Parcel monkey what can I say Ive booked 2 collections and both have been collected when you said they would. Which makes you a million times better than them cowboys at parcel2go.com. Im not sure where they tie their horses up at night but with how long it takes them to collect parcels, I dont think they know either. Their service is substandard and there customer care is even worse. That said this is a review of your company not theirs so in short you guys rock.

I found the experience of using parcel monkey easy enough although the driver didnt deliver to the stated address and ignored instructions to ring the client to accept the delivery.
We ended up driving over an hour to find the local depo and pick it up, this element was disappointing.

Arranged collection didnt happen. I was agitated. Re scheduled with good help from a female Customer Service Operative. Collected on the rescheduled day, with appropriate label. After 4 days, parcel appeared to be still at local point. e mail contact with different Customer Service people unhelpful until I got annoyed. Then they found that the parcel had been delivered the previous day. Luckily some one was at home, as I had not been able to tell them it was on its way. Apparently the tracking number provided was incorrect

Selected a Express service and left note with order giving a time to collect which was ignored , took longer to arrive than was advertised on Parcel Monkey which is why I paid extra! First and last time using this service

On the whole, I cant fault the service but on two recent occasions, parcels have not been collected on time. On both occasions, they were to be sent by ParcelForce, so quite where the problem lies, I dont know. The latest one (still sitting here waiting to go) had no ParcelForce number on the label. The replacement label has one, so maybe they are not being booked in correctly. Frustrating when goods are time sensitive.

Paid £151 to have a delivery collected, waited a full day at the house for the courier to turn up and they never showed. Spoke to courier and the said they had no record of the booking. Had to use parcel monkeys online chat to get to the bottom of the problem - this is one of the worse customer services I have ever used. Took over an hour to get to the bottom of the problem as their responses on the chat system were sometimes 15 minutes apart. No phone number to speak to someone directly. I would not use parcel monkey again. Delivery 3 or 4 days late. Considering it cost me £151 Id say it was terrible service.

We had an initial mix up with a wrong carrier being sent but usung the online chat service our issue was resolved in an hour or so. I would use Parcel Monkey again.

Nice and quick. No stories. This is what I call customer service. You go online, you choose the service you want, they give you details and prices there and then. No time wasting. I will definitely use again. I used them to book parcel force normal delivery. The popular one. Price was reasonable.

I sent a parcel to northern china. Collecyed from home. Delivery man was helpful. Took just a week and cost less than 40 pounds. Really pleased. What more could i want.

After more than a week of delay, Ive never received reliable information on the courier and the reason of the continue missed of the collecting date. I had to cancel my order, with serious problems because of this. I did not receive adequate costumer assistant. I would not recommend to my worst enemy

Excellent value for money. The parcel was picked up on time, very clear instructions for packaging. The parcel was picked up on Thursday and delivered on Tuesday. Will definetly use the service again.

I sent an IM at 5PM asking if there was any way to find out if my packages would be collected by the last collection time of 6 PM. I received no response. An hour later when the packages had not been collected I sent another IM and an email. I did not receive a response from Parcel Monkey for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And all the response was that they would have to reschedule. I now have to make other arrangements fro collection after waiting all day. I would never use this service again.

The courier who handled our parcel through Parcel Monkey (PM) volumised our parcel saying that the weight for the dimensions caused a charge, we were then automatically invoiced and charged from PM. Not good. When booking on through PM, their quote system allows you to state the dimensions and the weight of which all four inputs were correct, in fact, the dimensions were generous by a couple of cms. To put it into perspective we are talking about: 25 x 22 x 16cm @ 2kg. We didnt send an baby elephant in a small box. However upon disputing PM are asking us to provide evidence that the dimensions and weight were correct, however the courier nor them cannot provide evidence of the apparent results / measurements that causes us to be charged extra??? Surely on the basis of being innocent until provide guilty it is PM and the courier who must prove the dimensions and weight were incorrect with evidence to then be able to legally charge us and automatically debt our card for this...! This is a sad occurrence as we use PM regularly and have had very little problems with them before hand. Hence why 2stars and not 1....! My advice is go ahead and use PM however expect a surcharge invoice to be sent to you and for an extra charge to come over unexpectedly. William. Fylde.

Service was easy enough to use except for the need for insurance above certain limits. Tracking however didnt update on the website beyond the initial order placement. I had to ask a few days later upon which a tracking number was indeed produced. Not an issue. Everything went well but an annoyance none the less.
