I have been asking for an update everyday since the 7th March and everyday I am fobbed off with the statutory robotic line "Please be advised that we have followed this up with the carrier and well get back to you as soon as possible"!!!! Apparently PM do not have telephones and are solely reliant on email. Shockingly awful. I passed PM the customers phone number on Monday, 5 days later and he has still not been called. I just had an update today, 18 days after delivery. The parcel is being returned to me!!!! You dont even get a refund off this inept outfit!

Not at all happy with this service. I sent a package from the uk to qatar and it got stuck at customs because they say they couldnt find the customs form which i definitely attached to the box and taped it firmly down and even asking the driver to verify. Instead of allowing me to email them another customs form they gave me the option of either paying £35 to get the parcel back of them disposing of it!! Huge huge inconvenience and i ended up paying the initial fee of postage and then a fee to reclaim. Totally ruined the surprise i wanted to give my nieces! Still hoping to get a refund on my money!!

The website gave clear instructions about measuring and weighing the parcels; then printed labels easily for a pickup within a couple of days. Cost less than I expected. Pickup came on time. Sorted.

I was quite pleased. To be fair, I didnt have any issue to be contact customer service and I think thats usually the acid test. Id use them again though.
Still its even better to not need to contact Customer Services.

I received a message that my parcel was being returned to me - I wasted 45 minutes chasing the problem which just wasted my time - parcel monkey was good, easy to use though

Setting up the account was straightforward and easy enough. The parcel actually arrived one day early. I was kept informed of delivery date and time by email. My item was delivered safely and quickly.

Excellent service. Having had a bad experience with a rival business I was slightly sceptical but I had nothing to worry about. The online booking system was simple and the range of offers gives options in the service required. A very happy customer.

I cannot fault the parcel monkey experience but using DPD for business has been a disaster. What is the point of someone staying in all day for a prearranged delivery for the delivery not to turn up and no communication to confirm the delivery was not made and the reasons why. My client was extremely unhappy!
