Its really a shame that you pride your self with outstanding service while you instead do conduct a very poor and unplanned operations. My parcel is no where to be found.. No email or text.. You abandoned my self sponsored parcel to another currier and now I cant trace my parcel. Im so disappointed and would never think of using PARCEL MONKEY again.. But first I want answers from you concerning my delivery.

I had booked a collection for Monday and paid for a 24 hour delivery. However the parcel did not get collected until the Wednesday! What was the point of the extra money for the 24 hour service No phone number to ring, so filled in their online complaints....No reply to date Not happy, rubbish service

After dropping the parcels off at a collection point at 7am and paying for a 1-2 day fully tracked courier service. Three days later no tracking information available and parcels still not delivered. No contact numbers for parcel monkey only email system and replies are often generic. First and last time. I recommend another courier as they are less expensive and very reliable.

Good online service but the person picking up the parcel did not leave a receipt and this is causing me loads of problems, did not say much picked up and went off.

Parcel not collected on 3 occasions. Said they would contact the Courier (DX) but all I got was paperwork saying the item would be collected but no explanation given when it was not. After 3 attempts I have asked for a refund which they say will take up to 5 days. If the past week is anything to go by I will not be holding my breath! This company only acts as a clearing house & has no influence over the couriers it uses, so it seems. Better to deal direct with a Courier.

I was in need of a parcel transport from a company in England without export routines to Spain where I live.
One easy search on ParcelMonkey website, one forwarded mail to the company with collect info and adress label, and then delivered to my door in Spain a couple of days later. Effective.

Booked for a parcel with vintage crockery to be delivered from England to Denmark. It came intact with no breakage. Very good price as well. Better than Royal Mail. Lots of options for delivery points. Easy to use online payment etc. Will use their services again in future if needed.

The online experience was great. I needed some advice and used online chat, which was very helpful. Dropped the package at a local shop, which was very convenient and saved the need to wait for a collection. Drop-off was also cheaper. The package was delivered on time. Great service and half the price the post office quoted me.

Been in a discussion with a customer rep for over a week now who is refusing to refund because apparently I didnt use enough bubblewrap... the item was packaged in 3 sheets of bubble wrap but everytime I try to explain this they respond with some ****py pre-written response. And apparently because I didnt pack it in some polystyrene ****, its my fault it got damaged not the courier who somehow broke an item packaged extremely well, makes me wonder what the hell they actually do to the parcels they have. Stay away from these guys.

Parcel still to be collected so unable to provide an accurate review but the proof of the pudding will be if the item goes missing. From other reviews about the small print and terms and conditions, parcel monkey do not come out favourably in this regard but are cheap and cheerful compared to another national delivery company.

It is the worst experience I have ever had. Firstly, they failed to collect the parcel on time. After collection they failed it to deliver it because of some unclear issues. Finally they lost my parcel!!! The customer service is poor. You just can’t get an answer from them. They promise to provide info about the parcel tracking as soon as possible but NOTHING! Be careful with this guys!!!

Nothing to say except great price and easy to use.
However, the 2/3 delivery indicated from DHL are not respected. My parcel will take about 10 days to reach it destination.
2 emails sent to DHL 0 answer :(

Really useful service, but i didnt received any instructions on labeling the parcel. ie, what size to print out, where to put it etc. I had to use the online chat to ask about all this. Thought this would have been provided in the email confirmation, or online in my account somewhere. Apart from that, it was great.

Sent 4 parcels 3 collected on time the 4th is still waiting collection tried to re book site crashed poor communication with customers room for big improvement still out of pocket for non collected item

My friend sent me some car parts and packed them very well. The parcel arrived Later than quoted and in a terrible state. The box was so bad it had been wrapped in the delivery companies tape to keep it together. I would not trust DPD to deliver a Xmas card.
