Website very easy to use. Excellent price paid for delivery of 20kg Parcel. Parcel force was the company of choice. We printed off the provided label as requested and attached it to said parcel. The parcel was collected at 9am the next day - fantastic!! However On following my tracking number I realised my parcel was showing as still on the van after 2 days. This is where I ran into problems with Parcel Monkey. They have no phone numbers for you call only an online web chat. Finally someone replied and said they had asked parcel force to look into it. 4 hours later I had still not had an answer so went against parcel monkey and called parcel force myself. The very helpful man at the local depot was able to locate my parcel straight away and the reason it had not been moved onto the delivery depot is because there was NO barcode on the delivery print out given by parcel monkey. Had I not chased this up personally my parcel would still be sat at the local depot. My parcel has now been delivered successfully so I no longer need to deal with parcel monkey. Their poor customer service and lack of communication has resulted in me never wanting to use them again.

I sent a 60x40x40 box weighing 12KG. The Post Office fee for Parcelforce (express48) was £23+, whereas with Parcel Monkey it was £12+. If Id have been sending 30KG, it would have been £43+ via the Post Office, but still £12+ via Parcel Monkey. And my parcel was collected, saving me taking it to the Post Office. Ill be using PM again.

I paid the extra premium to have guaranteed Saturday delivery, two days from the order date. It is now nearly a week later and we still do not have the parcel and we have no guarantee that we will get the parcel in time for the second deadline we gave the company. The fault may lie principally with Parcel Force, who Parcel Monkey are using to ship their parcels, however, if you are offering a service, it is wise to know the capability and reliability of the organisation that you are working with. This is the second Parcel Force deliver that has not been delivered and had to be returned to sender within three weeks. I would consider using Parcel Monkey again to give the benefit of the doubt, however, I will not be using any services that involve working with Parcel Force.

I found the whole experience easy and pain free. I had previously sent a parcel by mail to my son but it had come back. In desperation I decided to send again via a courier but they were complicated and expensive. Then I found Parcel Monkey, who made it easy and much cheaper. I was delighted! The parcel arrived as they said it would.

A good and fast business, it took 10days, although was expected even longer, but the most of the days the parcel was in the UK. Overall very happy with everything.

I researched the cheapest way to send a parcel to New Zealand & found Parcel Monkey. I was a little hesitant but I couldnt be happier. Parcel force collected the parcel as arranged on the agreed date & my parcel arrived in New Zealand exactly 5 working days later. What a fantastic service & so much cheaper than if I had sent it directly through Parcel Force. I will definitely use this company again.

Found it impossible to print the required label from the parcel monkey website and eventually had to resort to contacting them for help. Thankfully the reply was prompt and a link sent so that I could access the label, otherwise I would have had no paperwork when the driver arrived.

I asked for the package to be collected from the main pharmacy depot at the hospital where I work, so there was no question that there was someone there at all times from 9-5 on 12th February. When they failed to collect, I received an email from them accepting my request to change the collection day to 15th February!!!! I most certainly did not request an alternative day and was amazed that the parcel hadnt been collected on the day that we had arranged

I have used Parcel Monkey / DPD three times now and the service was perfect, 2-3 working days to the south of France from UK. Couldnt ask for any more!

Paid for 24 hour delivery as the buyer wanted it for the weekend. Dropped off at the local newsagents in the village before 1pm on thursday and the buyer did not get it until Monday. I will not be using Parcel monkey or DPD again I will stick to UPS in future.

On the website I selected and paid for same-day collection/delivery by Parcel Force and I received the package 3 days later. When I contacted Parcel Force they said I was miss-sold because they would only do 48-hour delivery through Parcel Monkey.

The tracking details are inadequate. Showing out for delivery for 4 days now but not received yet. The worst thing is knowing nothing and cant get in touch. My first and last use of Parcel Monkey.

Couldnt log back in to it when I had paid was saying incorrect email. But after reassurance from someone else the same happened to them, was just worried incase you had to print something off, luckily didnt. lt was picked up on the day and had no problems thank you.
