The service I recieved from parcel monkey by DHL was Amazing they let me know by text when parcel was picked up and when it was being delivered and it arrived on time well done to you all will be using you again cant believe you got it to us from Poland in 24hours

Recently used this service for the first time.
Easy to follow instructions - and very accurate tracking service.
I was delighted at the competitive rates for shipping the parcel o France and with the speed of service.
Will definitely use again.

I have sent two parcels to south africa for christmad, one with another company and one with parcel monkey, why i didnt just do both with parcel monkey i dont know! My parents received theirs 4 working days after it was picked up from me uk-sa in time for christmas! The other parcel however with my regular courier have been told sorry will only arrive in the new year, nothing they can do! And they can blame customs as weve spoken to them and the parcel is waiting for pickup! I sent it two weeks before the one thats already been received! Go with parcel monkey all the way! Im never using transglobal express again!!!!!

The process of using Parcel Monkey was straight forward and seamless enough but thats where it ends. Choose to use Parcelforce 48 hr service via Parcel Monkey for pick up and delivery. Failed to pick up x3 times after numerous phone calls amto Parcel Force and escalating to Manager I was promised it would be picked up on the 4th day to be delivered on the 5th as upgraded from 48hr to 24hr. Item was picked up but still not delivered. - will be a week tomorrow for a 48hr service. Disgrace - avoid both

Wanted to send a parcel internationally. Self-service and many options at different prices. Essentially a comparison site. Generally worked well including pre-printed pro-forma for customs declaration which worked fine. Shipping and tracking through the actual parcel shipping company you end up choosing. Had an extra charge as deemed parcel was heavier than we said (although I dispute this) - perhaps would have been nice if at time of parcel drop off this could have been flagged up rather than a week later when difficult to dispute.

We our a compeny that delivers all over the world and have been looking for a good delivery company so we came too you.. We send a parcel to portugal it got then in such poor condition the customer is so up set they want there money back now ur looking at £500 out of pocket because it was dam by the belive ry company.... now we take pictures be for we post and too see it arrives in this bad cond is discussed in want to put in a complant and compensation

Nice and easy. Booked in for collection from parcel force after comparing several options. Parcel was collected the following day. Delivery said 4-6 days. It arrived on the 8th so not too bad considering it is Christmas time and the parcel was being sent to Greece. Thank you. Have used many times and will use again in future, thanks Parcel Monkey for making the whole process as easy and quick as possible!

Booked in parcel for shipping using the local drop-off location service, chose to use Matalan instead of a small corner shop as I felt it would be safer and more organised. Wrong, wrong, wrong. The staff at Matalan were completely confused and left me hanging around awkwardly at the tills during rush-hour. Had to call the manager who finally understood what I was there to do and reassured me it would be collected the next morning. Then after checking DPD tracking I realised the status hadnt moved in days, I had to raise the flag to Parcel Monkey who are extremely unhelpful so I ended up doing all the chasing myself, contacting Matalan & DPDs hq, The DPD driver should have had a message to collect as soon as my parcel was scanned in at the drop-off location, but this went unnoticed until I raised the flag and they collected my parcel 7 DAYS LATER!!! Delivery was supposed to be within 3-6 days, to make things worse when it was finally collected 7 days later there were further delays at the depot for 2 days. No apology or info on the reason, complete waste of money, bad organisation and not worth the hassle. Opt for home collection rather than drop-off collection for extra security. ***UPDATE as of 12/01/2017 my package is STILL NOT DELIVERED*** It has now been a MONTH since it was first scanned for collection. Parcel Monkey have been extremely unhelpful and after taking my money have left me to my own devices to struggle getting my parcel delivered! The customs have informed me Parcel Monkey can pay the customs duty tax directly for release so I have asked them SEVERAL times to raise me an invoice and do this, but they have been dragging their feet for weeks now! This business operates underhandedly and sneakily, they should NOT be in operation. They have refused to refund me or even assist in the customs release! So they basically took customers money and could care less what happens to your package after that! They also have NO customer services number so you have to wait for them to reply (if they reply) to your message and they have dodged most of my questions like the plague! DANGEROUS COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!!

