I specifically ordered a courier service through Parcel Monkey that said I didnt need to print a label. Dropped parcel off at my mums to be collected. When I get to work I get an email saying here is your label and that it HAS to be put on the parcel! So I use printer at work and have to leave work to go all the way back to my mums with this label. The guy who picked it up then said he has his own label and says it would have been fine anyway! Ridiculous waste of my time through poor communication.

For the second time my parcels have not been collected using DX Next Day service causing my companys reputation to be questioned. The first time the courier could not find the delivery address, easily found by the Post Office. The second time it would seem they couldnt find the collection address! This is totally unacceptable and Live Chat, while being helpful, could not give a reason. They had automatically re-scheduled for the following day which was no good for me, but they confirmed cancellation and full refund. I copied the Live Chat content and saved it away in case the refund is delayed.

rather dissapointed with lack of service not collected i imagine the recipient is even more upset think we should have some financial benefit for the poor service

Booked it, they collected, they delivered....that simple! Id have liked an app to show approximate time for collection, but eventually I had to leave the house and left the parcel outside....it was collected while I was out, no dramas.

An excellent No hassel service at a very reasonable price. Our Parcel was collected from our home in Cornwall and was safely delivered to Papua New Guinea, Customs were dealt with by Parcel Monkey and our son was notified by phone when the parcel was ready to be picked up at the nearest town. I shall certainly make use of Parcel Monkey again.

After sending my parcel to Ireland with a guaranteed 2 day service upon checking with Parcel Monkey where my parcel was they could not help as although it states to get in touch with them and not the courier directly I was told as it was Easter my parcel which was due for delivery on Friday was not going to be delivered until Tues! I questioned this and was told that Parcel Monkey were often blamed for the couriers error!! It appears once you send your parcel Parcel Monkey dont appear to be able to help. I told them in no uncertain terms I needed my parcel delivered Friday latest and was told they would let the courier know - thanks to DPD my parcel was delivered on Friday as scheduled. Dont think I would use Parcel Monkey again because of lack of customer service and also lack of concern of customer service that once your parcel has gone it has nothing to do with them!

The entire process was easy and straightforward.
Saved me 20 pounds of postage and they picked up my parcel from home! Definitely recommended to everyone especially for overseas services.

Parcel Monkey are fine for taking your money and if everything runs smoothly then that is the end of the service and all is well. Their website is easy to follow and booking is easy. However, if you have any problems, do not expect them to help in any way. I paid for additional compensation to cover the cost of my item and then when the item was damaged they didnt want to know. I provided everything that they reasonably asked for ... including transaction details and photographs. They asked for a picture of the packaging as it was received but as my buyer didnt have this, I couldnt provide it. They were quick to close the claim for no valid reason. Definitely better to use couriers direct where possible as claims are reasonably processed with them. DPD have actually been far more help directly than Parcel Monkey have been. Avoid.

Prices looked very competitive but dont be fooled, their IT systems simply dont work and the support staff (online chat page only) are very poorly traineded. I tried to send a package to Portugal. Firstly their software doesnt recognise and address line longer than 13 characters! The order was finally accepted but within 10 minutes had failed. You have to look at your account page to know there is a problem with your order - there are no warning messages. This happened three times before I cancelled the order to go elsewhere.

Posted 24th march. 30th march recieved message saying attempted delivery but I was home all day and nobody came. I also stated leave with neighbours if not at home so no excuse really. Now have to go to their depot to collect, not happy !

The print label icons didnt seem to be working properly on my brower but overall a good service and much cheaper than using the courier directly.

My parcel delivery from UK to Hong Kong was almost one week faster than estimated time. Doesnt matter there was Easter holidays in middle of delivery but parcel reached HK just in four days...

I chose this service as I found good reviews about them, however they do not live up to the good reviews at all! The collection was absolutely a painful process, I cannot track my parcel on their website and the Parcel Force tracking number shows my parcel is already delivered although the recipient has not yet received it. There is no way you can contact them if you need to; no phone number, their chat facility is down and chat messages are left unattended for hours, but they offer you to contact them by post! I was probably misled by reviews and I am in doubt of their reviews genuinity. I will be waiting for any update but I do not recommend their services as I am sure there are better providers out there.

Waited the whole day at home for the driver to come, but its now 6pm, the driver didnt come. booked it about a week ago, this morning parcel monkey sent an remainder to my mobile about the collection today. Trying to contact them, but on their website there is no phone number, talked to them on livechat, its constantly one visitor before me. really angry, seems like the only option on the website is to reschedule, but the date is too late, also I dont want to waste another day waiting at home.

Booked a parcel for collection. Waited in ALL day. Contacted parcel monkey only to be dismissed by the very rude "chat" employee Rachelle. Didnt seem to care at all about the fact that they had failed to provide a paid for service. Told me I would have to wait weeks for an explanation or refund then refused to put me in contact with anyone else. Refused to communicate or give me a number to communicate by phone, told me to write a letter and send by post. Refused to give any indication of time of response. Just totally obtuse and unhelpful. DO NOT USE THEM!

I turned to Parcel Monkey after experiencing problems with Hermes. Booked collection with ParcelForce and package was collected and delivered without any problem.
I would certainly use Parcel Monkey - and ParcelForce - again.

i sent a courier to collect an item, they collected it, then brought to my house. Nobody was home, my wife was working, my children at school, but they send back the parcel, claiming that it got refused. I contacted them, and they kept saying this, without giving me any evidence. my parcel is back to where i wanted it to be collected from, and i have to organize someone else to pick it up.

Initially had trouble with website when booking consignment but after a Live chat it was sorted out. Parcel was collected on a Friday and delivered safely in China eight days later. Parcel monkeys price for Parcelforce was much cheaper than rival companies. Would use them again.

Really good as a comparison with services. It cant be blamed for Parcel Force arriving late and ignoring the instructions to phone before pick up. What woudl make Oarcel Monkey excellent is if you coudl chose services by those that offer a pick up time, not just delivery time.

I completed the online system right up until I needed to print my postage label. It stated that the transaction failed but still took money through PayPal. Ive emailed twice but had no response. I will take it up with PayPal. Dreadful customer service
