When parcel monkey get it right they are great, however when they get it wrong boy you are in for a lot of grief trying to get it sorted out, you cannot contact the courier yourself as you are not the customer, you have to go through parcel monkey, as a example on tracking midnight Sunday night, problem with address (turns out you cant send to a po box with pm, but they dont tell you that) I am still waiting for them to contact me, I have instigated all communication, eventually got my package back, was told a senior manager would be in contact & still waiting, eventually got a refund, but under there ts&cs no compensation or goodwill offered no matter how much they mess up, never again to much hassle.

Cheaper than the other services. Better cost on insurance for the item, delivered on time and hassle free

I booked two separate collections and had to try and rebook them three times because no one came to do the collection. I want a full refund now!

I am sorry to see the goods were not collected, Parcel Monkey do not pick up items we resell the service from the carriers. If they fail to make the collection, then you can contact us via Live Chat open weekdays 8am to 9pm so we can get them to come and take the goods from you.

When I discovered Parcel Monkey through a random Google search, I thought it was too good to be true. I checked and saw good reviews and decided to give it a try. Best moving decision I made! I was able to move 3 large boxes of about 20kg each from Manchester to London without hassle. My boxes were delivered the next working day in good condition and at an unbeatable price! V erythromycin satisfied customer. I would recommend this to everyone.

Everything arrived in great condition, perfect. Not happy with the tracking as the sender as no info under the tracker site. Otherwise eould have been 5 stars. The Person I sent it to said" Hi Mike, speakers have arrived ???????????? in perfect condition!!! Awesome. Again, thanks a lot. "

I strongly advise against using this company. My parcel was never picked for a whole week and the worst part is they dont have a phone number where you can reach them which is extremely shaddy and inconvenient. I had to cancel my order with them and waiting for them to refund me my money. Please do not use them, they are unreliable

Sorry to hear of this issue with the collection, we do not pick up the item as courier reseller. If the courier does not pick up your parcel, then you can log in to your account and speak to our Live Chat team so we can chase the carrier to get it collected as quickly as possible. If you choose to cancel this does take between 3-5 working days but this will be in your account as soon as possible.

Booked 24hr service with collection they then decided was to late to collect and changed to next day. If I wanted next day I would of booked that, should not take payment if service not available . Now I have to wait 3-5 days for refund and book elsewhere. Will be reluctant to use again

After much searching through the internet, I found that Parcel Monkey had the lowest price for shipping. However, I experienced complete ease with using their user-friendly website and parcel drop-off service. I think the experience would be even more fuss-free and efficient if label printing services are available at the drop-off points.

The whole process with Parcel Monkey was OK but it wasnt clear how many copies of the customs invoice were required as this email was sent to my junk mail which I didnt read until after my parcel had been collected! Should really include this information or a link to it when printing off the customs invoice. The real nightmare was with DPD who assigned a tracking number to my parcel which had recently been used on a delivery to Quatar to a PO Box number. The parcel arrived in Australia fairly quickly and then NOTHING happened until I had to contact DPD to ask why my parcel had been sitting in the depot since 27th Sep with no attempt to deliver. I was then told it was because they couldnt deliver to a PO Box despite the label clearly showing a residential address. Three emails and two calls later, the parcel eventually went out for delivery on 5th Oct and was successfully delivered on 6th Oct - 10 days after arrival in Australia. No attempt had been made to contact me or the parcel recipient to advise there was a issue (albeit with DPD) I will NEVER use them again as we had a similar issue with a delivery from Austria to the UK when they managed to drop the parcel, smash the contents and not bother to let us know. Again had to chase them to find out - took 3 weeks to get an answer. Simply unacceptable.

My service provider was-Parcel Force and service was 48 hrs delivery. One of my parcel boxes was completely damaged, i dont know how but one of the sides of the box was completely torn apart. And some of the things from the parcel went missing or stolen! And also the mishandling also damaged the contents inside! This type of service wasnt accepted by Parcel monkey and Parcel Force!

Used bathroom scales to weigh. Put dimension and weight on line even left outside house as was out and they picked up parcel force and put tracking number through letter box.

This was my first experience of Parcel Monkey. The instructions said I would receive an email telling me how to print labels but none arrived. The courier came very quickly, but the parcel was delivered to the wrong depot in Germany. Having selected Parcel Monkey because they offered two day delivery I was not happy that it actually took seven days.
