I looked around at some websites after learning how expensive it would be to ship my parcel to the US with Royal Mail. Parcel Monkey was by far the cheapest option. They kept me updated along the way, the parcel was picked up within 2 hours of me making the order, and it arrived in the US within 5 days. Very happy customer!

Booked for same day collection, did not come to collect parcel. We had to contact ParcelMonkey to change collection. We should have been told that same day collection was not possible.

I booked a large letter delivery to Barbados for next day collection. It got to about 3pm the next day so I thought Id check online to see what time it would be collected. There was an error message on my account. "Problem, please contact Parcel Monkey". Firstly, I wouldnt have known there was a problem had I not decided to check for myself. When I got onto online chat (pretty quickly) I was informed that the system, nor the advisor could confirm the address I was senting to. I found it using Google with one click. It was a very straightforward address in Barbados. The advisor apologised but could not then confirm a pick up that day. I had wasted a whole day by then, plus I wouldnt have been informed!! I cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. I booked a collection with a well-known, reputable courier service who collected the same day. When I got into work this morning, I found an email from Parcel Monkey telling me to go to my account for further information. There it stated that the measurements I had entered for my large letter were not accepted by the system as they were not whole numbers. What a load of bull! Never again.

Very disappointed parcel was not collected after the person having the parcel collected stayed at home all day waiting and could not stay in he next day so I lost an important purchase!!! The chat line person was helpful but I would not use this service again have used other couriers and had no problems!!!

When I was sent an email regarding an additional charge, I was confused. I had used the measurements given on the parcel force box and had taken my parcel to the post office to be weighed. When I queried this, I was told the dimensions were incorrect. I got the recipient to double check the parcel they had received. They matched the dimensions that I entered. Still no resolution.

I purchased a delivery service including additional insurance cover to have a consignment of engine spares worth £345.00 collected from me in York and delivered to Florida. Parcel Monkey lost the package and have refused to pay out any compensation under the insurance cover I purchased because they claim I did not report the loss within 5 days of the consignment being shipped but the anticipated delivery time of the consignment was 3 to 6 days, longer than the window of opportunity to report the loss! This impossible situation must surely constitute an unfair term of contract? I have tried for months to resolve the matter only to be repeatedly fobbed off, frustrated I sent a letter before court action which resulted in yet another unsympathetic refusal. The next move will be a money claim online via the small claims court. Parcel Monkeys stance is immoral and unjust. Parcel Monkey have no phone number and make it extremely difficult to communicate with them, a sure sign of a dodgy outfit. They have a plethora of complaints against them online and are clearly operating in a manner that constitutes sharp practice and possibly even illegally? If the parcel delivery sector was independently regulated this situation would be investigated as the way this company are doing business is truly shocking with no regard for their customers when things dont go to plan. My advice is DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!!! Kind regards, Steve Perks

4-5 days estimated for parcel to Singapore and delivered as promised. Tracking very clear and regularly updated to point of delivery. Very happy with service.

I used this service to post some tools to my brother in New Zealand, I had my reservations as the price was a lot lower than using some of the same services directly but the package was collected within 18 hours of booking the service and the package was delivered within a week.
Will be using the service again.

There were no advice to limit the customs "contents" to 30 characters, I found out by trial and error!
Totally frustrated that the "Tracking" facility did not work for me, despite the screen message saying TRACKING, there was no feed back as to the progress. The FAQs was of no use, and there was no telephone help. Email live chat was in office hours only. Being a first time user, I was obviously doing something wrong, as tracking your parcel is a basic requirement .Other than these 2 problems the house collection was good and the parcel arrived in 5 days in good condition. I have just my 2nd parcel to N.Z.

Hi, I took the parcel to the shop on the Monday midday and it was delivered on the Wednesday morning @ 08.58. A quick and organised delivery, for a very low charge. Thank you so much. I highly recommend and will use this company again.

Cant fault the service we received. Website was easy to use and parcel was booked in using DPD courier service. Everything was very straight forward, parcel collected next day and arrived with our customer in UAE within a few days.

The overall experience was acceptable, but the email sending the parcel label took way too long, and for myself caused a problem, as email arrived almost same time as courier.

I used parcel monkey to send a small parcel to a relative abroad. Paid for the 3 days delivery service on the and did not receive any label. After a while I contacted the company and they told me that the system did not produce a label because the postcode field can only accept numerical characters. The country I was sending the parcel to has alphanumeric characters in the postcode. No emails and no indications from the website, I had to contact the helpdesk to get the label. I finally received the label and I dropped the parcel on the morning of the 27th of January. The parcel reached its destination on the 5th of February - I complained and was advised that this was within contractual agreements. Staff is not rude, every single message was very apologetic but unfortunately the 3 days service is totally misleading. I will never use them again.

A straight forward and cost effective delivery service. Would help if tracking was updated on the Parcel Monkey site rather than having to check the courier company site.

I chose a 48 hour service and the parcel should have arrived latest on Tuesday but it took a day longer although the destination address is not too far from our address. Not very impressed. I chose DPD over Hermes because of the timeline but Hermes would have been probably faster.

Parcel Monkey is convenient as it will offer you a variety of shipping options from different companies for your package. Just put in the weight, measurements, and destination then press search for the best quote from a variety of sources detailing the price, insurance options, and delivery time. It is easier and cheaper than going to the post office in most cases. Although it is not possible to insure artwork or antiques with Parcel Force, the company I used, it is a very reliable and secure service. The only down side is that you have to wait in all day for the parcel company to pick it up. The package went from the UK to the USA in three days door to door. I would use them again.

I arranged two shipments through parcel monkey. One to France and one to the UK. The one to France wasnt delivered. However, the courier emailed an address to collect it from. The UK one, I have no idea what has happened to it. When I try to track it, it has 5 entries on the date of collection. The last entry states awaiting first delivery . 5 days later, no further information. At the weekend, the parcel monkey website message system is inactive. Instead you are offered a link to raise a support ticket. The link just sends you back to the home page. Very frustrating.
