Very reliable service. I was using it to send Christmas presents from Northern Ire to Germany, 4 days before Christmas and thought theyd never be in time - I was wrong. Very easy yo use, speedy service. Im a very happy customer!!

I have sent a parcel on the 19th and 2 parcels on the 20th. The company delivered the 2 parcels on the 23rd and not the one sent first. This is unacceptable because If I send a parcel the day before, is because I need it first...should be more than clear. Anyway the 2 parcels although have been packed in a really safe way, all wrapped around with FRAGILE tape as well and written THIS SIDE UP in 2 different languages ( English and Italian ) the parcels arrived with all the corners smashed and up side down.. I do understand how many different hands handle parcels and also mechanic systems, but I think if a parcel says: THIS SIDE UP, it should never be up side down. First time experience: really disappointed. Wont book again

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we never handle the parcels they are sent via the courier of your choice via vast international networks and this is why we advise to package as well as possible. The delivery time frames are given to us by the couriers directly and are a guidelines on the service time they anticipate the goods to arrive in which at peak time can be impacted on a little.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the carrier, I would advise should you of booked the carrier direct the goods would of been handle in very much the same manner

Wanting to send a parcel to South Africa which didnt cost an arm and a leg. Parcel Monkey provided a number of different options from which to select. We selected DPD and the process of selection, payment and printing off labels was easy to follow. Once completed the parcel was left at a drop off so all that was left to do was track its travels to its destination. The couriers handling the parcel on the South African side managed to alter the address but still managed to deliver a parcel of cards and presents (including a glass Christmas decoration) intact in time for Christmas. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to friends.

Instead of sending the parcel to Switzerland, as asked for and on address, according to the tracking number, it was sent internationally back to the UK from the UK and then delivered to someone in Solent... I contacted ParcelMonkey as soon as I found out, and before I 1st wrote this review. I then contacted them three or four days later when I had still had no response. A day after that I was told that they had the parcel and I should be contacted by them to arrange delivery. Days later nothing. Where the **** is my parcel. Just send it to me, dont just keep me hanging on with reassurances that one day I might see it. I paid for it to be delivered not to sit around SpankMonkeys offices, whilst I sit around like a mug, Christmas a distant memory... Never be tempted to use this company. They will f you over.

I took a parcel to the post office and was quoted over £50, but used Parcel Monkey and for a third of the price my parcel arrived safely in Italy in time for Christmas. Will use them from now on.

Easy to use from start to finish. Parcel got to southern France exactly on time. Tracking works a treat and if anything goes wrong the service is great and snags can be resolved. Have recommended to friends all of whom report same level of satisfaction.

The software worked well with plenty of information about the conditions etc of each carrier. I chose parcelforce to deliver a heavy package to Spain delivered in 4 days even in Christmas week.

I choose Parcel Force as it was quite a well-known delivery company. When it said it would take 2-3 working days to deliver a parcel to Singapore, this make it an attractive offer. I didnt like the fact that the collection time was between 8am - 6pm. You are wasting the whole day for a collection? We are living in 2016, and can not devise time slots scheme? The collection came the following day and the driver was polite. When tracking the parcel via the tracker that was provided, it sat in Heathrow for just over a week! I live 45 mins away from Heathrow. If I knew it would have been sitting there for that long, I would have take it down there myself! Upon contacting Parcel Monkey several times as to where my parcel was and why it was taking so long, they did respond quite promptly, however was not really the response I wanted to hear. One negative in regards to Parcel Monkey, was that they kept asking where the address of the recipient and what the package was. I dont understand why they could not just check themselves. In the end, the parcel had to be picked up from the parcel office in Singapore, 3 weeks to the day from when it was sent!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Parcel Monkey do not make collections the couriers do and on this order you opted for Parcelforce who do not provide collection slots. We do offer DPD who text an hour window slot, and also drop off services to avoid the wait in for a collection.

Once I managed to download the delivery label everything was very straightforward. The shop in Chepstow received the parcel for collection next morning and it was delivered safely and securely the next day.

I sent a parcel to France. Best price, labels downloaded, easy drop off at a local post office, parcel delivered on time and undamaged. I was a little worried due to the good value but all went smoothly. So pleased.

I had never used this company before and an unfortunate last minute change of Christmas plans meant that we had to arrange for a box of Christmas presents to be quickly sent from England to Menorca.
I wasnt able to pay some of the extortionate prices other companies were charging ( unfortunately being in Menorca often incurs extra costs ), Parcelmonkey offered a very reasonable price and delivery between 2-4 working days and tracking. The parcel arrived right on time and in perfect condition. To be honest, I wasnt expecting much with it being the run up to Christmas but having our presents arrive on time is just great! Very very happy, easy, no fuss service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Very good and fast service but they failed to contact the receiver before delivery eventhough I have placed a note to contact receiver before delivery.
