happy) waited in all day! Then expected it to arrive Monday... No show . My parcel finally arrived on Tuesday 4 days after I expected it!!!!

It would have been better if the place we have to drop of the parcel has a machine the weighs the parse and then you can input the details to were the parcel is going and get the label printed from that same machine for people like me that dont have a printer its a issue I have to go and get the label printed and then go to the other shop to drop it off

In the past 1 month, i use parcel monkey for 5 times, there are 2 times, the driver didnt turn up on time. I wish they can improve this part, as people are waiting for them to come whole day..... thank you.

Thank you parcel monkey for your cheap delivery service. I am well please with my international delivery, my parcel when safe and was delivered on time. Am very happy with your service, actually this is my first time using your service am well please. Commination with your service is excellent using chat. I would definitely used send parcel with parcel monkey again and again and would also recommend friends and family. I would highly recommend this service. Dont have any problem at all, with this service. This service is excellent.

I posted four parcels from Sheffield to Edinburgh through Parcel Monkey, at a price which methought was a very good deal. When, later on, I realised that I had insufficiently reckoned with space requirements, I sent another one through Royal Mail. Both Parcel Monkey and the Post Office used the courier service ‘Parcel Force’ in order to deliver the boxes, which means I accepted five parcels in total upon delivery, being in Edinburgh myself. They consisted of four smaller boxes and one large, heavy parcel. All four small boxes duly arrived within 48 hours. The large one was a day late and severely torn, even though I had deliberately fortified it with extra cardboard and approximately ten million miles of parcel tape. The box contained books and CDs, and it was mostly the latter which were in a rather disappointing state. Covers were broken and cracked, as if summat had fallen on them. Someone had wrapped plastic ribbons round the box to keep it together. A few of the books were severely creased as well. I might add that, in Sheffield, Parcel Force used a freelancer to collect the boxes, who refused to enter the hallway and had me carry everything outside, down a flight of metal steps on the snicket, including the large box which I estimate would have weighed over 20kg. Now, I have a desk job — I do not have muscles like people who carry boxes all day. My arms and legs hurt for 24 hours after that. But fair enough: I got 4 out of the 5 boxes in an impeccable state and within 48 hours. Shame about the last one. As a reasonable and logical man, I ought to give it 4 out of 5. It is the muscular agony that adjusts the score downwards.

My parcel (a 400 pound gaming PC) was delivered to the winning bidder on eBay with the CPY cooler detached, GPU broken, motherboard PCI-e ports broken. Had to refund customer and even with P.M.s 500 pound insurance they refuse to replace or repair my PC. Terrible customer service, took over two weeks to come to the decision to give me the finger. Out of pocket in too many ways, and this experience has made me completely reconsider ever selling anything expensive online again let along ship it with a incompetent company such as this. Get a phone number and treat your customers as your customers.

Still waiting for reimbursement. I cancelled online in time to stop the collection but have not seen the money back on my account 5 days later. I have tried to contact Parcel Monkey but found it impossible to do so. Still waiting to hear from them.
