They originally misquoted me, then didnt cancel the courier so the courier picked up a packaged I no longer wanted picked up and charged me for it. Incredibly frustrating not being able to speak to someone on the phone. All live chat exchanges were useless. Unapologetic in their dire service. I will never ever use them again.

I phoned on a Thursday and was told my item would be delivered Friday. I phoned Friday and was told that my item was out for delivery. I phoned Monday and was told it would be delivered that day. I finally received my item on Wednesday. Each time I was told it was on the van but didnt arrive. I had to wait in all day for four days, losing time off work. When the item was eventually delivered the driver did not knock or ring the bell but just left docket through letterbox saying item with neighbour. VERY ANNOYING,.

I opted to take the extra insurance for some coffee equipment that Id sold on ebay - so glad that I did but... The parcel was dropped/smashed by Parcelforce, but the claims process from Parcel Monkey is terrible. Numerous emails/messages exchanged and then they decline the claim despite me paying extra for the insurance. Pictures had to be sent by both me & the recipient, and in the end when it was declined I was offered £50 shush money - to keep the story shorter I ended up writing to a manager who eventually got it sorted but it 2 months! They say 24 hours for reimbursement but no surprise Im still waiting! On this basis I would never use these guys again - their customer service is awful and its almost as if theyre working to a script. My advice would be to go direct to the courier companies - I expect youd get a better service.

Order details on PM computer would not load correct phone numbers even after 8 attempts. Could not track export progress from the reference numbers provided. Complained, could not get LIVE CHAT--no reply to e-mail

No possibility to track the parcels, neither via Parcel Monkey, nor DPD website. Also there was no information by email (usual practice by DPD) when (day, time span) the parcels will be delivered. I was lucky that the parcels were accepted by my naighbour. Positive: The time for picking up of the parcels was indicated and kept. The parcels arrived in good condition.

If your parcel is 30 kg or under then expect a great service otherwise you may be waiting (like me) 4 or 5 days for your parcel to be collected. They are far cheaper than the next best so cant complain really.

Astonished at how bad they were, problem after problem; Ordered on the Wednesday, to be picked up from manufacturer on Thursday, to be Delivered to customer on the Friday; Overall they have bad communication with their couriers, TERRIBLE communication with the customers (mainly due to a live chat service- there is apparently not a single telephone in their entire office), played a large part in our parcels being late, offered no explanation, apology or refund based on our issues explained below; Thursday- no one came to pick up Friday- live chat; with Parcel Monkey, unable to give me a reason why no pickup, said they were unable to pick it up today (regardless of their if missed-will pick up next day slogan) So I asked them to reschedule for Monday. There is apparently no way except for the live chat to communicate with them, where I was left waiting many times for over an hour, dodging my questions, and for one message, they didnt respond at all. I contacted the courier directly, who said they did not receive the order until Friday, and had not received the order for my Monday reschedule, at which point I rescheduled directly with the courier and asked Parcel Monkey what was going on, to which they had no answer. Monday-Contacting Parcel Monkey to question them about our service and explain the urgency of the delivery, they could not offer any information, explanation, apology, or reimbursement. Contacted the courier, whom did all they could to let us know what was going on, and our parcel was eventually picked up and delivered on Tuesday, 4 days late. Overall they have bad communication with their couriers, TERRIBLE communication with the customers (mainly due to a live chat service- there is apparently not a single telephone in their entire office), played a large part in our parcels being late, offered no explanation, apology or refund based on our issues.

I was happy with my experience of Parcel Monkey however the parcel was being handled by Parcelforce and they (Parcelforce) provided an extremely poor service: 1 - The Parcelforce driver failed to show up and collect the parcel (after I had taken a day off work). No one at Parcelforce could say/understand why. 2 - The parcel was rebooked and on agreement with Parcelforce left in a "safe" place which they documented. The driver failed to pick up the parcel saying the customer was not at home. Parcelforce were unable to say why the driver had ignored or not seen the communication. 3 - I made a complaint and asked for a customer service manager to call me back. My details were taken and till now I have not received any communication. 4 - The parcel was rebooked and again with agreement of Parcelforce left in a safe place. The Parcelforce operative informed me the previous "safe place" communication had indeed been given to the driver and he would ensure the driver received it again AND that the dispatch manager will call me back regarding my complaint. The parcel was collected but the driver seemed unaware of the parcel being left in a safe place since he left the property and was called back just before driving off. 5 - The promise of being called back by the dispatch manager has not materialised. I still have not received any communication from Parcelforce. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE BY PARCELFORCE.

Terrible, terrible service. Would not recommend to anyone wanting easy communication with courier. They refuse to help with anything, the customer service is impersonal and utterly useless. They dont communicate with couriers, so weve had several issues with Parcelforce not receiving any information from them, and the driver turning up for cancelled collections, or not having any collection info and not collecting at all. We were given wrong tracking numbers for a 24h service, and after several hours spent on the phone trying to sort things out with the courier because ParcelMonkey was totally useless, the service took a total of 48h to be delivered. They offered no compensation for the delay whatsoever, nor did they help in a timely manner (considering we paid for an express service). Absolutely appalling. NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM. Youre better off paying a couple of ££ more and ordering direct from courier.

Extremely poor customer service, no communication between them and the couriers, plus they offer no compensation for late parcels, missing parcels, they mess up tracking numbers and details and offer no help at all in communication with couriers if things go wrong. Ive spent hours upon hours of valuable working time on the phone to couriers trying to figure out where my parcels were, when I could have booked directly with the courier for maybe £1 or £2 more. Appalling service.

Parcel was not collected until 5.15 which was after our office closed - luckily someone was still here. Collector did not have printed slip with barcode so was unable to give a receipt for collection which was a bit worrying. however, we received confirmation that the parcel was received by recipient
