I booked Parcelforce 24hour delivery 2 work-days ahead. There was no collection on the day. I then found that there are no support contact details on the parcel-monkey site other that by post (snail-mail). 24-hours later Parcelforce sent me an email with their "customer-services" phone number. Needless to say my parcel wasnt picked up until after it was due to be delivered at my customers site.Parcelforce have told me to ring their customer services when I use parcel-monkey to make sure the info gets through. No Parcel-monkey customer support is frustrating.

After placing my order with parcelmonkey and after reading the complaints I was not actually expecting the delivery to arrive on schedule if at all from UK to Kazakhstan. I attempted to cancel the order (and change the pickup point) as suggested in the help pages but this option to actually cancel the order was not available. I would use the service again if there was a clear mechanism to have a real conversation with someone at Parcel Monkey to get progress updates else I will only use for low value non important items.

I have used your service in the last week to send a parcel overseas once I got to grips with your web sight everything went ok and the parcel has arrived safely today

Quick and easy to organise. Only criticism would be I found it difficult to locate a signed for service (but was later advised it was automatic)

Parcel was collected from my home in the UK, but no receipt was offered. Tracking online for the first couple of days afterwards was very good - after that, when the parcel had left the UK, and was heading for its destination in New Zealand, tracking information was not updated.
So I didnt know where it was.
It arrived at its destination a week after its departure from the UK, so that was good. But the recipient had to call me to say it had arrived, there was no word from Parcel Force/Parcel Monkey.
I would use the service again, hopefully the tracking system will be more efficient next time.

Such a saving on cost, real value for money and a prompt easy service. I liked dropping the parcel off at my local post office. The parcel was delivered to another country promptly :-)

the parcel is still not at the destination and only discovered today (6/12) from the customer who is still waiting on the delivery. It was despatched on 24/11 and no one from Parcel Monkey has been in contact to advise that Courier (in Korea) are still holding the package.

I booked for services for some documents to be delivered expedited delivery with a lead time of 3/4 days delivery. 11 days later the parcel arrived. The tracking on the courier website was broken and it took countless messages to parcel monkey to see what was going on. Things you really need to know about this company. 1. They will take your money but they will never take any responsibility for your parcel delivery or any problems you encounter. When you run into a problem, the only way to contact them is through live chat which sounds as if they are reading from a script or the ticket system which I am sure is a cut and paste job as all of the replies are similiar. 2. WHen you buy through parcel monkey, the courier will not deal with you, they will only deal with parcel monkey. And as stated, there is no phone line to call and so you must deal with either live chat or the help desk ticket system, both systems could very well be computers as the responses are all the same .... we are looking into it with the courier, will get back to you. etc etc. 3. Read the fine print. I asked for a refund as they failed to deliver the parcel in the time advertised on the website. However those times they post on the site bear no resemblance to the actual time it will take and they use the fine print to justify not providing a refund. 4. If you read the reviews on TrustPilot, you can see that they respond to negative feedback with the same excuses to every problem. They are not the couriers, they do not handle customs issues, they will contact the courier for you... etc etc. When they get it right.... all is good. When they get it wrong, they pass the responsiblity off to a company that will not deal with you but only with them and you will never see your money again because the fine print lets them get away with just about anything. Youve been warned

I tried to send a heavy parcel with a well known carrier but the price quoted was very high. Parcel Monkey quoted me around 25% of their price and in fact the well known carrier was the one who turned up.Try Parcel Monkey, youll be delighted.

Booked collection on 1st December for 5th December. On realising Id bookedContacted them as tracking number didnt work and they repeatedly confirmed that courier was scheduled to arrive. Contacted courier direct who confirmed my collection was NOT on their list. Courier didnt turn up. Parcel Monkey employees lied throughout the day saying it was booked and the courier was coming. Refused to help in any way and foreign help desk are just employed as a cheap as chips barrier to preventing customers from speaking to anyone who can actually help. Parcel Monkey took my money and provided no service.. AND THEY WILL DO IT TO YOU. They dont respond or admit anything and you cannot get any sense out of the moronic customer services aka canon fodder. This company is just a carefully orchestrated scam to con money out of people. Hope they enjoy their £40 of mine at Christmas, well done Thieves and Liars at Parcel Monkey.

I still waiting on confirmation to my parcel which went to New York , it said on the tracker it was delivered on the 2nd - shipment no PM5009149 the second parcel which was 2 part ( 2 parcels to the same address) one was delivered the next day the other has been back and forward from my home address and just this morning I contacted parcelforce to ask what happening to my second parcel which still has to be delivered consignment no: CD6250837 parcel no: PBCD 6250837001 & 002 invoice no : 4029862 going to Kent TN104BU

Very clear instructions for booking, including required paperwork provided within minutes by email. Simple drop off at local store, and clear tracking of parcel. Went from Cambridgeshire on Tuesday to our daughters apartment in Hong Kong on Saturday. Great service!

Parcel Monkey managed to get my parcel to my son in Japan in 4 days without any real problems at all, my son was not so lucky he had to carry a large 13Kg box quite some distance, apparently it became very heavy. The only thing I was not too pleased with was the workings of the Customs declaration page, if you made a mistake you had to start the whole page again as I could not work out how to go back. Other than that an excellent service and I will definitely be using them again. Pete

Ive used this company twice now and find them easy to use and reasonably priced. Would recommend. The only reason Im giving them 4* is my item I shipped this time got a little damaged in the corner.

My parcel to sri lanka took over 7 days to reach and the driver had asked the recipient of the gift to pay LKR 430. It was rather embarrassing and I believe its nothing to do with the service I received from your end in UK. However someone needs to adress this ASAP with local authorities in SL to stop this scam happening .

Was informed of the time of collection of the parcel in the morning (this might be a problem if you want to plan your day in advance), the parcel was collected during this timeframe and delivery was earlier than expected (within the EU only 3 or 4 days).

Parcel delivery from uk to china was completed without problem. Tracking was good and reassuring to see progress. Our additional chinese character language label was kept intact on the package throughout which must have helped with local delivery. Would use the service again.
