Used Parcel Monkey to send a broken phone make to manufacturer in the UAE. They dont even have postcodes in the UAE and the package got there within a week. Very smooth and cost efficient service. Thank you!

Didnt pick up a parcel after x3 re-schedules and same bad attitude each time. They dont care if they provide a bad service. I used them many times before but this time after 6 days of waiting until 6pm for a collection that never turned up I will never use them again.

Disgusting they take your money for express services but only order basic services and just apoligise when item a week late! Even parcelforce confirm they cannot have cheaper prices for exact services!! Do not use!

Every time I have a parcel or present to send my family across Europe I use Parcel Monkey, its easy to use, its cheaper than the post and its quick, and I can track it. I wouldnt use any other way to send my family presents.

The service is great, easy to use and offers great discounted prices. However, like the website says "any glass object is carried at your own risk" - dont get misunderstood here. The frame I sent arrived in pieces, despite the 15m long bubble wrap I had used to protect it. I give it 4 stars because it does what it says on the tin (for a good price), and I would recommend the service but having said that, beware of fragile items with road carriers.

Package collected and passed on to Norsk for international shipping on 28/01/2016. Package contained perfume which is forbidden so Norsk returned package to Parcel Monkey on the 03/02/16. Not only will Parcel Monkey not refund me (minus admin costs), they have not returned my package. All i get is the run around, claiming the package has not been received yet Norsk provided the return tracking information and confirmation that the item was sent back and received by Parcel Monkey. I have contacted you numerous times and you have been very unprofessional with your sporadic generic responses. Can i please have my package back (TE5081757A)

We had an issue with the courier missing the pick up window. I asked my sister to wait to handover the package and she wound up waiting all day with no show from DHL till an hour after the window. She wound up going to a drop off point.

Excellent price, excellent communications from both ParcelMonkey and DPD, very very quick delivery and 60% cheaper than Parcelforce, my buyer was impressed, its been hassle free for me and most importantly the item arrived undamaged and before the expected delivery date.
If I had to critique then I had two very insignificant issues, firstly the label printing is confusing as this took 15 minutes to arrive but the website told me I could download straight away. Secondly, the tracking is confusing because it wasnt clear enough to begin with that the tracking number for ParcelMonkey is different to DPDs and, they both emailed 2 different reference numbers with little explanation as to why they were different but, once the item was collected the tracking via DPD was really simple and easy.

I used the service to send a parcel to Poland. It was really easy to use. I chose a DPD pickup, it was much cheaper than Royal Mail and it was really quick and reliable. The drop points were easy to find and in many areas. I got emails at all of the stages of delivery. Overall really happy with the service, would definitely recommend and will be using it again.

Always check Parcel Monkey and always find a cheaper way of sending Parcels than I expected.
Usually using a local Drop off always helps I can do it when I want not having to wait arround for someone to collect...

Picked up wed for a 2 day delivery didnt arrive until the following Monday. It was a birthday gift and didnt arrive on time. Spoke to parcel monkey & they said it was only s 2 day delivery once it reached Germany.

Used to send a 55kg package to a remote town in Spain. Booking was easy and took minutes. Collection was straight forward to add and postage labels were emailed almost instantly. Then item was easy to track online using the links provided. Good, efficient service which I would use again.

Parcel monkey is an agency. It might be unfair to criticise them when DPD are at fault as in my case however this would be just the time where a good agency could step in and redeem the situation. At this point sadly, parcel monkey fails the test on almost every front. Firstly, there is no phone number. Contact therefore becomes infinitely more complicated. Outdated business model and one that stinks of customer exploitation. Secondly, the only method of contact is via their website during office hours so when an urgent parcel is not picked up by the early evening, there is no one to help. Thirdly, the staff responding to messages via their website are useless. They do not answer straightforward questions and do not put into action straightforward requests or assurances. Fourthly, promises of action and a refunds are not upheld. Fithly, the Monkey that goes by the name of MR. JASON RAMIAH Customer Service Director Parcel Monkey Ltd 21 Tollgate Chandlers Ford Eastleigh SO53 3TG and who is a director of the company does not respond to written formal complaints, presumably because he has so many to deal with. Good service apart from having to hang around all day waiting for the courier to pick up the parcel. Would be useful to receive a text or email early in the day giving approximate time for pick up. I understand pick ups are fitted in around contracts but the courier didnt even ring the door bell when he came just stuck a card through the letter slot and disappeared. I had to phone to get him to come back. Advice re approximate time for pickup would save time for both the sender and the courier pickup.

Booked small parcel to be shipped to Cambodia. Parcel collected on time by Parcelforce, checked tracking 2 days later, nothing, had to contact parcel monkey, only way is by online chat , no tel numbers are available, assistant said would email courier to establish why tracking was not working. Never received a reply but happily item arrived at destination 3 days later. Not a good experience particularly as package was reasonably valuable.
