I booked in my collection, paid the very reasonable price - cheaper and easier than going to the Post Office to use ParcelForce 24 (which is the service this review is about).
The online pricing system takes the hard work out of the process.
My parcel was collected within the hour (nothing to do with Parcel Monkey, we just have an efficient ParcelForce driver).
Very pleased and this is why I always use Parcel Monkey.

I was pleased with the service that I used for the first time. Parcel monkeys website was clear and easy to navigate and once Id made my selection went through the process easily and my parcel arrived when I expected. I will be using them again.

Everything very smooth apart from company in the country I sent the parcel, took me a couple of days to get my parcel because the driver must have been in a rush when he delivered it

I have used Parcel Monkey on-and-off for about 5 years, following problems with a competitor when a tracked parcel went missing, and have been delighted every time. I havent yet had to deal personally with them as things have not gone wrong.

Went to post office, they quoted £27. Via parcel monkey, 48hr service collected by Parcel Force - in other words the EXACT same service, was £14. But was a bit phased by the forbidding list of excluded items. Odd...

Booked Parcelforce 48. Despite supplying colllection address, full contact and their respective mobile number I still have not received parcel in over a week. No attempt was made to contact me at any stage.

Parcel was collected on time. It was then delivered well within the time frame contracted, undamaged. The charges are the cheapest I have found and I would be happy to recommend this Company to anyone,

Thought Id give these a try as the cloud shipper prices for account customers were very competitive. As a trial we arranged for 10 consignments to be collected, Yodel arrived at 9am, way to early as the parcels had not even been packed, even if they had of been ready they only had instruction to collect 1 of the 10, driver told me "this always happens on Mondays" emailed customer service, was told that they would have to re arrange collection another day or I could arrange refund, I opted for the latter which took approximately 1 week and was a way over complicated.

I wanted to send some items to my son working in the French Alps and he suggested I checked out options on Parcel Monkey.....that was 11 am on Monday morning. I had 20 minutes in which to book a collection with Parcel Force that day and in fact the 4 kg parcel was collected an hour and a half later! It arrived with my son on Wednesday! Fantastic service at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.

I was impressed at first and have received many parcels in Greece sent to me for the refugees. Sadly when I tried to send a box back to Greece from the uk it was overweight by 1.5 kilos and instead of contacting me to ask for extra payment the box was returned to the sender with no email. No notice. Nothing. I would have happily paid the extra. As it was I had to pay the entire cost again.
