Items still not delivered (has now been 7 days, should have taken 3-4), driver was unsure of which box to pick up (there was only 1!) then got stroppy over the phone

Having used numerous parcel companies to ship back our shopping in boxes from the UK to Europe. This time Parcel monkey and DPD absolutely excelled themselves this time, no quibble with the box sizes or weights, collected within a hr slot from a residential property and recd in perfect shape in Europe less than 48hrs later. We sent 6 boxes back full of stuff for christmas all 30kg, we taped all the boxes really well but you can tell they have not been thrown about and handled well. The price was very cheap less than the cost of a 15kg bag in the hold on the plane and much less hassle. Well done excellent customer service, would highly recommend and of course will use again for our future shopping trips. Thankyou Parcelmonkey

This is the first timeI have sent a large parcel. I found this website and it was simple to use. the parcel was collected as organised and delivered in the time scale. First class service will use again.

The Amazon-appointed courier failed to pick up the parcel on the appointed day and could not be contacted by anything other than e-mail. Parcel Monkey was slightly more expensive (by £2) but they did the job without fuss, and as it was 12 kg I wasnt going to take it to the Post Office! A very positive experience.

Happy with the service - was a day or two longer than promised but got there in the end. Wish they had a contact number and wish the live chat was a bit more efficient but other than that we were happy with the service.

Website was easy to use and book the service I needed however what I wasnt keen on was when you actually enter the parcel measurements the price increased from the original quote! Defiantly handy though seeing all the options in one place rather than having to search.

really cant fault them, they work fast (sending emails etc) and the site is well laid out and easy/friendly
and of course it is MUCH cheaper going through parcel monkey rather than going direct to royal mail
so its a rating of 5 out of 5 from me. thanks so much parcel monkey !!

Add your postcodes, find the cheapest prices on all carriers (if you have a preference), weights up to 25kgs (that Ive used) and all round amazing service!
Changed how Ive sent parcels!

I sent two parcels to Denmark after realising that it would be extremely expensive using the post office as I had previously done for many years. The saving was so big that I wondered if it would be at the expense of good service but I could not fault this. I chose to send my parcels with Worldwide Parcel Force as having a drop off point was convenient to me. They promised to deliver the parcels in 3-5 working days and this happened. Parcel Monkeys website was easy to manoeuvre and now that I have registered, I will definitely use them again.

For the second year running Courier demanded payment to deliver a parcel already cleared by customs. Last year it took 3 weeks and an instruction from customs to deliver, this year they want 300 NZ to clear this years parcel. The contents are toys and clothes. We will be sourcing a more honest agent in future

Very easy service. Weigh the parcel, arrange pick up and pay online. Print off tracking label and drop off at local depot, a pharmacy in our case. Parcel delivered - no issues. Very good value. Happy.

it has been three months! I dont understand how this company can even be trading. Every single comment is a negative one by frustrated customers like me. Three months to deliver a package which should have taken few days. The package have been sitting (after it was returned to the UK) at a Slough depot for more than a month and every time I get the same "we are chasing the courier" rubbish. I called the courier a month ago and was able to track the parcel in 5 minutes. Unfortunately they wont allow me to deal with it as Parcel Munkey should do it but they cant be bothered "as a matter of fact the courier said we are waiting instructions from the Monkeys". And they? They cant be bothered to pick up the phone and sort it out. You should be ashamed of the service you offer. Running a successful business doesnt mean to provide the standard service you are suppose to provide as much as providing a great service when something goes wrong and fix it asap, something you dont even know the meaning of. And please do not embarrass yourself by asking what the parcel number is, as we have been talking day in day out for months and it will only show once again that you have no idea what you are doing. Nor give me the lazy excuse that 99% of your customers are satisfied, because you dont have to lift a finger, except when something goes wrong and that is when you consistently fail. .. "we do not have phone support yet and we are unable to contact you" .. what a bag of nonsense! Pickup the phone, contact the courier, contact me and sort this out.

Paid for express delivery for a birthday gift to arrive in Italy in 2 days. The delivery took 6 days including the weekend. Why offer a service you cannot not fulfil. Will look into getting a refund forthe express delivery which did not take place.

Item delayed (adress went lost/distorted while handling the parcel from one courier to another) and badly damaged and they will not pay for it ( I could not check the parcel on time as I was travelling when it was arrived late!). Also pick up was delayed as they did not bother to com to my flat but just asked concierge. when I asked to escalate the issue (at the end they were late and they damaged the parcel) this was the answer Good Afternoon, As you have raised a dispute against the decision made therefore it was an escalation. Unfortunately our decision against your claim will not change. I will never ever use them again

The parcel got there safe, nothing missing or damaged, no long periods in South African customs. Delivered on the day they said it would get there. Good service. Will use again.

I have used Parcelmonkey service to send a parcel from UK to India. The quoted price was the cheapest I can find. I had a little complication in sending the parcel (which is not very rare and happened probably because somebody scanned the wrong item in India), however the service help desk was prompt and helpful.
So, I will highly recommend this service.

It was easy to book and the website had clear instructions. The courier gave us a 1 hour window to collect and the package was delivered to Turkey within 5 days. As it was specialist material to help save a friends pet, it was perfect and the dog is improving.

Unlike Hermes, which are awful (see their reviews) most couriers selected by Parcel Monkey collect & delivery on time. Would highly recommend. You are given loads of options and thus can select the best one that suits you. Highly recommended. Thank You.

On the website it says I can send mobile phone but it was returned. Was made to pay for the first failed delivery and also was charged for returning the item back to my home address. Its been a while since I have messaged them but they have quite and nobody is answering... Last time I use them
