Ive booked a collectin online then the code for my parcel never got generated o had to pay parcel force directly to pic my parcel up and still didnt recieve the refund

I sent 20 solar lights to Portugal with Parcel Monkey via Parcel Force. It was half the price of going direct to the courier. In addition the parcel I sent was rejected by other couriers due to the battery content. If packed correctly its a great service.

Still not received a refund or had any contact about how the refund is going and that was two weeks ago. Terrible customer service!

So many problems with this company, Ill never use them again: 1. They failed to pick up my parcel 2. Getting in touch with them is difficult. They dont have a telephone number (alarm bells!) and they are VERY SLOW at responding online. 3. They dont take responsibility and dont resolve the problem. After failing to another courier, all theyve done is refund me. No attempt at fixing the big problem I now face as to how to get my parcel to its destination as a matter of urgency today. 4. Ive been left having to pay in excess of £100 because same day delivery is much more expensive than the Next Day service I had booked with them. They should have paid for this seeing as it was their fault. 5. I asked where I could leave a review of their poor service and poor customer service and they ignored my request. They are trying to hide negative reviews of their company so please beware. 6. They are cheap for a reason - they FAIL to deliver parcels. Perhaps this is why theyre called Parcel Monkey because a monkey could deliver a parcel much better than they could. I should have paid a little bit more to go with a more reputable company, it would have saved me so much money, time and inconvenience as I now have to sort out the mess theyve left me in. Recommend: AVOID at all costs!

Since 2 months, Im requesting for refund for a cancelled service (no pickup) and I get a apology message that their Finance department is working on it and they will get in touch with me. Trust me, Im loosing my hope to get back my money. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CO.

I tracked my order expecting it to be in Australia only to find it hasnt left the UK. Your message informing me of this arrived 10 DAYS after collection. I have no idea why there is a problem, I completed the order as per instructions.

Ive booked the parcel collection made the payment and all the procedures, after 10 minutes Ive received two emails one with the label that I had to print and stick on the parcel and other one saying that my order has been dispatched with the option to track my parcel, I was confused because I didnt send any parcel yet (was after 10 minutes) the day after I had an inconvenience and after recived the message of confirmation Ive cancelled the collection. My Flat mates they where at home, they didnt know that i had to cancel the collection and they opened to the corrier who didnt check the parcel which was with out the label provide in one of the emails that Ive received, He took the parcel but I couldnt track it because theyve send me the wrong tracking number. After a week the parcel arrived in a huge bag, I still didnt receive any email regarding if the parcel arrived or not! Not even a refound for the cancellation made. I dont think I will use this service anymore.

I have used this company for shipments between countries and they have been brilliant. Good communication and always where they say they will be at the time they state. I will continue to use them for my regular overseas shipments.

Waited in all day and still no collection. All they said was they were sorry with no explanantion whatsoever. See if they turn up tomorrow but i am not holding my breath

Helped me find the cheapest and quickest way to send my package to Mexico. The paperwork was easy to download and print and made things less complicated for me.
Tracking was easy too and everything went as planned.

Up until now I have had a fantastic experience with Parcel Monkey, however on this occassion my parcel was not collected and I was not notified as such at all. It was only upon going down to reception 3 days later I realised it had not been collected. I then attempted to reschedule and was told I could not do so and had to contact customer services. Upon trying to do so I could not locate a contact number, very frustrating considering the delivery was urgent and I had pay for next day delivery. I spoke to someone on live chat who rescheduled the delivery, however I still received no explanation and was told despite the mistake that my delivery could not be guaranteed before lunch time as my suppliers are awaiting this delivery before sending out a shipment. Instead I was given a standard response that all deliveries are between 8 and 6pm and they recommend someone stays around until the parcel arrives, completely shoddy personalised solution to my complaint considering the inconvenience and failure to deliver a paid for service. Essentially when it works it is fantastic, however when something goes wrong the customer service isnt great and your parcel will be very delayed
