Pretty much delivered! Simple steps, ended up choosing Parcelforce which instilled me with fear( generally useless in my experience) so pleasantly surprised all went as expected. Satisfied customer(for a change!- am a seasoned complainer of shoddy service).

My daughter emigrated to Canada and although almost all her belongings were transported by a shipping company she did leave behind some personal items that would be sent on at a later date.
When the time came to send these items I used a search engine to find an international courier. Parcel Monkey immediately caught my eye and following their instructions I quickly got several quotes to send my package to Canada. I opted for Parcel force and within minutes I had organised the pick up and had printed off my delivery and customs labels. The parcel was uplifted as arranged and I was able to track it all the way to its destination.Parcel took 4 days and it arrived safely, and most importantly of all, undamage. I was very impressed by the simplicity of it all and would have no hesitation in either using, or recommending Parcel Monkey to anyone.

Great service , have tried a few other similar providers and to be honest have had terrible service (Interparcel and Yodel ).
Tried Parcel monkey through a recommendation and havent been disappointed , will always use now !!
Parcel gets there on time and tracking info kept up to date!

This was my first time on Parcel Monkey or any similar service. It was simple to use, the parcel was collected and delivered in Spain as agreed, and the price was much more competitive than had I used the same service direct from Parcel Force.

This service is amazing. I have only just discovered it. It was so simple to set up, the price was fantastic, everything worked like clockwork and the parcel arrived in France in two days. I cant wait to find a reason to use it again.

Having 2 large parcels to send I was unsure if the post office would accept them. So looked on the internet and parcel monkey came up as an option. After putting in my specifics about the parcel weight and destination it gave me various options with companies and prices. After selecting my chosen company I recieved my confirmation email, printed off my labels and sat back and waited for my parcels to be collected.

The process of making the booking was good. However having paid for next working day delivery (guaranteed to arrive on Monday) with Parcrlforce the parcel hadnt reached the deliver depot on Monday evening. When I phoned to ask what was going on the very friendly guy at Parcrlforce said it would take up to 48 hours for him to find out when my parcel world be delivered! The parcel was delivered on Tuesday - too late for my son who needed the contents of the parcel for an interview.

I had nothing but hassle with this company - so much so that this is the first negative review I have ever made against a company before. They messed up the collection date at the beginning, said they couldnt pick up the same day the order was made so was expecting it to be collected the next day, only to have parcel force arrive a few hours later (Couldnt send the parcels with him though as the labels had not yet been sent to me by parcel monkey) Next issue - the parcel arrived damaged. Parcel Monkey took no responsibility as I didnt buy into their money making scheme of protection cover. The package couldnt have been more covered in Fragile tape if I tried however they still managed to damage the contents! Dont even try to find a telephone number either for this company as they dont have one!! Terrible customer service.
