Booked deliver via website for express delivery on Wednesday due to be collected on Thursday. FedEx didnt turn up on Thursday called to rebook delivery on Friday the guy refused to take the package as it was an express shipment. I drove a 2 hour round trip to drop it off at FedEx and its still not moved from the drop off location. Tomorrow will be the 4th working day that my package hasnt moved. Dont use this service if you actually want customer service. The are refusing to call FedEx as apparently they are only allowed to email. Its a bunch of ****! Im opening a PayPal can a filing with the BBB. WORSE COMPANY EVER. You pay cheap you pay twice Ive learnt that lesson now.

Courier did not show up. Pick up was moved a day, no one-hour notice was given. Customer support did not provide helpful answers. My advice: book via DPD or any other parcel company directly.

If they will continue this terrible service... I am pretty sure they will be forced to close their business soon. Placed an order a week ago (Sunday). The following day Nobody came to pick up the parcel. OK... S* happens... Rescheduled again for another date- nothing. 3 times! 3 different labels and still nothing. I know the courier company picking up Yodels parcels. I contacted them and they said they have never received any information from anyone regards my address / collection (0 times out of 3). I am actually happy that the box is still here. I hope to get my money back (fingers cross).

So i opted for parcel force priority feeling assured this company was established enough, i booked and sent priority with 3-4 day gaurente. No pick up of parcels like stated, had to take it out of the city to drop of as post offices wouldnt accept parcels over 25kg, none of this was warned on site. 6/7 DAYS LATER STILL NO ARRIVAL OF MY PACKAGES, When contacting parcel monkey the replies seem very scripted as they never answer what you ask or even comply with the tracking updates from courier. I dont feel my parcels are safe and cared for as they simple do not protect customers or know anything that seems to be happening. If parcel monkey gave customers information like going through parcel force direct do, i would have never used them. Totally incompetent.

Dear Parcel Monkey My parcels was not picked up as scheduled and I only found out later during the week as I wondered where my goods where. I did not get any information about the missing pick up or notice of that I needed to reschedule it. This is simply not okay and I am now faced with customer delays due to the missing pick up.

I made a booking and money was debited from my account, but the order reflected as unpaid. I used the massaging service to contacted this company and I was told to send them my bank statement which I did. I was even told to make another booking, how can they even said that when they have taken my money. To be honest it looks like they will never refund me. This is a day time robbery.Now I have been waiting for my refund for the past 5 days. There customer service is pathetic I have never come across any company like this is my life. Now Im sending massages and they dont even respond.

Paid for next day collection and nobody turned up the whole day even though I stayed in 8am until 6pm. Then they turned up none the wiser three working days later even though I had subsequently cancelled the delivery. Only positive would be they did refund me quickly but that is besides the point.

Poor service so far. Promised a lot upfront on their website but poor service and response from them so far. Parcel was dropped off on Thur and their website still shows as "Awaiting collection." Ive had to confirm directly with the courier myself that its actually on the way and PM havent responded to my support ticket for over a business day now and their tracking isnt working. Would recommend to avoid and go directly to courier rather.

first of all I am still waiting for my refund. They were happy to place an order , take my money and fail anywhere on the booking, to mention I needed to be at home to sign for the pickup. I had a bunch of messages back to me which did not answer any question I was asking I would never use this company again

Parcel arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the tracking got stuck half way through the parcels journey meaning I was surprised when it arrived!

I was assisted to ensure the process was smooth. I was met at my car and supported to get my parcels to the collection point. I was very happy with the service and cannot praise the courier enough.

Absolutely rubbish. After waiting in from 8am for our parcel to be collected we rang the collection company at abut 6pm only to be told that the driver wouldnt be collecting it as he didnt have enough space on his van! (despite them telling us that morning when we rang for a more precise time they would be collecting between 4 and 6pm) The lady we spoke to said it wouldnt get collected until the next day, meaning another full day wasted. After advising that we were unable to do that we asked if we could drop the parcel off at the nearest depot but wanted some compensation for this. She agreed but said we would need to contact Parcel Monkey with regards to getting some of the fee back. After finding that we could only e-mail or web chat with Parcel Monkey we were told by one the advisors that we could not take parcel ourselves as that wasnt the option we selected! They were generally unhelpful, took a long time to respond and even swapped advisers half way through our conversation! After what seemed an age we decided to cut our losses and get a refund (which takes 3-5 working days) Used UPS and got great service from them, just wish we had done that in the first place. Would never use this so called company again and have advised my colleagues to avoid at all costs!!

Very happy until a delivery point, I received an email with an hour delivery slot with 3 minutes notice, so course I missed it! After tracking where my parcel was on Internet, apparently it was delivered in depo. When arrived in depo (BTW outside the town) I was told after the lady contacting the driver, that it was delivered to my next door neighbour ( not even knowing the name), or written anywhere on line info!! When mentioned re email delivery notice I was told the system gets updated later!! My delivery was between approx 10-11 I was at depo at 3pm!!
I did locate my parcel in the end, but compared to UK delivery and service, where I used to lived is very different!

I have used parcel monkey a couple of times now and everything had been fine. I used it one Saturday to get a really important parcel out to be delivered on Monday (that had a booked slot) so used a next day guaranteed by 12pm service with Parcel Force. The parcel did not get there by 12 on Monday and also did not get there by 12 on Tuesday. I spoke to Parcel Force and they were so apologetic and gave me the number for the claims department as they had not kept their promise of the by 12. Now because I booked this through parcel monkey I could not claim the money back from Parcel Force I had to do it through them, the person I had on the live chat was super rude! there was basically no apology from her and she just sent me a page from the terms saying if it has not made it there you can only make a claim if it is 5 working days from the guaranteed date which in my mind is absolutely disgusting customer service! Why charge extra for a service if you cant keep the promise? I will not be using Parcel Monkey ever again!
