I had two boxes to go to New Zealand. The booking of the shipment was easy, with labels and commercial invoice painless to complete. I dropped the boxes off at my local post office.
I could track the boxes every step of their journey and they reached New Zealand within 4 days.
One box was delivered but the second had a status of damaged box noted.
I contacted customer services via email and live chat....both very helpful and kept in contact with me.
The other box was delivered 2 days after the first and the only damage was to the box and not the contents. All in all a good result.
I only have one suggestion ...it was quite frustrating trying to find out the extent of the damage of the box. Perhaps a more detailed description on the status would help.

I used Parcel Monkey for the very first time to search for a cheap courier as I had it with the high prices from our beloved P.O. , lo and behold Parcel Monkey saved me over £50.00 in delivery charges !
Easy to use and register , and you keep track of your goods until them arrived at destination .
Will I use them again ? YES !

Sending a parcel overseas, the quote wasnt the cheapest but have used Parcel Monley in the past & on the whole they have been above average, the parcel has always arrived at its destination even though in the past it has not been collected on the stated day. Today when I need the parcel delivered quickly again it has not been collected !!..... just a courtesy email to let me know whats happening and why would at least help, after all you sent me about four separate messages telling me it would be collected today, why ? When it clearly hasnt ????

Selected parcels to be picked up 18th Jan which is today, it wasnt specified what time they would come so I had to stay at home the whole day to be disappointed. Leaving the country tomorrow early morning and there isnt anyone around to allow for pick up, called many times to the number appeared on google however it doesnt get through. Paid £250 for such BAD SERVICE and most importantly caused me so much inconvenience and time wasted. Have written an email for full refund but no reply yet. This is ridiculous. NO SHOW, no contact from anyone from parcel monkey, NOTHING. Also about printing your own label and putting them into clear folders specifically to be pasted on the boxes - SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE BAD SERVICE.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the courier you have selected, we at Parcel Monkey do not make collections, we hand the booking over to the courier you choose via the quote engine. We do not have a contact phone number as we offer Live Chat on our website 8am to 9pm and also support email tickets to resolve any issues. If you have written an email to us this will of course be responded to and if you have not used the service a full refund will be issued.

Had no problems with parcel monkey, first time i have used a courior service, a lot of information required to send a package but it was an international delivery so thats why. Liked the way that different companies and there prices can be compared. Dpd i chose, not so pleased. The service was supposed to take 4-7 days, and when all done, paid for and dropped off to the drop off point, i get an estimated delivery date of over 2 weeks wait. In my case it was important that the parcel reach its destination in less than a 10 days to be there before chinese new year. So not very happy with that sevice, would not choose dpd ever again, my advise, pay more and have express up to 3 days service. But weather that would be achieved, i dont know.

Booked a next day collection for ParcelForce 24. The parcel was collected as expected and delivered next day so all good. The only issue is that ParcelMonkey claimed no printer was required for this service but then emailed me a label to print out! I did this as a precaution but was expecting the driver to bring a label anyway. He didnt. So No printer required actually means a printer is definitely required!

Having been told that I could not send a parcel over 2 kgs from my local post office, to New Zealand, despite contrary advice on the Royal Mail website, and I would need to use a courier, I was plunged into despair. Then I found Parcel Monkey. The best of it was that the cost of sending was £30 cheaper than the Royal Mail quote! of course, the parcel hasnt yet made it to destination yet so this may be a prematurely good rating but the process was easy, and the courier comes to your place, so no lugging a heavy parcel around. Life Saver! Lesson: avoid Post Office/Royal Mail.

The first time I used Parcel Monkey and I would not use them again. My parcel was two days late. No explanation. No contact from Parcel Monkey. A huge inconvenience and time wasted. I requested a refund and was referred to their "Terms & Conditions" which cover them for the parcel being 5 days late. Totally unacceptable. One bad experience is enough. Never again.

Sorry to hear your parcel arrived late, we do not handle the delivery of the goods as we are a reseller, so we take the booking and send on our discounted rates with the carrier. This means the handling of the parcel will be the same as if you booked direct with the carrier, but at a lower cost. Due to the fact we do not handle the items, the couriers give an estimated time frame for delivery, so the time frame is not a guarantee, although the majority of the time the carriers meets the time frame advised. This is why we state at the time of booking to check the terms as we advise the 5 working days policy.

Sorry to read that your parcel has arrived and been damaged in transit, we do not handle the parcels but we take the booking and hand it over to the courier of your choice. If this item has been damaged, we would advise that you raise a support ticket and address FAO Claims and we can then pass it over to the relevant department who can liaise with the carrier on the issue of your damaged item.

I knew exactly where my parcel was by the tracking option. Excellent service. Took 1 week to arrive & had 2 very happy children opening the contents of the parcel. Would highly recommend & definitely use you again ..... cant thank you enough!
