5th time Ive used this service to send parcels to Spain, and it definitely wont be the last. After many a disappointment using the post office with parcels taking up to 3 weeks and very expensive, the service offered by Parcel Monkey was like a breath of fresh air. It does exactly what it says on the box at very very reasonable prices.

Parcel dropped off at a local point, they explained it would be picked up next day (it was 17:50) as they closed in 10 minutes, had email to say it would be delivered the day after it was on time no hassle. The only hiccup had been when filling the form on line 1 part had to do 3 times as it would not accept what I put in probably down to me. Ill remember for next time. Good service, really pleased

The company is easy to use and easy to book parcel collections , however I booked a parcel using there parcel force express 24 service expecting it to arrive to the recipient in at most a few days. However the parcel didnt arrive until a week after the booking was placed. I payed over £20 for the service, a bit disappointing to say the least.

Item was shipped on the 7th of December with a 4 to 5 day delivery expectation and is now being shown as in the SouthHampton depot. It arrived there on the 12th of December.

I had to take a whole day off work, wait in my house like a prisoner and nobody showed up! The status says that I am still waiting for a collection. In the meantime, the customer services close Friday afternoon so I will have to wait until Monday for them to contact me and probably Tuesday for a next pick-up. So, no Christmas presents for my family abroad, thanks very much!

Excellent service. My parcel to New Zealand was collected on the Monday and was delivered to its destination on Friday!!! Much cheaper than Royal Mail and definitely quicker!! Would not hesitate to recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone sending items overseas.

This was the second issue in one month that resulted in a lot of hassle, copy and paste support and a charge-back with the bank for my money. This time round when they came to collect I had two parcels being dispatched, only one with Parcel Monkey heading for the USA, however they took a Hermes parcel destined for a government body in the UK and was insured with Hermes for £639. After the driver stood with the parcel, with his unmarked van outside the house (same as the guy who collects for Hermes) and he gave us a card with the full parcel number on. 4 minutes exactly, after he left, we realised he had taken the Hermes parcel and not the Yodel bound for the USA. I called the number on the card he left and the lady bluntly said nothing could be done, but she would call back later. No call came so called again at 4pm and Geraldine didnt understand how the driver took the wrong parcel? Didnt he scan it when he collected it, she asked? NO. Did he check the address and that your customs form was attached correctly, she asked? NO. Did he not have you sign for the consignment? NO! Geralidine said she would get someone to call me back, but... I had to complain to Parcel Monkey for anything to be done. I searched for a number to call Parcel Monkey and only found a online contact for. I completed it despite the urgency and was told a response would be made in 48 hours. Next day however I got a response on the support ticket, we are investigating and someone will be intouch etc etc. I heard nothing the next day and I made a response on the support ticket, I got a response, the same, theyd copied and pasted it. Customer loyalty during a time when they should be ensuring the best in service recovery couldnt be bothered to address the response to me despite my name being my my correspondence. Anyhow, the same was repeated over the course of the next 5 days. On the 5th day, waiting for the return of the parcel that Hermes kept knocking for, and me having to tell him Parcel Monkey/Yodel had taken it in error and had not brought it back. So I booked with another courier, another courier, was infact £7 cheaper and guaranteed to get there quicker. I informed these Monkeys that a full refund would be requested given they were not making an effort to come and collect the rightful parcel despite paying for a service, they say they will make the refund, that is yet to be seen and I have no confidence it will be made smoothly. In there correspondence they seem to imply this is the end of the matter... How wrong Parcel Monkey are. They have taken a parcel, that is a A-Level course that was sent in error by the college of which needed to be returned, of which they stressed having sent me the right course that I would be charged a further £639 if it is not returned safely of which, true to their word they did charge my CC today. Parcel Monkey have not made any effort to have this item, I will now be seeking reimbursement of £639 for their lack of diligence in the courier and the services they sell. Social media and the net as a whole are flooded with unhappy customers of Parcel Monkey, given this is the 2nd incident in less than a month I urge you to avoid these amateurs, as when things go wrong they simply wash their hands and become true Monkeys when it comes to service recovery!!!

The tracker system from when I dropped off parcel at shop on a Saturday showed the parcel to still be there all day (10 pm) Monday. The Wheres my parcel been said my parcel was on its way back to me. Then Tuesday at 9-00 am I got an email saying my parcel would be delivered between 11-30 & 12-30 (delivered 12-15 ) All very confusing could be better The Tuesday tracking was good and accurate

Working with a friend in the UK to send some gifts to Australia. Parcel Monkey confirmed a collection day, tracking number etc. My friend stayed at home all day and no one came to collect! Hes tried to contact customer support and just been sent a blanket message that they are closed over the weekend and wont respond. Unless we see some customer service soon Ill be GBP200 out of pocket and very disappointed!

This was my first time to use a service like this, Ive always just gone to the post office. Very easy to book online with no complications, courier arrived to pick up the parcel on Monday which meant I didnt have to carry a heavy item and it arrived with my family on the Wednesday. Extremely reasonable price and excellent service all round, will definitely be using again as my postage method. Many thanks to all involved.

A little cheaper than the Post Office, but more hassle to arrange. I`m sure it will be worth while with different parcel sizes to the one I sent.

They picked up the parcel prompt on the 9th of December, but it still has not reached its destination in Holland on the 18th, so goodness only knows when my family will receive it. So needless to say we are very disappointed. I know it is a hectic time for delivery firms but this length of time is really taking the mickey. I do not think i will use the service again.
