I paid for 4 - 7 day delivery to Australia for a parcel containing all our daughters Christmas gifts, all packaged well and contents carefully documented. Parcel was picked up from me on 28 November but it then sat in the UK for another two weeks. Shocking service the other end too, with my daughter spending hours and hours on the phone to them, with them never calling back when they promised to. Christmas came and went with no parcel delivery. In all, it took four weeks for them to deliver, by which time my daughter had gone on holiday. She has finally, after chaotic communications with the depot, picked it up today, 3 January. Basically can be summed up in four words: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I sell hundreds of eBay items using other online light weight delivery services, and in most cases I have little problems. This parcel service however have mucked up another parcel and like the last time the almost non existent customer service leaves me waiting 7 days for a reply. Never again, closing my account once this is resolved.

Wanted to send a heavy but not very big parcel, insured for £150 without being charged rediculous insuarnce costs offered by one of your competitors. Your freight cost was good and insurance premium was not off the wall. Thanks.

For this service I selected Parcel Force and was charged half the price that I would have paid if Id taken my parcel to the post office and used their rates. Delivered to Europe on time. Cant fault them.

i ordered a large toy box, too big to wrap for xmas so left in box,gutted xmas day,corner damaged,i was insured but they said i should of checked straight away,the toy box went to wrong address twice, would not use again,

I sent a package from UK to USA in a few days via Parcel Monkey for only $42 dollars...Unbelievable cheap and fast. It is Priority Express International via Royal mail service in UK and USPS in USA. I dropped the package at Royal Mail on 28th; then on 31st the package was delivered in USA. The funny thing is I forget to put the Custom Form outside the box; but still it was delivered in USA. No problem whatsoever at Custom. It is a big box 9 lbs (24 in. x 18 in. x 4 in.) for a laptop.

Sorry to hear there was a delay with your shipment over the Christmas period. We do not handle the goods and checking this it looks like you booked via DPD. Some of the days would not of been working days in this peak period and the couriers time frames are a guideline and not a guarantee I am afraid. This was picked up by DPD on 22nd December having been dropped into the store in the evening on 21st and delivered in the 1-2 working day timeframe of 1-2 days on December 28th.

Entered package details into their website. Received a quote. Package was shipped. After delivery they charged me almost double the price of the initial quote. The package was a carbon fibre panel for a car, very light 7Kg. They charged me for 101Kg!!!! Thats the weight of a baby grizzly bear! They just took the money from my account, no warning. Will never use them again and have contacted my bank to dispute it.

We charge based on the dimensions put into the quote engine and the weight. This is calculated out as volumetric weight, not just actual weight so basically the space it takes up in the courier network. If the dimensions are wrong the couriers then surcharge for the additional volume in their network, and we pass this on to the sender as it is their responsibility to provide accurate details for their consignment. If you are unhappy with this charge then do let us know via a support ticket and we will be happy to challenge the courier on this for you.

WHY!!! Would you do the normal UK thing and Queue at a post office again, I wouldnt !,
Trust me I have used this service twice now and I am a little overwhelmed!!
I have a daughter in the U.S. And I normally use Parcelforce, but this website / App has changed all that, I do not queue, I do not wait, and I do not take any af my personal time doing what I want to do, which is simply send a package to my daughter.
My parcel was picked up from my house, on time and delivered and tracked...... But you must attach 3 copies of your invoice to your parcel for international shipping
All I can say is I will never go to th post office again!,
I am prepared to give verbal and written endorsements to what I have stated and experiences, you try it once you will never visit a PO again, unless you want stamps!!

First time user. Found the whole process very straightforward. The carrier used was Parcelforce and an extremely competitive quote. Saved almost £40.00. Parcel collected on the due day and delivered within a week to Japan. The tracking system very helpful. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I paid for my parcel to delivered to a home address in the USA. I was able to track it ok until it arrived at a pick up point which obviously wasnt where its final destination was meant to be. The person I sent the parcel to was never notified of its whereabouts and neither was I, I had to make a phone call to get another phone number to be rang in the USA, even then it wasnt at the location we managed to locate it to so more driving around to find it.

I am wainting for a delivery that suppose to take 2 days to arrive in Portugal at my door ... the service was paid more because of that urgency ... I tracked my parcel now and still in Southwark ( London ) ... it was from Peckham , so in 2 days my parcel moved 6miles and that the estimated delivery time is on the 4 th of January ??? Are you joking ??? It suppose to arrive today at my home ! Why do you charge more if you cant keep what you promise ?? Very very very disappointed ! Dont bother with urgency anymore ... I will claim for a full refund . DO NOT RECOMEND ! .
