Last year a parcel to France never made it to its destination. I used parcel monkey to get the best price. My parcel was sent via Parcelforce for very much less than via their own website. The parcel reached its destination in less than a week.

A very good service and amazing price. I sent a 7k parcel to the Netherlands for just over £15 using parcel force. I dropped of the parcel at my local post office where the lady serving advised if I had used the post office it would have cost £80!
The parcel was posted on Monday and arrived Thursday morning so very fast shipping, the tracking facility worked perfectly.
So I would use parcel money again.
My only criticism would be waiting for an email to print the label which took 15-20 mins and when printing the label you need to reduce the paper size other wise it will print two a4 labels which is way to big, so some extra advice for printing the label would have been helpful.

Pick up and paperwork excellent... however Did not notify me on arrival as arranged - which defeats the purpose of the e-mail notification element.

Unlike on some previous occasions with other sites, the package got to Berlin successfully and swiftly. This is the second time weve used this site, and both have gone well.

My parcel was not collected by DPD and I had to chase up with DPD and Parcel lmonkey. Parcel Monkey had given the incorrect address/ only part of the address to DPD. I did not receive any notification that it had not been picked up by DPD and only found out a day later. The parcel address sticker that I was emailed did not print out correctly - part of the address obscured and over typed. I tried on multiple printers. So the parcel has not been received on time at destination.

For 5 days parcel was not even picked up from pickup location 1. No customer telephone no to contact email takes ages with new adviser replying every time 2. 5 days no one attempted to even pickup my parcel from pickup point 3. I have to contact DPD direct to get it resolved - DPD who advised the process was not allocated to them for pickup from parcel monkey they said and i quote "We need to have a booking on our system to ensure our driver has this collection planned into his route, I would advise that your speak with ParcelMoneky whom you originally booked the collection with to ensure they have booked us in to collect the parcel. 4. Parcel monkey reply - "I have spoken with the store who had the parcel in the incorrect area. This has now been moved to the returns area and will be given to the next dpd driver." 5. after 5 days i now get a reply - I am sorry you are not happy with our service. I am afraid you parcel will be returned as mobile phone are restricted 6. I emailed back following two types of mobile are restriction Mobile Phones (Not carried by DPD via Air Classic or Air Express) Mobile Phones Valued Over £250 (carried on a no-compensation basis) My mobile is neither more than £250 nor i have selected Air Classic or Express. 7. Honestly totally fedup - no ownerhip and no one to talk to. My advise guys. Pay few pounds more and book with more professional and efficient courier company. Cheap fast and easy to do. Tracking service was good. But delivery company left it on the doorstep all day. But luckily was undamaged. Good service

They sent me a parcel label but after trying various methods to try and print it which didnt work I had to take a photo, email it to myself and print out - nightmare!

Two large 15kg parcels sent from uk to Germany for under £14 each. Both arrived within 4/5 days in perfect condition. All good. Thoroughly recommend.

used this for the second time sending to germany - didnt take long, sent email to receiver to inform them about the delivery, handled well as far as I can tell. happy with the value for money.

A better explanation of service would be useful. I wasnt aware I had to print my labels and didnt know why there weee 2... the post office wasnt sure either! Maybe one was a despatch note

I got a quote to send 2 items, the total being £26. Once I had finished this had climbed to £42 due to insurance (forced to pay for) and VAT which I assumed would have been included in the initial quote. I will not use this service again, its less hassle going straight to the post office.

Organised a parcel pick up and did it through Parcel Monkey - everything went through ok no problems and parcel arrived quicker than expected thank you for good service

DPD express is meant to be 3-4 days UK to South Africa. Currently my parcel is has gone from the UK to South Africa and now to Jordan. It is 6 days since collection

Ive used them once before everything went to plan and was great, this is the basic we should be expecting. But... On the 8th of December I booked a next day delivery to be collected on the 9th.. everything looked fine confirmation emails etc all good. Sadly they do not give you a estimated time for collection like better companies do.. so you have to wait in all day. they will not support you until it has gone past 6PM at which point its too late. So as you guessed no one came to collect it.. when i contacted Parcel Monkey I spoke to Jamie (note all advisors are in the Philippines) Jamie basically couldnt care less, and told me to rebook it, i said ti was too late and needed to cancel it.. Jamie refused to accept it was the companies fault for non collection and passed the blame onto the courier. Now it may of been the couriers fault, but liability in my case was with the company I booked with at least accept responsibility. So I requested a refund, But Jamie refused and stated T&Cs that referred to a missed collection where the customer was at fault for not being there, I explained it was the courier who didnt turn up and Jamie then stop replying to my live chat.. 30 minutes later Jamie stated that she would have to pass it to the accounts team to get permission to refund? this never happened, and today its been rebooked, even though i have posted it now with Royal Mail. Thank God I paid with Paypal & my Credit Card.. I will be placing a claim in for my money back.. I will never use this company again, very bad customer service with no empathy or understanding, and all advisors struggle to understand UK Consumer Laws.

Simple & straight forward site to use. I selected my trip and paid within 10 minutes. And my parcel was delivered the same day. I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey to anyone that wants quick and reasonably priced service!

Ive used Parcel Monkey about 4 or 5 times now - mainly to send birthday and Christmas presents to Ireland. Ive not had any problems yet and they provide incredible value for money.

It looks like my parcel to South Africa went missing and now shows up as unable to deliver in Jordan???? Not impressed. Just lost my mother and these were some sentimental items that belonged to her which I sent to my sister in South Africa.

Two UK parcels wrapped and booked on Wednesday evening, collected on Thursday morning, and delivered on Friday afternoon (as promised). Two packages sent to same UK address so I benefited from a good multi-parcel deal. I would certainly use this service again - email updates and online tracking were very useful.
