I was transporting a picture in a frame. There was no option to insure the item and when it came, the glass in the frame was smashed into thousands of pieces! It was very clear that absolutely no care was taken to deliver the parcel safely

Great service and price from parcel monkey would have been 5 stars but had to wait in all day for parcel to be collected as I was given a pick up window even if this could be narrowed down to a four hour window it would be a great help. Will definitely be using this service again and have recommended it to others.

I sent two parcels with parcelmonkey. The first one going to Canada was collected on Monday 7 Dec and delivered on Friday11 Dec. The second one going to New Zealand was collected from me on Tuesday 8 Dec and delivered on Monday 14 Dec. Considering that both these items had to be inspected by customs in these countries I think the delivery times are brilliant and I was able to track the items online all the way. I will certainly be using parcel monkey again and would recommend them.

I had a parcel to send to Australia and as it weighed 3k the Post Office were going to charge me £74 to send it. I checked out Parcel Monkey online and their charge was £28. I booked it online on Sunday evening, it was collected at 10am on Monday (having sent me an email that morning giving me a time slot for collection). No fuss, no bother....would certainly use them again.

I paid for my parcel of clothes here in London sending it to my family to Egypt as a CHRISTMAS GIFT not business or sale and I displayed the 5 copies of the customs invoice so that I dont pay customs and then they found delivery man giving them a receipt of around £60 customs and around £70 ARAMEX COMPANY FEES?????????? This is the courier you deal with in Egypt and they had no choice but paying this HUGE amount of money the clothes I sent in the parcel costed me around £130 and DPD costed me around £45 and didnt say anything about this hidden company FEES I am upset about customs but I dont mind because it is not your issue but around £70 company hidden fees???????? SHAME....I am so upset and unsatisfied !

I would recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone. Package collected Monday morning, delivered in Hong Kong on Thursday. I dont think this can be beaten especially at one third of Post Office price. Absolutely brilliant service.

I had a great experience with the parcel monkey. The price for the delivery was very reasonable and the packet was delivered within 4 days to Poland before Christmas . I will be using your services again!

Parcel Monkey had comfortably the best price to send our big parcel to South America. It took a few days longer than we expected but the savings are so good that we cant possibly complain. So glad I found Parcel Monkey and would definitely use again.

Made arrangements on a Saturday for a collection Monday for my sons prized Xbox 1 to be shipped to Australia. By late Monday afternoon, after waiting in all day for collection, nobody arrived. I thought "here we go" so contacted Parcel Monkey on livechat and arranged another collection for Tuesday. Parcelforce eventually arrived Tuesday afternoon, but the good news is the parcel was delivered to my sons address on the following Monday, well pleased with that, as i posted a calendar 2 weeks prior, to the same address, and it still hasnt arrived yet!!. Will use Parcel Monkey again.

Absolutely top notch service. No issues what-so-ever in sending parcels over to Australia and they arrive in the time they say they do (unlike some who say 4-7 days and 3 weeks later it finally arrives).
