Excellent service. Really helpful collection driver who advised me on final packaging. Excellent inf on internet tracking, until it left the UK. Then it was predicted tracking. However the package arrived safely and intact. Wil use this service again. Value for money. Cheaper than an extra suitcase when travelling.

Two sizeable parcels needed to be shipped from south Cornwall to central London. Both were collected on the chosen date and delivered the very next day within 24 hours. It was a very positive experience in terms of cost in money, time and effort for otherwise I would have had to drive over six hours in one direction to deliver the parcels in person, pay for the fuel cost and contend with navigation and traffic on the road.

I sent two parcels (total weight 20kg) from the UK to France. It cost me just over £30, including insurance, which I thought was very reasonable. The parcels were collected on the day after I placed the order and arrived two days later. The only problem was that the person who collected the parcels would have left the paperwork unsigned if there had been no-one in to explain it to him. (I left the parcels in the porch for collection, with clear instructions written in capitals, using a marker pen, on top of the paperwork, asking for it to be signed and dated.)

I delivered a package to Turkey via Parcel Monkey from the UK. I waited over a month and nothing... I contacted Parcel Monkey throughout this process and the communication was so messy. The custom support was semi-automated, so my email was just getting spammed with useless stuff. In my experience, they told me it was the fault of the courier, but accepted no blame.

Really just do not know how you do it!! Booked parcel in on Wednesday evening 14 December and a text message was on my phone Thursday morning to advise that my parcel would be picked up between 09.00 - 17.00. A little later another message arrived to advise pick-up between 10.23-11.23, duly picked-up at 10.45! Normally I enjoy tracking my parcel but being busy with the festive season it arrived in destination even before I started! When I say arrived this was before midday on Saturday 17th. PARCEL FROM NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, UK TO TIGNES IN THE FRENCH ALPS WITHIN 48HOURS!!! One very happy daughter to receive her Christmas parcel of pressies & goodies, weighing 17kg by the way, and one very happy Mum, when it only cost £15!! This is the 3rd time I have used this service in the past 4 months and each time it has been *****! How fantastic to receive this level of service, especially in todays world!!! Parcel force is the worst delivery service in the world.paid for next day delivery before 12.time was not delivered on Friday at all. I chased up and was promised Sunday delivery. On mondaythe driver told me it was only the put on the van that day. Its standard for parcel force. Unexceptable

I paid for the more expensive express air service because it said it would be delivered in 3 to 4 days.it wasnt delivered on time and now my niece and nephew wont have there gifts from me for Christmas because they have gone away on holiday and werent home to receive there parcel because it arrived late.

Collected on the Monday for 24 hour delivery and only received by Buyer on the Thursday. Paid for a 24 hour service and thats what we should have got irrespective of it being two weeks before Christmas.

An excellent service, my parcel was delivered safely and very fast from the UK to Italy. I highly recommend Parcel Monkey courier service. This is the second time I have used this courier and I shall not hesitate to use again.

Happy with service apart from it not clear of rough time of picking parcel up and also the courier didnt contact the person who was receiving it to make sure there was someone there as requested. Otherwise a good service.

Absolutely awful service. It was picked up on Monday morning. I paid for a 24 hour service so expected it to be delivered on Tuesday. I rang on Wednesday as it hadnt been delivered by that point. They informed me that they broke the package and that it was still in the depot. I needed the package to its destination before Wednesday morning as the person receiving it was going. Hence the 24 hour service. I bubble wrapped the package very carefully, I question how it was handled in the depot. Ill never use parcelforce again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Sorry to hear about the damage with the carrier, Parcel Monkey is not a courier service, we are a quote engine reselling other carrier services such as Parcelforce. Should the goods of arrived damaged please contact us and we can raise a claim for you, as long as the goods are not prohibited and you have opted in to add protection cover. You can do this via the Contact Us tab on your Parcel Monkey account.

Dropped my parcel off at the pickup shop 2 weeks ago. Only just been picked up after I rang the courier to ask where the parcel was only for them to say its not even been picked up. Dropped the parcel off two weeks before Christmas so it would arrive in time as it was a gift. Now has a estimated delivery date of 4th January 2017. Absolute joke and will not use this service again. No communication between parcel monkey and dpd. Dpd have promised a refund via parcel monkey however are not replying to any emails

I am very sorry DPD failed to collect this from the Pick Up shop. When you book via Parcel Monkey we tell DPD you have booked and they send us the labels to send on to you to attach to the box. This means they are aware of the order and also once dropped at the shop they scan it so they can see it is there to collect.
Should you track this and it has yet to be collected let us know and we will chase them to collect as soon as possible. I can see our team responded to the ticket you left on our site and once this has been delivered please contact us so we can discuss the refund due to the delays with DPD

Always use Parcel Monkey for sending large parcels a long distance.
We live in Aberdeenshire, our Son lives in East Sussex!
Each time we send a parcel .it is collected on time and delivered with no problem, tracking good as you can see where the parcel is at any moment! Brilliant!

I needed to get two parcels delivered before Christmas and found Parcel Monkey made it really easy to compare prices and was even cheaper than going to the carrier directly.

Parcel sent to Poland. Whilst tracking, it showed that it was delivered on Monday evening at 21.00 and signed for by "JAN". The recipient (whose surname is Jansen) never received the parcel. He contacted the local DPD depot and was told that the computer said it had been delivered so it must have been delivered. They wouldnt believe him when he said he had never received it. After informing the staff that he would not accept this as an answer, they eventually agreed to look into it. A few hours later the driver turned up with the parcel and claimed that it had slipped under the front seat of his van. So the question is why did they show it had been signed for? Not to be trusted at all.

No phone number to speak to someone directly. I would not use parcel monkey again. After more than a week of delay, Ive never received any information on the collecting date. also when I went near local pint for collection , them said this pint for pickup only and he said should go another pint it was far to my house than I had to cancel my order, with serious problems because of this. I did not receive adequate costumer assistant. I would not recommend to my worst money

When you book via our quote engine you can choose to book a collection from your home address or to drop the goods off at a local collection point.
