Using Parcel Monkey allowed me to book a parcel to another country using DPD which would normally need a trade account.
DPD as usual were exceptional.

just the job, package got to usa no probs day ish late but that was us postal to blame, got shipping half the price quoted by parcelforce and it was them that monkey used for me LOL.

Very impressed by the ease of booking the collection of parcel and charge. My only wish is that an approximate time of collection is indicated. I had to book a whole day off to ensure I was at home! Otherwise first class.

Stayed in for collection but I didnt have to worry because I knew they was going to take my money and not bother paying the supplier that carries out the service in this case Parcelforce,After a lot of calls and chasing about it turns out parcelmonky are known for taking payments and not passing it on to the chosen carrier hence they dont like to trade with them.Parcefore advised me to avoid this way of posting items because if you go directly to them it worked out cheaper. Just avoid parcelmonkey like a dog poo on a pavement.

Not worth spending extra money paying for a 24 hour delivery as neither of my two parcels turned up until 3 days later! Why advertise what you cant deliver! Not impressed!

I Paid £20 and your delivery man didnt take the parcel. He told me that he cant scan barcode and walk away, he dont want to talk to me fix the problem. The same Day i Paid next £20 for another service and second delivery man didnt have problem to scan barcode. Still waiting have my refund!!!!!!!!!!!

In comparison to other couriers Parcel Monkey gives great service and value for money. I was able to track my parcel all the way to its destination in Hungary.

Parcel delivery nice and fast, but for old self-use clothes less than £30 value, I have been asked to pay £16 VAT to get my parcel by DHL, not pleasant at all.

Used them before they took days to turn up to collect, used them a year later and again took 5 days to deliver should have been 24 hours.

I sent parcel to Europe with Parcel Monkey (Parcel force) and it was delivered to the house in Croatia within seven days. I was pleasantly surprised when I tracked my parcel on internet that it was already delivered.
The only objection I have is collection of parcel from my home. I waited from eight am till three pm for the parcel to be collected. It would be better if I was told collection will be between eight and twelve or twelwe and six. But, great service otherwise.

From the courier who collected my parcel to delivery in France everything was spot on. Being able to track it online really helped as well. Not the first time Ive used Parcel Monkey, nor will it be the last.

On discovering how expensive it was to post my parcel to Switzerland via GPO I looked for a cheaper alternative and found parcel monkey. Half the price and great service. Parcel arrived on time and in tact.

After struggling on other websites to arrange delivery of a parcel from the Canary Islands to the UK, while being based in the U.K.; I found Parcel Monkey easy to use. My item was promptly collected and delivered. I couldnt have asked for more!

I booked Parcelforce 24hour delivery 2 work-days ahead. There was no collection on the day. I then found that there are no support contact details on the parcel-monkey site other that by post (snail-mail). 24-hours later Parcelforce sent me an email with their "customer-services" phone number. Needless to say my parcel wasnt picked up until after it was due to be delivered at my customers site.Parcelforce have told me to ring their customer services when I use parcel-monkey to make sure the info gets through. No Parcel-monkey customer support is frustrating.

After placing my order with parcelmonkey and after reading the complaints I was not actually expecting the delivery to arrive on schedule if at all from UK to Kazakhstan. I attempted to cancel the order (and change the pickup point) as suggested in the help pages but this option to actually cancel the order was not available. I would use the service again if there was a clear mechanism to have a real conversation with someone at Parcel Monkey to get progress updates else I will only use for low value non important items.

Quick and easy to organise. Only criticism would be I found it difficult to locate a signed for service (but was later advised it was automatic)

Parcel was collected from my home in the UK, but no receipt was offered. Tracking online for the first couple of days afterwards was very good - after that, when the parcel had left the UK, and was heading for its destination in New Zealand, tracking information was not updated.
So I didnt know where it was.
It arrived at its destination a week after its departure from the UK, so that was good. But the recipient had to call me to say it had arrived, there was no word from Parcel Force/Parcel Monkey.
I would use the service again, hopefully the tracking system will be more efficient next time.
