I was a bit skeptical and honestly.quite scared from some reviews I read online. However I decided to use the service as it was very cheap, I sent a 20KG parcel domestically here in the UK, and it only cost me only £11.98 , and my parcel was delivered the next day!

Its been three times they come to my place and they havent ring the bell and they left without collecting. Me or one of my flatmate has always been home waiting for them but all the time I received the text saying that they passed and they havent found anyone. Ill try untill someone will pick my parcels up, luckily Im not in a rush.

Collected on time in UK and arrived in southern France a day early, very good parcel in good condition, so happy to recommend.
I compared prices against couriers own websites and parcel monkey were much better value.

Really unhappy after a week still waiting for a parcel to be collected. Each day i had to contact them and they would just re-book it for the next day with no explanation. Never again!

My parcel arrived on time and all in one piece. It was really reasonably priced so I would definitely do this again! It saved me so much hassle - I was moving to Germany so I packed a box of a duvet, pots and pans etc., to save me buying it all here. Only thing is that the parcel was left with a neighbour, who I didnt know before I arrived, and they were out for days so I couldnt collect the parcel for a while. I was worried that something may have happened to my box but once I collected it, it was fine.

Web pages easy to use cost to the highlands it was only auchterarder was not surcharged when the Same carrier wanted £20 more delivery took 2 days and was in good condition

Sold a item on EBay in perfect working ordered (all tested and checked before sending) and despite being well packed and padded item arrived at buyers damaged and unusable. Now waiting item to be returned and have to refund money for item, so lost the money for item and have a broken piece of equipment thanks to using this service. Use at own risk.

No problems with Tracking. Just make sure you keep an eye on your parcel once in India as I had recd an email from India stating parcel couldnt be delivered where as they hadnt even attempted it yet, just that the parcel had been moved from one depot to another. May be someone selected a wrong message input. Can improve on that.

After looking at the options for my 20kg parcel with a value of a few hundred pounds we couldnt believe how much cheaper it was to use parcel monkey. It was easy to arrange, they kept us informed, the parcel was collected from our address at the time promised and we were impressed with the signed confirmation of delivery being sent to us. A hassle free service and excellent value. We would definitely use this company again.
