I have used Hermes, its cheaper, drop off across my road at maxol station . When parcelforce came the following day, everything else was ok, I shall not be using parcel money again too expensive and too slow.

Booked a parcel to be delivered (items value £700.00) the items never reached their destination and they were marked as lost. I contacted Parcel Monkey on several occasions but their response was sorry there is nothing we can do. The item was approx. 3 x 2 and weighed 30kg, how can anyone lose an item that large? I would avoid using Parcel Monkey at all costs, you may save a couple of quid but if they lose your item(s) how much have you saved?

For international parcels, they should tell if the country of destination, will the courier be using there own service or a 3rd party delivery service provider. Paid for 3-5 days delivery service, ended up getting my packet in 10 days. Courier cant track it because of the parcel monkeys own tracking number. Parcel monkey doesnt have a support number. Online tickets are useless, giving generic replies.

While my parcel was collected and delivered quickly and efficiently, once it had arrived I was charged an additional £17 for being 4.5kg overweight which was not the case as I weighed the box myself several times. Very disappointed with this service and communication.

The website is easy to use and it is a straightforward process to book a collection which was collected when expected by Parcelforce. However, I chose Parcelforce because the website indicated that there was no need to print any labels (as I dont have a printer) yet the confirmation email came with a big "call to action" to print the label and attach it to the parcel. What?! Anyway, I just wrote the details on the parcel and Parcelforce didnt mention the lack of a proper label. Otherwise cheaper, good and would use again.

I have used parcel monkey before with mixed results and one refused payment when they damaged my parcel, but the rest of the deliveries were fine. But I did ponder if to change couriers and this is the last time I will used them, they have had chances. What bugs me more is not having a telephone number to speak to someone in person, live chat doesnt work and email sent my replies to the trash, so maybe that is telling me something. I wouldnt say dont use them because if it goes right they are excellent, but if it goes wrong stay clear. I was also told my parcel had been in transit in the air for 4 days.

No problems at all. Delivery to Germany in 4 working days and £30 cheaper than Royal Mail. Drop off at local post office which makes it easy. Would definitely use these guys again. Thank you.

I have used parcel money for international deliveries to Canada numerous times at different times of the year , the busy holiday season included. Used both the drop,off and collect service and never been disappointed . Have always collected on time and delivered on time apart from one occasion which was beyond their control and a problem with Canada post. Very easy website to use and easy to track with lots of info . You could say I,m bananas about parcel monkey and have recommended to friends and relatives

Parcelforce collected the parcel and delivered it 2 days later as promised. Ive booked them through Parcel Monkey 3 times now and each time has been faultless. I cant comment on other carriers through PM as Ive only ever used Parcelforce

We booked a collection , the courier did not show up and then we received an email and text , telling that as per our instructions they were rescheduling our collection . We never however made any request of this sort. The company has no telephone help lines, and emails are not answered for hours. Beware!

I wanted to send two parcels of Christmas presents to my son in Australia & used parcel monkey for the first time. The website was very easy to navigate & I was pleasantly surprised by the prices quoted. The parcels were picked up on time. My only concern was that the tracking wasnt updated at all on the website. All was forgiven when my son phoned me to say the parcels had arrived - picked up in the UK on Thursday afternoon & delivered to him on the Monday. Very speedy service. Will definitely use again.

Really pleased with the service.
1 issue was that with the first service I chose I put in all my details etc only to get to the final stage and find the collection service wasnt available in my area. It was a bit inconvenient to then have to start again but that is a website / technology issue, the service was great. 2nd time I have used this service and will continue to do so.

We took the parcel down and was pleased at the ease of handling. It was some clothes for an elderly aunt and was delivered with no fuss and on time. My only criticism was I found that the tracking didnt work for me and kept saying no information. This was annoying and distressing and eventually had to make a call to find where the package was! This needs to be improved. Otherwise the service was great.

Sent 2 parcels to new Zealand and didnt notice they missed one line of the address off the label! Luckily one parcel arrived after 7 days and the second four days later. Overall good but check labels carefully.

I arranged via parcel monkey to send a parcel In the U.K. via ParcelForce 48 specifically via their "drop at a post office" service. On arrival at my local post office (to which PM guided me in their website), I was told that they "do not accept any parcels from PM as PM are a private business". PM then advised I should try another post office - but this method of trial and error is not really a viable business offering, especially when carrying a 20kg parcel around London! I asked for a manager/complains team from PM to get back to me and I am still waiting a week later.

I first went to the post office to send a parcel to Germany. I was quoted £46!!! I took it back home & tried Parcel Monkey & was given a price of £14 included added insurance. Other companies quoted too but chose dps as they picked up at our local greengrocers. I was given the option of tracking the parcel, which I did, and it was delivered safe & sound within 4 days. I thoroughly recommend this service.
