I paid £19:39 for 2 parcels to be delivered in 24 hrs but only 1 was and the other another day later, when I complained all I got was a load of jargon and told that the person receiving my parcels could make a complaint but he wasnt the one paying.

Booked 48 hour delivery. Was collected in good time and was delivered within 24 hours! Very impressed with service!

I often go direct to parcel force / royal mail or book via other online parcel services to use Parcel Force, but Parcel Monkey are the ONLY ones to prepare the service without issues. I have given up going direct to Parcel Force due to SO many issues with un-calibrated scales and very very very late deliveries on validated addresses when I paid up to £68 for next day guaranteed delivery, which took over 2 weeks.

the royal mail service is so bad its a joke a 2day delivery was 5 days , a 3 to 5 day delivery is now at day nine

Sending a parcel to Australia is always expensive, but this service is cheaper that using the post office.
Providing you have a printer to print off the labels I would recommend using them.
Th driver for the collection service arrived on time as expected.
Not able to confirm that the parcel has arrived yet, it should take 5 days. The postal service takes approx 1 week.

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time recently. Their system was simple and reliable. I printed the labels and dropped off my parcel at the Post Office. My brother received it right on schedule.

I had to send a 4kg parcel to France. At the Post Office, they asked £70 for it, using Parcelforce. Refused it, went home, got on Parcelmonkey and booked a delivery with Parcelforce for £15! I dropped it again at the same Post Office and it was delivered fast.

Paid for 3-4 days delivery dpd from UK to Sri Lanka. Today is 6th day havent get any feedback about the package. I chat with support agent did not provide correct information. Really bad expirence.

This was first and only time to try shipping with Parcel Monkey. After paying via PayPal, my label would not print. I was told to use online chat to resolve the issue, but online chat was not up and going during business hours. My problem was not resolved in a timely manner by e-mail, so Ive requested a full refund from the company and also notified PayPal. I was forced to use another company.
