Courier did not arrive to collect. Only way to communicate was with messaging or a chat line. Responses were very robotic and did not address ny problem of no courier. Was told that courier would arrive. This never happened. Then just offered an alternative collection day. Cancelled my order and will never use parcel monkey again.

I used dpd through parcel monkey and my god awesome service, 100% better than my hermes and dpd actually take care delivering your item and dont smash it like my hermes i will never go back

Lots of choices out there. Do yourselves a favour and choose someone else. My parcel has been at my drop off point for seven days already. Contact Parcel Monkey and you get through to the Philippines where someone reads from a script. Very annoying. Understand your frustration blah blah, get back to you in two days blah blah.. Modern day require modern attitudes.. Goods need to be transported ASAP.

I have used parcel Monkey to send my parcel to the Caribbean. They are coming to collect the parcel and proud to say it is very cheap but wait for your parcel to arrive to the destination! the person picking up the parcel had to pay 171£ to collect the parcel. So in total I have paid 271£ to send a parcel to the Caribbean!. When I tried to contact customer service, the woman in the live chat said you have to pay for the taxes and cut the conversation. This postage cost me more than the gift I have bought for my familly. This is ridiculous. And Parcel Monkey do not care about their customers. Once you have paid there is not return. If you have a problem with Parcel Monkey there is no number to call, no customer service, so an advise STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Used the service for collection of a 25 kg package from mid Wales for delivery to Sussex. Everything went most smoothly. Package arrived on time and driver very helpful in placing the large item where convenient for recipient. Would certainly recommend.

Arrivé en France la société gls ne me livre pas mon colis faute que ladresse est inconnu. Seulement pour les contacter il faut appeler un numéro surtaxé. 35euro lappel. 2ème essaye toujours le même problème. .et 2ème et 3ème facture téléphonique. Je nai pas encore récupéré mes colis. !!!!

I have sanded 3 parcel from Uk to Portugal, Out of 3 i have received only 1 and rest of the box is unknown and which is very valuable for me. I cant even track those 2 parcel No one should use ParcelMonkey honestly. Everyone please avoid them. Customer service are not giving me any information where is my parcel.

We used Parcel Monkey/Parcelforce Worlwide to send a parcel from UK to Malta. The tracking system said that it was in Malta, with the local depot and out for delivery (it was a day late at this point already). However, it was the paperwork that was scanned and tracked which is sent in advance and scanned. What is the point in having a tracking system if youre not tracking the parcel. Turns out the parcel was in Germany (en route to Malta) however, it was lost in Germany. It took over 12 hours to get someone to "start an investigation which they said would take 3-5 working days". We live in an age where were talking about putting people on Mars, driverless cars, 3d printers that can nearly produce human body parts but youre telling me that it takes 3-5 working days for someone to walk around a warehouse looking for a big box! I think you need a review of your systems. Feels like 25 years ago when you had to wait 31 days for the latest Sega megadrive game to be arrive! Awful service. Hence to say it still hasnt been delivered.

I dont want even hear about this company... I dont know how even this people are working there. Never, never put on yourself this stress to use theirs service. If something will happend with your parcel you cant even dream that somebody from Parcelmonkey will help you. They are totaly helpless, can only make everything more difficult. My parcels are late for more then week and still nobody know what happened with them... Horribile!

The worst customer service I have experienced. You have to deal with different people each time who have no idea of the case. I ended up getting it sorted directly with Parcelforce who were more helpful. Great prices but overall a terrible service.
