Dreadful service, no collection twice and still not refunded over 2 weeks later after I was forced to cancel what was an urgent consignment and collection delayed by at least 4 days . Told a refund would take 5 -7 working days, but not told I would have to go into my account to ACCEPT their offer of a refund within 14 days and lose a £6 admin fee even though they had broken their side of the contract. Lost all faith in them.

I use Parcel monkey website quite often. Very easy to use web site and good prices. Good after sales service too. Definately would recommend!!!

We used ParcelMonkey for the first time recently and I must admit to being a bit nervous paying the ££ and not knowing if the goods would even be collected. I shouldnt have worried, our shipment was picked up as booked and delivered to our customer in Belgium two days later ... for a lot less than we have previously paid direct to ParcelForce. Brilliant!

I booked a parcel cost me £112.30 by using parcel monkey, but I have been told that the parcel needs to be rebooked for some reason, so I rebooked the parcel 2nd time, but a few days later I have received an notice for my refund with only £117.30, there are £5 shortage, I sent a few emails to ask reasons and I have never got response. Later on I read their term and condition found out the reason, as I have been charged £5 administration fee, when you cancelled your booking and rebook again. NOW I UNDERSTOOD WHY I HAVE BEEN TOLD REBOOK. I will never use them again, nightmare!

The service was excellent and quick. My parcel arrived promptly as advertised. The post office seemed to have trouble with labels and probably because they did not recognise them it was a mission to drop the parcel off.

Used Parcel Monkey to ship parcel of Christmas goodies and presents to Son and family in Australia. Sent it early as expected it to take a while with customs inspections etc., but it arrived in just 8 days. I could track it every step of the way, I was very impressed and so much cheaper than the likes of Royal Mail. Will certainly use again.

Parcel monkey were excellent, they picked up my parcel when they said they would and also delivered it pretty fast and on time. This was an international parcel delivery so I was very impressed (delivered to Uganda within 3 days). More importantly I saved a lot compared to other providers such as Royal Mail and DHL, who were quoting twice as much for the same job.

This was the worst experience I have ever had using a courier service. I was in the US for a week and needed to receive an important document so I booked a service that said it would take 2 - 4 days. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The worst aspect was the customer service. I was in daily contact with Parcel Monkey to find out why my parcel was sent to Malta back to the UK and then to the US. They replied each time that they could not get in contact with DPD so I rang DPD directly and they were very helpful and were happy to change the delivery address as I was no longer in the US. Parcel Monkey told me I could not change the delivery address but when I got DPD to send me an email saying they could, they then changed their tune and said they would but this was then too late and the parcel was delivered to an address I was no longer at. I would not use Parcel Monkey for anything important or urgent as it is impossible to get any information from Parcel Monkey and you cannot make changes directly with the courier as it was booked by Parcel Monkey.

Excellent service. Sent a parcel to Dubai which in the past had always been very troublesome, slow and costly. This was exactly the opposite. The parcel got there quickly, was hasslefree and was reasonably priced. I will definitely be using again.

We have used Parcel Monkey several times before and will continue to use them both for UK parcels and abroad. The prices and the ease of use make it pointless to do anything else. I should point out, we live in a small town in Cornwall, not in a big city. And yet the service is perfect.
This time the parcel was to go to family in Canada. The website is clear, quick and easy to use. You can chose an option where the carrier will collect from your house. You dont even have to go the post office. This time we chose Parcel Force as it was the cheapest option. They arrived when they were supposed to and 4 days later our parcel arrived in excellent condition at our familys house in Canada. Cannnot reccomend this service highly enough.

I had an issue with an item inside my parcel, i spoke to parcel monkey multiple times about finding out more information on when I would know if my parcel was arriving however they said they would give me more information in 24hrs, 24hrs later I enquired again only to be told it would take 48hrs more! This after i had paid for express delivery. I had to call DPD myself to get a clear answer, which was that my parcel was being shipped back to sender due to a prohibited item. The item which even the member of staff agreed was not clearly listed.
