The is no Parcel Force Barcode on the printed label, this causes problems with Parcel Force collections form the office.

I sent a parcel to my son in Melbourne for part of his xmas...The parcel arrived very quickly dropped of one Tuesday arrived in Melbourne the following Tuesday...brilliant service...

Next day collection service excellent for those as disorganised as myself, arrived at its destination within the specified time frame, helpful & friendly delivery drivers. If I had to be extra picky I would ask for the option to have the labels printed and brought to you on collection (but Im unorganised as didnt think about the fact I needed to print at midnight & dont own a printer)

Needed urgent pickup for return items in large package. Parcel Monkey was easy to book and pickup was same day. It cost me £74 which was hugely expensive but I was stuck and the pickup and delivery went ahead easily. Saved the day

i usted your service to send a mobile phone to america but was told by email it could not continue the journey as it had gone against your terms and conditions of carrige so hat to pay again.to have it sent back to me i would not mind if it was explplain.to me why it could not enter america

It started as a good experience as they cam to pick up the parcel the same day we booked it. Unfortunately it ended as a horrible experience. I sent a parcel to my daughter in Barcelona, when we tried to track it, it said it was in Spain but unable to locate address. They never called my daughter or me to let me know of any problems. We tried to call Parcel Monkey but there is no customer service for this. We called all the other companies involved and they were incompetent, unhelpful but above all very RUDE. They would refuse to help and put phone down on us, claiming that it was not their responsibility to locate the parcel. Someone even said that it is because we chose the cheap option to send the parcel. One of the operator online would not reply to questions. It was a nightmare. In the end my daughter had to go to the main Post Office in Barcelona and take the parcel home by herself and paid an expensive taxi fee. Horrible! I would not recommend it to anyone and certainly would not use it again. No customer service at all! Unacceptable.

Delighted with this service. It is my first time using them but Ill certainly use them again. They tell you when theyll pick up the parcel and when it will be delivered by and they are true to their word. AND it was much cheaper than sending it by Royal Mail!!

They do not collect your parcel on the scheduled date! Then, they do not bother to collect your box again on the re-scheduled date! What a lovely service! I have been trying to reach them by phone and by MANY e-mails/updates on my account but no practical response from ANYONE! Thanks for steaing my time and money! I could not go outside for 2 days since they were the collection days! I have still waiting at home! Thanks for making me stuck at home fellas!

Easy booking online, web site eddy to use, no problem with collection and delivery on time. A collection time slot would be good but other than that a perfect transaction.

Booking process for collection was straightforward, the price offered was a lot cheaper than others and the delivery to the destination countr was very quick. The parcel was collected on Wednesday and it was delivered in Saturday!

Needed to bring a folding chair from England to Scotland. The cheapest local van courier was 70 pounds. Parcel Monkey found the courier Parcelforce to do the delivery for 30 pounds for the parcel of 20 kg. Collected next day and delivered in once piece. Happy with the service.

Customer service is virtually none exist, had a problem with my delivery and there is no contact number you can ring. Either submit a message and wait for them to get back to you or do live chat. It took them 20 mins to acknowledge my chat session and after a further 40 minutes they still hadnt come back to me. How are you meant to resolve issues! They also dont do live chat sessions over the weekend, only week days!

booked a collection online 14th Nov, today is 21st and was informed by the collection address the package has still not been collected. Not one email from Parcel Monkey to say there is any problem, but i did get this email asking for a review earlier today and im writing this whilst waiting for an explanation from Parcel Monkey via their website messenger. Considering you get 3-4 emails after placing your order, you would have thought one email to say why the parcel could not be collected the day i placed the order (Your parcel is due for collection by DPD on Monday 14th November 2016) would not have been out of the question. Started messenger conversation 11.23am The result is as follows: 11.44: hello, unfortunately we wont be able to rebook this anymore since it has been 5 business days that it has not been collected. we will now have to cancel this. apologies 11.45: why was this not collected? the last email i got suggested you were collecting same day. then today i got an email to send a review, i called the company you were supposed to collect from and they told me the parcel is still there.. i have a very big problem now in australia with my client who is expecting his parcel this week, an explanation would be nice. 11.47: unfortunately regarding collection we have limited information about it. apologies. 11.48: you cant be serious - When can i expect the refund? 11.55: refund will take 3-5 business days to clear i am afraid. it is our standard time frame WHAT A JOKE!! use at your own RISK !!! Regards company director with a very angry customer!! Ps. If these guys can make a business then there is plenty of scope to start one doing exactly what they "promise" to do!!!

Parcel went uncollected for two days (by ParcelForce) and now have to rebook. No notification from ParcelMonkey whatsoever. I only found out when the client asked me where their delivery was. This is not the first time this has happened and surely in 2016 we can expect to be notified by txt or email if the courier fails a collection. Very poor.

Parcel monkey asked for just a few details about the parcel I was sending from the UK to Italy and gave me a range of options. I think the option I got was significantly cheaper than if Id just taken the parcel straight to the post office.

I booked a 24 hr delivery with Parcel Force via PM for time sensitive perishable items. When they didnt arrive in time I tried contacting PM and the answers were very evasive and that the "parcel is on its way" I got no answer form 2 representatives when I asked why is it delayed. I called Parcel force and found out that they do not do 24 hr delivery to that location and that I have been sold a service that doesnt exist My parcel arrived 48 hrs later, with the product spoiled and a total loss of over £50
