Was quite an easy process. Did have to chase them for a label once paid as never got one. Collected package from house as they said would. Couldnt give you a time of collection - so unsure as to when they would collect. However was earlier in day and the driver picked up - put some labels on and away it went. Would use again! Wasnt that expensive either.

Parcel Monkey offer the best prices on individual shipments to most countries. Easy to book on line and then just wait for the courier to collect the parcels. Far easier and cheaper than any other way to ship.

I have recently used Parcel Monkeys own air service to Israel and everything has been done as promised, quick, inexpensive (in compare to others...) and arrived in one piece. Would recommend.

Options of collection from house or take parcel to drop off point. I elected to utilise the drop off point as this was the only option for the courier I chose. The whole operation went smoothly and efficiently and at a price lots less than going to the Post Office. I chose to utilise the DPD option as DPD are very efficient, provide a delivery time slot and text the recipient with updated information. Ive used Parcel Monkey in the past with Parcelforce with similarly efficient and cost effective service.

I had arranged for my parcel to be collected today but when at 7.30 PM i still had not had my parcel collected i got in touch with parcelmonkey who were unable to explain why, nor where they able to allow another pick up time to be specified. It had to be a whole day - and they furthermore informed me that had i not told them that my parcel had not been picked up they would not have known!! In no way did they attempt to make up for the terrible service.

parcelforce 48 booked parcel left and actually was delivered the very next day great servce cheaper than paying in the post office and no hassle as i left it in the porch :)

I needed to send a parcel by a courier, so I used Google and Parcel Monkey came up. I put the weight and dimensions in and the price came up. It was cheaper than any of the others. They came to collect the following day, and the day after collection, it was delivered by 9-15am. You cant get much better. I will certainly use them again.

It was great, easy to book and everything was picked up and arrived timely. I dont give him five stars because they dont tell you what time your parcel will be picked up so I had to stay nearby between 9.00 - 18.00 which is the range they give you

The only feedback I could give would be that it could be useful if, even on the day, we could be emailed/text a smaller time-scale (e.g. between 12-2, in an hour, after 4pm etc) that they would be coming rather than "between 8am - 6pm."
Besides that there were no issues, everything was great, and delivered quickly.

I booked Parcelforce through parcel monkey, at first it was great, they collected the parcel within a few hours. I paid for the 24 hour express service. It was going to a little island just off Scotland, so I checked to see if this postcode would take longer, it said nothing. Next thing I know, it wasnt delivered after 1 day, nor 2, it took 4 days to deliver! Absolutely fuming I contacted parcelforce to find its a postcode with an extended service. They would not refund me and said its down to parcel monkey as the service was booked through them. Never again!

First time on a courier parcel site - easy to use, great prices, parcel shipped with ParcelForce to The Netherlands, it arrived quickly, no problems. I would certainly use this service again.

Price was good for sending parcel France and it arrived promptly but courier arrived at my workplace after it had closed to pick up. It was lucky a colleague was working late.

I used parcels2go previously, despite my package being a large piece of furniture,they managed to lose it for around 7 days, so i changed to parcel monkey, who are not only far cheaper, but far more organised and reliable. I got bad feedback from my customer
Because i used an inferior company. If you want my advice,save money, time , and worry, and use parcel monkey.

Parcel picked up on monday afternoon delivered to Melbourne address on Thursday. Some of the content were not fully in tact...easter eggs. Others made it just fine.
