I have never seen such a poorly delivered package. Having boxed my item carefully and wrapped it in loads of bubble wrap it arrived as if it had been used as a football in the FA cup final. The. carrier Royal Mail might of been reasonably priced but OH my God. What a disaster. The item arrived in such a state it was only good for the bin.

Parcel was collected promptly, driver called beforehand for some directions and was very pleasant and polite. Parcel reached Spain very quickly, as promised, however daily emails then received claiming item was being delivered that day but never arrived resulting in wasted days spent at home for no reason. Parcel has still not reached the delivery destination.

Convenient service. I was able to drop the parcel off at a collection point, which was convenient as it had late opening hours.
I did have a bit of trouble tracking the parcel.
On the delivery I received a text to advise me of the time of the planned delivery, with a one hour time window, which was great.
Overall a good service.

Choose to drop off at post office. Delivery was quite quick however the delivery was not to door courier service. It was terminated at the Brunei post office where I had to collect it in person. If the service was with DHL it would have been door to door delivery.

Well what can I say I ditched hermes,for monkey parcel and so far so good, my orders have been delivered on time,no hiccups as yet Im hoping it will stay like this as I need a regular delivery service for my business.

The website incorrectly stated that no printer was needed. That was the first hurdle. More importantly, the parcel arrived at destination dented and goods could not be refunded. You need to use more reliable couriers if youre going to re-sell their services.

The setup of the delivery with Parcel Monkey was problem free, unfortunately Royal Mail Parcel Force lost the parcel.

All was seemingly well until there was a problem..... I arranged for my parcel to be collected and delivered the next day. After noticing that there was any issue on the dashboard I got in touch with customer services and was told that I shouldnt worry and be assured that in spite of the issues all parcels will be collected on the day they were supposed to. OK. During me questioning the collection date of the parcel I was met with a very rude customer services agent who, was quite frankly, a waste of time. The majority of answers I had to prise out of her but the kicker to all of this - is that she couldnt tell me when the parcel would be delivered. How can a specialist reseller of courier services not tell you when you parcel will be delivered? Anyway - she said that I would have to wait until the parcel was collected before I knew the delivery date. With that in mind I trusted that it would be collected as suggested and delivered within the remit of the service I had paid for. The parcel was not collected. I was not informed. I got in touch with customer services and she just repeated exactly what was on my dashboard. Commence prising questions. Parcel was collected a day late. Parcel then hit a weekend and, as such, didnt get processed until Monday - because I didnt pay for a weekend service and Parcel Monkey didnt bother doing anything about their manifest issues. The parcel is currently working its way back to the original address. After a solid week, slightly more once its actually delivered, the parcel is still in the system and not once has Parcel Monkey contacted me to explain the issues or problems. They have however asked me to review them (which is the only contact by the way) and so here we are.......

when I ordered to sent the parcels I did it one by one. I receive several email and sms the day I buy your services, the day before of the collection and the day of the collection. At the end I could not distingish for which parcel was which sms or email, there was not a reference number or information about any parcel. Once I had two parcels to collect, and nobody come, i just receive one sms for one of the parcels saying that I was not at home and explaining how I can rearrage a collection, I got crazy trying to find out which parcel, what is going to happen to them. Thge website was very clear and easy to use, the price comparation very useful, but everything got very extressful and confusing when they told me they could not another courier and I need to change the date and I dont know which parcel are going to collect, very bad.

We received a quote for a 5 day delivery to Sweden 9 days later the parcel has just been given to the forwarder this is the 6th working day. Not the best start for a business looking to ship abroad.

I booked through your website last wedensday to collect my 4 alloys and tyres on Friday. I wait until Monday to ring parcel force to be told you havent even told them? They said I have to contact you which you dont even have a number to ring. I use the live chat yesterday to speak to someone who made no sense on why my parcel hasnt been collected and it will be collected tomorrow. Then the person buying the alloys is seriously annoyed with me for saying they would be delivered buy now and if I didnt book through your website none of this would of happened. Ive never had a worse service.
