I choose Parcel Monkey to sent a package to Argentina, they picked up the package on September the 7th, I paid for a door to door express service arriving within 4-5 days. Yesterday, October the 10th, my brother in Argentina had to do a trip of 346km. to collect the package and paid the 50% of the declared value. Parcel Monkey contracted out Courier to do the delivery, and this awful courier claimed that they do not do deliveries in the destination area of the package. First: Why they accepted my payment and collect the package if they do not deliver in destination? Second: I wrote to Parcel Monkey, and their answer is even worst, if I want to make a formal complaint, I have to write a letter (regular mail) to them. I have to spend more money to receive an answer to my problem. I went through a living hell with this company and with Courier, and they do not care about anything. Never ever using their services again, be aware and do not use this company, if you have any problem, nobody is going to help you.

I am very sorry to hear of this negative experience, we do not handle the parcels as a reseller but we do work closely with the carriers our customers choose on our quote engine to resolve issues such as this. All items are sent with customs duties unpaid as this amount is taken by customs in the destination and are payable by the recipient. Please do raise a support ticket from your account and put FAO Manager so we can look into this issue with DHL.

Very quick and efficient service

Essentially a cheap and efficient way to use Parcelforce service without paying PF prices. Website is easy to use. Instructions are clear. System relies on having a printer available to print the labels. Not many people have large adhesive sheets available to print the large labels. Ordinary paper can only be fixed round the edges with tape, which means the labels can easily be torn on the surface odf the parcel during handling. The default printer setting means the label is printed in the top left-hand corner of an A4 sheet, leaving no space to stick it on round the edges without covering parts of the label. Would be better if label appeared in the middle of the paper. Also label printing procedure is more complicated than ideal. Would be easier if labels could be generated when order is placed and paid for. Facility for taking parcel to post office is very convenient for people who are not in during the day. Few other couriers offer this type of facility, and none via the post office except Parcelforce which is about double the cost. Delivery to an address in France via standard service only took a couple of days.

Excellent efficient service. Really good value for money. My parcel arrived in Germany safely within two days as promised. The tracking service is brilliant too as you can see where your parcel is. I Would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey

I am a first-time user but I regularly use courier services to send machine parts to the US for repair. Service is often slow and/or expensive, tracking information can be of limited use and the paperwork can be a little involved. With Parcel Monkey it was the reverse.
They got me a great service and good price.

Never used before. Presented options gave me good choice of carriers. Didnt see DPD who had delivered the item I was returning. Selected and collection happened but wish Parcel Force could have been more accurate than PM for collection time.

tracking option non functioning to a point of no use. got informed by my customer of delivery completion .. Parcelmonkey still says collection arranged. However ,package got to destination fast(3-4 days) ,and not damaged----another rare thing among couriers:).

If i could give no star i would have. They messed me about. Parcel went to wrong country than got damaged in transit so receiving country didnt accept it and sent back. They even wanted to charge me again to get my damaged parcel back. No refund no compensation just making excuses which arent true. Took almost 2months to get my parcel back and more than half if the parcel had to be binned. Never ever would i use this company. I would rather pack my bag and walk my parcel to where it has to go on my own.

I am very happy with the international I received from Parcel Monkey. Everything went very smoothly from choosing which service I needed, printing the labels and documents and dropping off my parcel at the local pickup point. My only problems were in tracking the parcel. Initially I couldnt find the long reference number I needed and this took quite a lot of time. Then I couldnt see where the parcel had got to, but realised it was with the company who had taken it over for delivery and no longer traceable by Parcel Monkey. Everything was delivered safely and on time in India. I will definitely use PM again.

My parcel was 4.50 Kg and I delivered that personally. After two weeks of delivery I got a mail that my parcel was 5.90 Kg and they charge me extra 3.19 pounds.totall unfair and cheating because I went personally to deliver that percel to the delivery office and I weight my parcel their as well. Totally cheating And unfair

Fantastic service, nothing to complain.
I used PM for big deliveries (Japan) and small deliveries (UK).
Just brilliant and flawless.
Of course a loto depends form the delivery partners, but: thumbs up!

Brilliant service.
Ordered on a Sunday night, parcels were picked up on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.
Worked like clockwork, will certainly use again.

Driver didnt turn up, sat by the door all day and when I rang the depo they told me the driver attempted but there was nothing to pick up. This is the 3rd time the driver has not attempted pickup and then lied about it. So I had to drive the parcel to the local depo myself where I was assured it would make it for next day delivery. It wasnt out the next day so arrived 1 day late.

I wanted to send a parcel by dpd on friday. I received a mail saying collection would be between 3.15 to 4.15 time but there was no sign of collection person till 5.30.All i got was a note saying we missed you even though i was at home the whole time. I was told to reschedule it. I rescheduled it to monday but again no collection just a message saying we missed you. They say they will contact but they are themselves not aware of it as the courier that i booked was supposed to be collected between 9-17 on friday which didnt happen and when i contacted their customer care they said it would be collected till 18.00 hrs. I think its one in a billion chance that they would collect it. I am sure they would delete it as they want to improve their rating and keep them 4 star rated.

Sorry to hear your item was not collected by DPD, sounds like they came to your property and were unable to collect. If they fail to collect just log in to your account and we can then contact them on your behalf to rearrange the collection. Sadly we do not collect the items ourselves and do rely on the courier coming back to take your goods.

At 20:00 I needed two collection and deliveries arranged to be completed by next morning. A few minutes later I had confirmations that pick-ups would be later that night with delivery next morning. Worth every penny because the alternative was failure which wasnt an option for me.

I was advised to use Parcel Monkey by a random customer in a Post Office queue. And what a perfect advise it was. Online system was straightforward and a man who collected the parcel was very friendly and helpful. Parcel was delivered within set days as stated when I was booking it.
Fantastic service. I will use Parcel Monkey in the future.
