Useless ! One of the worst couriers I have used in 14 years. 3 failed attampts to collect yet the same carrier colected when I booked in by another broker. Forced to use char suport which is based in the Philines and no phone support. Avoid this company !

all went smoothly, from pick up to delivery! Was cheaper than other places I saw and all very simple and hasslefree. I will recommend this service to anyone who asks or mentions they need to send a parcel abroad!

We booked an express delivery for the Friday, the night before we received a message stating the package will be collected between 9-10am. The following day, the courier arrived at 8.30am and when asked to wait 2 minutes so the receptionist could retrieve the package, he refused and left the building. I then contact them to ask what happened, and when he would be back, he wasnt coming back. They had postponed the delivery until Monday. Monday arrived, we waited all day. Nothing. Bear in mind the package should have been delivered by Tuesday AM. When asked when the courier was coming for pick up, they told us he wasnt, and to wait until Tuesday. He finally collected it on Tuesday, however, it was too late to call a win. Very disappointed.

I have had three total orders to pick up one shipment. Every order has had several so called pick up times scheduled. They have never picked it up and after a few so called pick up attempts they tell me that I have to start over and create a new order. I did that the times and now they are telling me to do it again. Thank goodness the value of the item is over $200 and that company just contacted me and is returning the item to the shelf and is charging me a restocking fee and a storage fee of $10 per day for the last month and a half.

Collection of parcel was very straight forward and it was delivered ahead of anticipated arrival date. The only problem was the confusing instructions on what to do with the invoice.

I dropped my 23kilo package at the Post Office on Thursday and it arrived in Crete the following Wednesday.
I did, however, have to drive 15 kilometers to collect it from the town. So its not to your door.
Previously I have tried to have the parcel collected in the U.K. But Ive waited in all day to find a missed collection card on the floor, no one knocked at the door.
I have asked Parcel Monkey twice to find out why the couriers wont deliver to my house but after 18 months Ive still had no reply.

I was pleasantly surprised that my parcel was picked up from me on Thursday and delivered from UK to Zimbabwe in 3 working days! I definitely recommend this service.

Promised for next day (Friday) delivery but was delayed until Monday despite tracking stating it would be on time! Tracking also gave conflicting reports as to which part of the country my parcel was in!

got charged 45 pound for a parcel collection. them because it wasnt ready exactly when the dri er called to collect. (would have taken 1-2 minutes to tape up parcel wrap) the driver stormed off .absolutely digusted isnt the work .north essex parcelforce sham on you

I found the web site very easy to use, and having the correct labels there for you to print out is an excellent idea. The parcel was collected the same day without any trouble and the tracking system is also very easy to use. Pricing is also competitive, Id recommend this site to anyone.

Great service to send larger parcels that the Post Office would overcharge for and roll their eyes at you for daring to bring such a big package in to them!
