I import into New Zealand for my shop, the supplier shipping was really expensive so I got a quote from Parcel Monkey, it was half the price, booked and paid for it. My delivery was picked up from the UK the following day and was delivered to me 4 days later. Great service!

I found the service offered by Parcel Monkey excellent and so simple to set up and pay for. Fill in details of your parcel weight, you get an instant choice of various couriers, prices and timelines. I would use this service again and recommend it to anyone needing to send a package. The company communicated clearly by e-mail, picked up the parcel within a one hr window and delivered within a few days ( my parcel went from the UK to Spain).

Booked a parcel collection with DPD which turned out to be a drop-off at a local Matalan branch which had only just started the service that morning. None of the staff had been trained and I was in the store for almost half an hour. There wasnt another option close by or I would just have taken the parcel away.

Sent a few parcels with them. Took 4 days to update me with the realtime status of the issue. Paid for 2-4 day delivery - Joke as it took them over 7 days to deliver. Another delivery took 0ver 20 days.

Very handy being able to compare rates from different companies. DPD website a little tricky to navigate and to input required info (no punctuation caught me out) but Ill know next time. Handy being able to take parcel to a drop-off, rather than waiting in for a driver.

Seems like it takes 2 (or more) weeks to ship something from the UK to Germany. Seriously? And having a company in between doesnt necessarily help with any inquiries as they take forever to get answered. I am very disappointed.

Several small problems encountered - first time, parcel not picked up, etc. etc. Finally, parcel had to be returned to sender - requiring another delivery fee (which seemed expensive considering it was a local delivery) to which Parcel monkey threw on a further Admin fee of 5 pounds. I understand that theyre more a management company (using a variety of couriers which you can choose from), but overall, just didnt seem like a fluid process when things went wrong...

Found Parcel Monkey easy to use and gave me a better price for service plus compensation than other sites and even going direct to Royal Mail. Lost one star because I was never sent an e-m providing instructions as promised so I had to find out for myself. Would recommend.

Having never send a parcel from an online company I wasnt sure, however I gave it a go and wasnt disappointed by Parcel Monkey. Great price and service, and my large 10.9kg parcel was picked up and delivered on time by Parcelforce. Would use again and would recommend.

I dont use couriers that often, and Ive been very happy with the service from Parcel Monkey. Moreover, this time I needed to find a service that did not require printed labels and I was able to do this quickly. The item was collected and delivered safely and on time; and I was able to track its progress easily.

The guy Ash that picked up our parcels,was extremely rude,unaware of where to park his Van,blocking my neighbour house garage and made me argue with him cos he refused to move his van,and almost refused to sign the receipt, after all he tought we left but we had to throuw away the rubbish so went outside again while the guy was trowing our parcels without a care, sawing my parcels standing messily on top of each other i couldnt believe It so i asked the guy to please use care and he rudely answer me back to me and my partner "Whaaat?are you talking to me?!me?of course why?!what are you talking about?!" Simply unbelivable. Obviously ill never use It again and as a manager i will inform all of my collegues,clients,family and friends to immediately stop using this Company. On top of all the Delivery was ment to take 3/4 days,but we found out throuw a spanish Company of Delivery that couldnt be Deliver before next monday,more than a week later. Terribile and the worste part is that i have to pay but you will never pay for your mistakes.

Parcelforce did not turn up on the date scheduled to collect parcel and no communication about this missed collection. Extra hassle, time and inconvenience, but got there in the end.

Good value, quick service, and clear website. I would have liked a little more information sent to me by email (i.e tracking number, eta etc) rather than having to log in to my account. Other than that highly recommended.

took money from my debit card without permission. Beware they can do this once they have your card details......avoid at all cost. Had to get back through my bank

A few less emails after post-booking would be nice, but I know that I am being picky in saying that. One or two mails would suffice.
Parcel arrived as promised time-wise, but interestingly the tracker kept saying it would be much later. Not sure why.
Otherwise I cannot complain. My comments are really just constructive feedback, as the service was good and they did everything promised.

Parcel monkey offered the cheapest rate for shipping abroad and gave clear, easy instructions on shipping labels and custom documents. They collected from my house and the parcel was delivered in the time frame they gave. Great service, no hassle.

I sent 2 parcels from Bradford to Salisbury (Parcelfore delivered) and was mislead and deliberately given wrong information that made me waste money and time. Because I was not home when they came to deliver I tried for 6 hours to arrange a Saturday delivery and was told each time someone will call to collect the extra charge for the weekend delivery but they didnt. On Saturday (5th of November), I call them again (Parcelforce) and ask about the delivery but they are trying to postpone for the following week so I tell them I am going to collect. So I waste my Saturday to go from Salisbury to Basingstoke by train to get my parcels and when I get there they have only one. So the reason they were trying to postpone and delaying was because they only had one parcel. So I was intentionally lied to that my parcels are there for collection when just one was there. Trying to make a claim for the transport money on Parcel Monkey I find out its OK to be lied to and deliberately mislead. So no more using Parcel Monkey if they cant take care of their customers.
