When you look on their website you see a load of familiar delivery companies and good prices. They have services like DPD 1-2 days, which is what I sent two parcels with last week, that ended up taking 6 and 7 days each. I understand that no delivery time frame is absolutely certain but its Parcel Monkeys attitude when this happens that is disgusting. You cant go direct to the courier to find any information or make a claim, so youre stuck talking to PM who dont want to know. What they dont make very clear on the booking form or information pages for these services, is that the time frames are absolutely not guaranteed at all. Their T&Cs state that they are not liable for delayed packages that arrive within 5 working days of the date they should have arrived. So it could be 5 days, plus the weekend, on top of the time period they state before theyll even consider it a problem. The vast majority of customers will, I think, like me, expect that a statement such as "Your item will be delivered within 1-2 working days following drop off" constitutes some kind of fixed time frame and guarantee. Certainly, when using Parcelforce 24 or 48, you would expect compensation or a refund if it actually took 6 days to arrive, but if you book through PM, you will, as far as I understand, waive your rights to compensation in these cases. Obviously if things go ok, which they do with the majority of parcel deliveries, then PM seems fine so they have many good reviews. But the chances are, that if youre looking for a 1 or 2 day service its because you are relying on it to deliver on time, and if it doesnt youll be at least compensated in some way. Do yourself a favour and go directly to the couriers and cut out this middleman.

Having been messed around and let down by ukmail I went on Parcel Monkey to find another delivery service. Through them I booked delivery with Parcelforce for less than if I had gone to Parcelforce direct.
Printing labels was easy, parcel arrived safely (and for only a little bit more than going with one of the hit-or-miss budget companies), happy bunny.

I didnt receive a invoice for what I paid for and it would let me log on and when I requested rest email it didnt send me anything !!

Booked collection Friday 11th, now Friday 18th parcel still not shown up. Tracking indicated received and at their Newcastle facility. After many phone calls to parcel force turns out label had detached. No delivery until Monday 21st. I paid for 48 hours and still not in receipt of parcel. Dreadful service. My customers are waiting for goods that I cannot send as the banding machine in the parcel was needed to pack goods .

Always delivered on time even at Christmas. My only minor gripe is the 8-6 collection window. Hope in the future this can be addressed. But at the amazing price no complaints. Thank you. UK to NZ in 5 days and sent 11 December awesome service.

I checked with the local collecting place..a chemists shop where I was assured it was"easy". It was! The T and C were lengthy to read but I suppose are vital cover for the firm. Otherwise the whole system was easy to follow; the price was reasonable; the tracker worked and when I was sent the time of delivery..a 1 hour slot, I could alert the recipient to make sure someone was available to accept the parcel. They did and so I cannot comment on how successfully it would otherwise have reached them. Could I have been given a delivery spot where the recipient could collect...their local chemist perhaps?!!

Royal mail was going to cost more than double for a slower service. Door to door delivery to Australia was seamless and the process via the website very straightforward. I would recommend.

Parcel picked up last Friday. Parcel Monkey said it would be delivered by Thursday 17th , then changed delivery date to Monday the 21st which would have been too late as my daughter would have left for the holiday. All is well the parcel was delivered today on time 6 days including weekend from the uk to Oman ia very good service and the cost was very competitive . I shall definitely use them again it was totally hassle free.

I arranged to have an item picked up on Tuesday 15th December and waited in all day. NO ONE TURNED UP!!!! So I go on website and guess what? there is no way to speak to someone - just this ticket stupid system. So I reschedule to have it picked up today and guess what? NO ONE TURNED UP YET AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I click on track my parcel on the website and guess what - IT SAYS IT HAS BEEN COLLECTED!!!!!!!!! NO IT FLAMING WELL HASNT!!!! ITS SITTING IN MY HALLWAY!!!! WHAT SORT OF USELESS **** ARE THEY PULLING?

The only hiccup was dpd sent the email that was ment to be for the receiver of the parcel to me so I had to forward the email to the other party

Wanted to send a parcel to India. Attached the 5 copies of the customs receipt as requested. Parcel Monkey stated that we didnt attach it and it costed us another 10 pounds to get it returned to us. No apology from them to state that they lost the customs document. Stefan from customer services was arrogant and rather ****y. How do they think we would not attach it when we know fully well it will be returned? I have always used another courier but tried parcel monkey this time round and it was the biggest mistake ever. STAY CLEAR and go for another firm.

Do not use this company they hide behind a pathetic excuse for a customer support ticketing system when things go wrong "we do not offer phone support here at Parcel Monkey and handle all communication online." their on-line support takes 24 hours to receive a response that offers no support what so ever! DO NOT use this company to send parcels to South Africa their third party partner out there Dawn wing charges extortionate amount to act as a clearing agent and will then effectively hold your parcel for ransom. Having paid £30 to parcel monkey (same as post office) to send a parcel there I now find I am having to pay £20 in customs charges (for a gift sent from/to private individual) and clearing agent fee with bank charge of £10 to send payment internationally as you have to pay through bank transfer (no paypal or card option) needless to say it doesnt look like my parcel will arrive by Christmas even tho it was sent weeks ago on 3-6 day service.... better off going to post office initial price is the same but no ransom fees :(

Booked to be picked up and no show. No explanation. Rebooked and still didnt turn up. They then turned up after the next day with no explanation. Good job somebody was in.

We had two large parcels to send from the UK to Italy. The service was fast, less than one week, efficient as they arrived exactly when expected, and the on line tracking was clear and interesting in that each point in transit was logged. All this after a very negative experience with a different company leads me to highly recommend Parcel Monkey and Did
