just recently started using parcel monkey to send my deliveries out and have to say am delighted.all done from home.collections made on time and deliveries the same at a great price.

Good price but you get what u pay for. If u have an issue youd be better off contacting courier yourself. Been left with issues unanswered, been told Ill get an email with an update and never did. Not great. But if everything goes well which did happen few times u cant really fault the service. Because I rate for how companies deal with issues, I cant rate them high.

Got to send a parcel from UK to USA (WI) 1-2kg and it arrived within 5 days even though its said 2-4 days on the website. The simplicity to make an order and find the best prices "even though they are still quite high" makes sending parcels to family for urgent needs much simpler ! Thank you !

Dropped the parcel off at a shop only round the corner from where I live on a Wednesday night and by Friday 10:00 am it was in Holland signed for, fantastic service!

It worked almost perfectly. I shipped something from the UK to Hungary with parcelforce trough parcelmonkey. The price was good, the trancking function was awesome. The hungarian service called GLS was total incompetent. They didnt call me before delivering the package, and they didnt leave a phone number after the first delivery attempt.
Fortunately I saw the failed delivery attemt on parcelforces home page, and i could contact GLS and was able to collect my package.
Parcelmonkey was great, parcelforce was great, GLS was a bit incompetent, but I got my package, so I am happy.

I was a little apprehensive at using Parcel Monkey but it as founded. They collected and delivered quite a large parcel for me and I would definitely both recommend and use them again myself.

The online platform was easy to use but when I had questions regarding oversized packages to be sent and contacted the instant messenger helpline, the customer service representative was completely useless, just kept on asking me to go back to the online quote system. Not to be rude but seems like the customer service department is on the other side of the planet and reading from a script.

This Parcel company is bad and I mean bad. When parcels go missing which is often, dont expect any help from Customer support, that is if you can actually get them to reply.

Booked parcel in, not collected on day. Booked it in next day and was charged again, now cant get refund for first booking. Charging for no service is not particularly bright is it? I have tried to obtain a refund to no avail, I havent the time or will to make an issue of it, life is too short.

Needed to send a parcel abroad. Printer off tickets attached to parcel, spent maybe 5 minutes. Dropped off at post office (had additional customs forms to fill in :( ) - Was may 5 minutes in post office.
Less than a week later parcel arrived at destination.
Arrived earlier than anticiapted!!!

Holiday baggage sent in advance by 24Express supposed to be next day delivery took 6 days, cost a lot to buy essential replacement kit and nearly ruined trip. Never ever again

Item was delivered in great condition to the destination country, much quicker than Id thought it would take! Excellent service.
Only slight negative is that ParcelForce didnt pick up until 15 mins *after* the end-time of their standard pickup times (which is between 7am and 5:30pm!). Not a big problem though.

It was quick to get a quote and choose the relevant company. My parcels took only 4 days for a delivery from UK to France. I had a tracking number. Will use that website again!

I was very impressed with Parcel Monkey. They offered competitive prices and it was easy to arrange to have a parcel picked up. The parcel was picked up the next day and delivered to Poland in 3 days. It was a very efficient and easy service to use.

Could not rate parcel monkey more highly - having had awful experience with other companies shipping from UK to USA - I was recommended parcel monkey and had the best hassle free experience !! And was worried parcel may get stuck in customs for some time - it arrived all in tact on my daughters actual birthday as promised !! Would definitely recommend and use next time !!

I use Parcel Monkey a lot to send to my daughter in Jersey and they have never let me down. Couriers are very friendly and items always reach her on time. Prices are very good too as I found no other company could give me the same standard of service at the price I paid with Parcel Monkey. I have even used them for UK deliveries with no stress or dramas at all.

It was reasonably priced, easy to understand what to do and the pick up occurred on time - although I suspect that was as much down to Parcel Force as Parcel Monkey. However by going through Parcel Monkey I was able to access a Parcel Force service that is not available by going to Parcel Force direct. I had two parcels to ship and both were picked up together which was very convenient.
