So easy to give details and get price and relevant forms online and then drop off at local post office rather than wait in for a collection.
The parcel arrived over half way around the world in less than a week.
Very pleased with this service and will definitely use them again.

This was the first time I used this service. I want to post my academic books from the UK to Thailand. A parcel was collected on Monday and I received it on Saturday afternoon. It was great service with the cheapest price.

Three parcels were sent via parcel monkey, to different addresses. Two were 24 hour express, one was next day before 10 a.m. Not one arrived on time - in fact the 24 hour turned into 48 hour and the "before 10 a.m" was delivered at 17.45. All parcels were sent using parcelforce, had I used them direct, a full refund would have been granted...not so with parcel monkey. The delightfully (sarcasm) unhelpful online chat told me to check terms and conditions 2.1 applicable in England and Wales...Im in Scotland. She then cut me off. As did the previous online when asking about the 10 a.m deliveries. Its a dreadful service not helped by the rude, unhelpful online service. Once bitten...never again.

I recently relocated to Melbourne, Australia from U.K. & was looking out for a hassle free, yet economical, way to transport about 60 kgs. Through the Parcel Monkey website I was able to locate the most cost effective courier service.
The whole booking process was straightforward & my boxes arrived within the scheduled delivery times.
Id wholly recommend using Parcel Monkey website.

I sent a large parcel from the UK to my family in Canada and I sent it on 28th November and it arrived at my mums house on 4th December! I was very impressed with the whole service and even happier as it arrived obviously nice and early for Christmas. In previous years they have still been waiting for their parcel in January for something sent at the same time with a different provider. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again for future deliveries. Very happy :)

Sent parcel to Hungary, filled out all requsted information but on the generated printabel label not shown correctly road and other deatils like contact number. I thought may just does not show correctly on label but It is ok in the system. So the parcel reached the country, county and the city but the GLS can not identified road and house number and cant deliver it. Nobody called me or text, mailed the parcel failed to delived. Fortunately the parcel been tracked and I keep check it. I contact the GLS and update them with the missing information to succefully deliver my parcel.

Parcel Monkey delivered my Xmas package from the UK to USA in just 7 days, safely and efficiently. I printed off the postage and customs forms which were sealed in a plastic wallet and taped to the parcel and handed it in at my local post office. The cost was substantially cheaper than the Post Office. I would definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Parcel was picked up on time, and delivered safely in destination country. Packaging arrived intact, and reports are that the recipient is very happy with the service received.

This was the first time using Parcel Monkey so I was understandably a bit dubious. I neednt have worried as it was so easy to follow the steps on the website. In a matter of clicks I had chosen my service and paid for my parcel. I then had a confirmation email through and shortly after the link to my label came through. I printed this with ease and took my pRcel to the post office

Courier did not arrive to collect. Only way to communicate was with messaging or a chat line. Responses were very robotic and did not address ny problem of no courier. Was told that courier would arrive. This never happened. Then just offered an alternative collection day. Cancelled my order and will never use parcel monkey again.
