Half the price of going through local post office, easy to organise on line,turned up when said. Had an email to say they were coming,although didnt know what time.
Awaiting for the company to say they received the parcel. If they do without a hitch I would rate parcel monkey 5stars!

The name says is all, what a monkey of a company. Booked a parcel (UK to Peru) fully insured through Parcelmonkey and DPD. They have lost the Parcel and admitted so, but have not refunded our company which means our customers have to wait weeks for any resolution. The online chat service is their ONLY means of communication and it can take hours or even days for them to respond. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE! Parcelmonkey is vague with information and slow to take action. They said they would contact the courier (DPD) directly and two days later had not done so as I spoke to the couriers directly. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! another courier offers a much better service with UK phone support and better prices. This was a first and last time for Parcelmonkey. Lets see if we ever get the refund???

DPD failed to another courier from a drop off location. Customer was expecting their delivery for Valentines day and it did not arrive. Im now out of pocket because I have had to refund them the delivery cost at £25. It has also let the customer done as they now have no present to give. Very unhappy and wont ever use again. Useless! Parcel has been sat uncollected for one week at the drop off location. Its only being collected now because I had to call them and find out what was going on. Disappointing for a service that costs a lot and is meant to be reliable.

We have used Parcel Monkey on several occasions and the booking is easy, the choice of service options good, the paperwork simple to print and the courier always turns up ...
... sadly this time the parcel, delivered by DPD, arrived in a terrible state with the contents half missing.
These things happen and is obviously not Parcel Monkeys fault but it is PM who manage the service and ask for the review.

Prompt service. SMS messages were useful and times were adhered to. Online tracking was not readily updated though. Delivered on time. Very good service for the price.

I was trying to ship something from the UK to Portugal and found a good rate for DPD through Parcel Monkey. As I dont have a printer at home, I was going to ask my husband to print the shipping label at his office, and then I could drop off the parcel the next day. I noticed as I completing the purchase that it mentioned dropping off the parcel today. It didnt say I had to drop it off that same day, but just in case, before I paid, I asked in the customer service chat window that had conveniently opened automatically (and specified that customer service was available until 9pm – this was around 4:30pm). I waited for some time, got no response, assumed I was just overthinking things and completed the transaction. I forwarded the shipping label to my husband. FOUR hours later, I heard a ding and saw I had a response to my chat. I was incredibly frustrated to learn that actually I could not send my parcel the next day using the printed shipping label as Id planned. When I inquired further if there was any way to ship a parcel with a label issued and printed on a different day, I was told no. None of this is made in any way clear during the transaction. Ive wasted time, my husbands wasted time, and we have a shipping label we can no longer use. When I questioned why it took them four hours to reply to my chat, the rep could only say theyd been experiencing glitches with chat, but that "email is always available!". Not much good that does after the fact. This company seriously needs to improve their customer service experience.

I was easily able to source an affordable and reliable courier service who ensured timely home collection and delivery of my parcel.
This was a greatly reassuring as on a previous occasion I had booked Hermes direct who were unreliable and subsequently proved to be unable to fulfill the next day collection service Id paid for nearly a week in practice and their complaints process was helpless and useless!
Well done and thank you Parcel Monkey for helping me select a courier service that delivered on this occasion. I will use you again.

Quoted ridiculous sums to send 4 alloy wheels from Swansea to Lowestoft, used this website and eventually had one of the same vendors at less than half price previously quoted direct! You figure it out.

Booked with parcel to go for GUANTEED next day delivery no one collected the parcel waited in all day ! no one called the number that was taken to say why it would not be collected no email to apologise ! no contact number or email address to complain no parcel refund for failed next day and ruined birthday surprise ! had to troll around the website and rebook myself no option to refund so I could use a better service avoid them and use a better service like Ups

They have missed the collection of my parcels twice in a row. No explanation, no feedback, no customer service, nothing. Just an incredible waste of time and money. Do not bother using them, I have rarely seen such incompetence and lack of professionality.

I used Parcel Monkey to prepare a parcel to send to Jersey from the UK via Parcel force. The online process was quick and simple, with customs form and shipping label easy to print off. I dropped parcel off at the post office within 15 minutes of completing transaction online, and it was registered in to the post office database no problem. And, better price than buying from Parcel force direct.
