The delivery person was very unhelpful and disgruntled because he had to deliver the 2 large packages to my daughter-in-laws house in a flatted development in Villeurbanne , France. I thought that was his job !!

Delivery is easy to arrange using Parcel Monkey. You just weigh and measure your parcel. Even the label is printed for you.You get good advice on how to pack your parcel to ensure safe delivery.
Parcel pick up is straightforward and delivery is next day.

Very convenient. No trips to post office in the rain, no queues. Cheap postage. Used them five times now have no complaints very pleased.

First try at us ring you, expensive but excellent service, just hate waiting in and not knowing when the parcel will be collected especially when you work and also ha e the school run

Paying and printing the label went OK but the post office to which I was directed refused to take the parcel. I drove to the sorting office where a lovely man took it in for me. Hooray for the Royal Mail people.

Stay clear, it may sound as though I am being bit hard , but as you read on you will understand why . My Item was returned back to a supplier as the furniture did not look right in my living room. I then received a call saying that the parcel was returned damaged !! Thankfully ( or so I thought ) I took their insurance against such a thing happening. I was then advised that the parcel so was not an insured item! (so why offer insurance?) The table was so badly damaged it was clearly miss handled. The table was well packaged when returned . The damage to table measures 45 am in depth ! Clearly thrown about with lack of respect for other peoples items and clearly mishandled !!! I wish I had read reviews first , because If I had I would have never have used this firm ! So many poor excuses

The parcel was collected from my house in the UK on Tuesday and was delivered to my daughter in NZ on Sunday - just 5 days later. Not just excellent service but amazing value too.

manley it was easy to use and do . the problem came when we needed to print the label , no matter how we tried it didnt come up in the right format. after serveral conversations with the person on help, we got the problem resumed

Excellent service, would definitely use again. Text advising hour delivery slot great - would have liked indication of am or pm collection rather than from between 9 - 5 but collected by lunchtime by pleasant driver.

I had a 15kg package to send to London. I arranged collection and delivery on Parcel Monkey website. The parcel was collected and delivered as arranged. This service saved me a journey from Staffordshire to London. I would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey to others.

A guy from ParcelForce collected as agreed, and it was delivered the next day... Easy job however it was nearly 30kg and the price is half of normal rate...

Getting the parcel sent was excellent, but DPD driver in Germany let us down. It took our son multiple visits to the pick-up location to get the two parcels despite the driver leaving a note as to where they would be.

Have used Parcel Monkey several times for gifts to Australia . Good pricing and service is fast. Goods delivered within the timescale they set. Brilliant service.

Working with Parcel Monkey was very easy--however--when the Parcel Force driver got here, he had labels for 4 packages, not 2. He used 2 for the parcelsI had booked, and took the others labels away. When I tried to track the delivery, it showed "refused acceptance" and I had to contact the addressee to confirm that delivery had been completed successfully.
