I shipped a parcel using a multi-route service, and although on the tracking area of the website was showing only the first part of the journey (and this definitely should be fixed and improved in order to show all the tracking without have to contact the support center) once contacted the help center they promptly answered me providing the tracking for the rest of the journey! Thanks!!!

Used ParcelMonkey many times without any difficulties. However, Ive had problem with two parcels being sent which havent been delivered. It is really hard to get any information out from them - its nearly 24 hours since Ive had an update. If Id booked with the courier company direct, then at least Id be able to make contact with them. But I have to go through ParcelMonkey, and the customer service response to this issue has been very poor so far.

A good price and service. Might have been good on the day to have had an email giving an approximate pick-up time - say a two hour gap? Tracking worked well. II would recommend to friends and family.

Website is a good clear set up. Got stuck a few times putting the measurements in, but that could have been a problem at my end?! When it did it it was very easy and convenient. No queuing at the post office!

Other well known company I tried failed miserably and parcel wasnt even collected after three attempts. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again for my next regular consignment. Ten out of ten

Parcel monkey was quick easy and convenient to use for our business needs. Needed 2 bulky parcels picked up from our work premises. All booked during working time easily online and parcels picked up the next day. Oh and did I mention that it was so cheap?! Fabulous

WAITED IN FOR 3 DAYS FOR A PARCEL TO BE COLLECTED, NO SHOW, I COMPLAINED AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY OR EVEN TRYING TO KEEP MY BUSINESS THEY SAID THEY WOULD IN 7 WORKING DAYS. WELL SEE. HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL GOING,I DONT KNOW. STAY AWAY.WELL AWAY

Paid what I feel was a lot of money to get a parcel collected and delivered to myself. Paid for 48 hour service........took a week to collect it and after 6 phone calls to the courier (parcelforce). Then when it finally arrived......it was damaged beyond repair. All of this while parcelmonkey did nothing and just sat back and took my money.

I paid for 24h parcel delivery when after 6 days my parcel was not delivered I phone them. Find out that my parcel dissappear. Really disappointed as in package was really valuable stuff.

After booking the parcel, which was fine, I tried to use the online chat to amend something. This was one of the most painful customer service experiences I have ever had. Heres what not to do when dealing with a customer: 1, do not leave them on chat for 40 mins with only intermittent responses and fail to responding to questions, leaving the customer clueless on whether anyone is actually still online. 2. do not rub salt in the wound by then emailing just the simple sentence "sorry for the inconvenience" without any suggestions or recommendations on how to resolve the issue, or confirming of any action you are taking - and always provide contact information. It really left me wondering if the parcel would ever arrive at all. Thankfully it did

Parcel Monkey is a convenient site for arranging special deliveries. On this occasion I used parcelforce for the carrier, collection was prompt, delivery was super swift, no complaints.

Booked a collection via Parcel Monkey and the courier turned up even before the confirmation email and labels to print out. 30 seconds.
You cant really get better service than that!

Used Parcel monkey for the first time. System easy to understand just follow the instructions ensure you have the correct dimensions and weight for your parcel and you will find the quote to be accurate and honest.

the finals steps of the delivery were not described according to the actual delivery but they said the delivery was out of deposit and complete just after 2 days the actual deposit. i still cannot check if there are damages until 16 th when ill go to italy but the service seems to be great

Good website, easy to book, clearly priced and good instructions for sending. Once booked, a tracking label is emailed to you, although I didnt pick the email up in time to stick it on my parcel! I chatted online to Parcel Monkey, who traced my parcel and reassured me that it was on its way to the recipient in the USA. My parcel was safely delivered within a week.
Well done Parcel Monkey. Will definitely use this site again.

This has been my first experience and will most certainly be my last. This company are scammers. Its been two weeks now and nobody ever attempts to pick up my parcels. The staff are rude and racist. Theyve constantly abused and mocked my race every time Ive attempted communication with them via email. Every time I ask for a refund they ignore me. Just stay away honestly. I believe that most of the supposed good reviews on here about them are fake as well because everyone Ive spoken to about this has had a terrible experience with them. I will be reporting them to trading standards as I believe this fraudulent company deserves to be shut down, especially since I havent received a refund for any of my parcels (which Ive now obviously had to send them with another courier). Id stick with the traditional and reliable companies such as Royal Mail, UPS and Courier as the hassle dealing with scammers is not worth it.

Not a good experience. The service that I bought, and have email confirmation of, isnt the service being delivered - it seems totally random what service you actually get and doesnt inspire confidence that they company knows what theyre doing or that the website is free of errors. Or maybe theyre quoting unrealistic delivery times in order to get your business? The parcel delivery is due after 11 days in transit (if it does actually happen on time, something Im not hopeful of) rather than the 4-6 I paid for, and once I dropped the parcel off no-one bothered to collect it for over 20 hours - and Parcel Monkey staff dont give any confidence that they care or will respond, other than an automated, repetitive and insincere "We apologise for the inconvenience." As a result of this experience, the next parcel I sent was via ParcelHero. I sent that 4 days later, at a lower cost and to the same destination. Thats already been delivered whilst the one via Parcel Monkey is still somewhere in transit (the tracking info is less than helpful) and not due to be delivered for another 4 days!

Always sending parcel to France and Parcel Monkey is definitely the best parcel service on the market with unbeatable price, parcel pick up from home and the delivery time is 2 days. I am extremely please with this company.

Used this firm to send a parcel to Australia through DPD. It never left the country and finally got returned to parcelmonkey who then had the cheek to charge me to return it to me despite saying I wanted it still sent to Australia. No contact by phone available so unable to explain clearly and just keep getting the same old reply that it has been returned to them. I am taking this up through small claims court shortly. Like the old saying though, pay peanuts, get monkeys. Spend the extra few pounds and avoid this company. Dont walk...run!!!
