booked a collection online 14th Nov, today is 21st and was informed by the collection address the package has still not been collected. Not one email from Parcel Monkey to say there is any problem, but i did get this email asking for a review earlier today and im writing this whilst waiting for an explanation from Parcel Monkey via their website messenger. Considering you get 3-4 emails after placing your order, you would have thought one email to say why the parcel could not be collected the day i placed the order (Your parcel is due for collection by DPD on Monday 14th November 2016) would not have been out of the question. Started messenger conversation 11.23am The result is as follows: 11.44: hello, unfortunately we wont be able to rebook this anymore since it has been 5 business days that it has not been collected. we will now have to cancel this. apologies 11.45: why was this not collected? the last email i got suggested you were collecting same day. then today i got an email to send a review, i called the company you were supposed to collect from and they told me the parcel is still there.. i have a very big problem now in australia with my client who is expecting his parcel this week, an explanation would be nice. 11.47: unfortunately regarding collection we have limited information about it. apologies. 11.48: you cant be serious - When can i expect the refund? 11.55: refund will take 3-5 business days to clear i am afraid. it is our standard time frame WHAT A JOKE!! use at your own RISK !!! Regards company director with a very angry customer!! Ps. If these guys can make a business then there is plenty of scope to start one doing exactly what they "promise" to do!!!

Parcel went uncollected for two days (by ParcelForce) and now have to rebook. No notification from ParcelMonkey whatsoever. I only found out when the client asked me where their delivery was. This is not the first time this has happened and surely in 2016 we can expect to be notified by txt or email if the courier fails a collection. Very poor.

Parcel monkey asked for just a few details about the parcel I was sending from the UK to Italy and gave me a range of options. I think the option I got was significantly cheaper than if Id just taken the parcel straight to the post office.

I booked a 24 hr delivery with Parcel Force via PM for time sensitive perishable items. When they didnt arrive in time I tried contacting PM and the answers were very evasive and that the "parcel is on its way" I got no answer form 2 representatives when I asked why is it delayed. I called Parcel force and found out that they do not do 24 hr delivery to that location and that I have been sold a service that doesnt exist My parcel arrived 48 hrs later, with the product spoiled and a total loss of over £50

When my son moved back from London to Germany, he commissioned Monkey to deliver his 3 suitcases. In Germany only 2 suitcases were delivered. So the most important suitcase with very expensive suits was stolen by one of the employees in UK. This is a big damage. His fault was, to rely on your service. He should have to make an insurance, thats right. But if a suitcase is stolen, the customer has to get compensation . It`s your responsibiltiy! We wrote lots of times, no reaction. You should be careful about transferring your luggage with parcel monkey!

the 2 parcels I sent arrived eventually, the one to South Africa too a couple of weeks, but the one to Hong Kong took almost 3 times as long and DPD tracking lost it for 3 weeks. All out of Parcel Monkeys hands, you did well, but talk to your carriers please

Easy to use, parcel picked up on time, easy tracking throughout and good follow-up with a possible hiccup at the end which turned out to be confusion re parcel drop-off

Urgently required to pay for the parcel insurance. But in reality, everything is compiled so that the insurance benefit is not available.

Easy to review prices and choose the best fit for me. Once I had chosen the DPD website had great advice on how to package my parcel. Picked up as requested on Tuesday and arrived in Limoges on Thursday exactly as advertised. I would have no reservations in recommending Parcel Monkey to others.

I was originally worried about shipping items when moving internationally so we did one test ship of just clothes to find out how it arrived. It arrived to my parents door just a few days later and was in perfect condition, despite having limited tape and using a re-used box. They came and picked up the box without any issues, and delivered it in under a week. Best service and the price was much lower than any other site weve found!

I sent a large parcel to Spain and it arrived sooner than I expected.
Very pleased with the service, although I do find the website a bit tricky to negotiate especially when dropping off at a depot

Tracking doesnt always properly work. Often have to chase delivery of parcels and have order addresses corrected because they have been incorrectly input by Parcel Monkey staff.