Please let us know the address of this via the support ticket tool on Contact Us and we will contact DPD to get this looked into and the store called to be trained on how to handle the goods

Used parcel force 48. Website said the driver will bring the labels. Automated email said I had to print the labels. I have no printer and had to get a neighbour to print the labels. Online help was useless - just a postal address! Seriously a snail mail address to write to for help, in 2016.

Ive used parcel monkey for U.K. Packages and been really happy with the price and service, so decided to use them for a package to the USA. However, once I got to the point of entering all the info to book the postage I hit a wall. It seems parcel monkey has aggregated all the restrictions of all the various overseas carriers they use, to create a kafkaesque list of everything under the sun. Unless youre sending clothing or blank paper, youre pretty much stuffed. Ended up using Royal Mail, who have sensible restrictions, so no problems.

I needed to a large parcel (11 kg) from London to Tenerife and was looking for an affordable, but safe solution. ParcelMonkeys service convinced me from the first visit of their homepage: easy to understand and to fill in, great tracking and delivery in less than 2 weeks. The receiver even got a short note announcing the delivery. Im am very happy to have found Parcelmonkey, have already recommended it to friends, and will definitely use it again! Thanks to all the Parcelmonkey people!

I sent a parcel to New Hampshire in the USA. Thought it had been delivered when I received an email asking how Parcel Monkey had performed. On checking my tracking number it had not been delivered to the USA but was back in Hampshire in the UK and had been since 9.15 this morning. No contact from Parcel Monkey to let me know what was happening. I am now tying to find out what happened and where my parcel is. Not happy at all as it was christmas presents and I was told it would be delivered now it could be anyway. UPDATE: Have been told my package contained something contrary to T&C so was returned. I have sent the same things to the USA for over 4 years now. I think it is just a rip off as now if I dont pay another £25.00 plus VAT to have my package returned to me they will destroy it. So I have paid £46 for a non - delivery so I am really angry at having the choice of paying more or having it destroyed. So much for Christmas spirit. First and most definately the LAST time i will use his company. FURTHER UPDATE: Still waiting for my parcel to be returned. Having been blackmailed to pay more money for a return I was expecting them to at least return it quickly. No how silly of me they have not even arranged collection from their depot until tomorrow (29th). So angry about all the money I have paid out, no service and very disappointed family in the states still with no Christmas presents. Cannot stress enough how much of a con this company is.

Absolutly rubbish , courier took parcel to address and then took it back stating insuffcient address .Complaint make in both UK and Netherlands, the result no response not a good advert for parcel service , after making complaint you have the utter gaul to ask how you have done - I think you know the answer to that as a courer service rubbish

Sorry to hear there was an issue with delivery a valid address needs to be provided for the courier to be able to deliver the goods, if one is not provided then they may have an issue with delivering this to the recipient. If the address given is not valid, then the sender is at fault here I am afraid.

When Ive got the quote for delivery time it was like 5 days or more (international). The parcel got delivered within 4 days (including a weekend)! Just before Xmas. Brilliant! :)

Swift and good value delivery of documents to South Africa after the postal service had screwed things up with mail delayed 7 weeks in Johannesburg. The reliable DPD collected the documents (even giving a 1 hour window for pick-up) and delivered it five days later to the address in Cape Town. All tracked and traceable on the website.

I was a bit sceptical as to how efficient it would be. I was sending a large box of presents from London home to Ireland for Christmas. It only cost about £17 but would have cost nearly £40 if I had to check a suitcase on the plane. The parcel was picked up Friday afternoon and delivered to my mothers work in Ireland on Monday afternoon. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future. A collection time of 8am to 6PM is given. I dont think it is right for you guys to expect us to wait all day for a 5 minute pick up. The least you can do is to give us one hour slot and call us well in advance before arriving for the collection. Rest of the service is very good.
