A couple of years ago I would have said avoid parcel monkey like the plaque. I have used them (after a bad experience) just a couple of times and have to say things have changed. I am very impressed with not getting ripped of for extra insurance costs, parcel monkey have very reasonable rates on these. Also I had an issue with the damage of a parcel and the process for claiming was easy and correspondence was very good and all resolved amicably. Someone has changed this company for the better and long may it continue.

System was easy to use, tracking was easy and very useful. However I spent £30 to courier something that was meant to take 5-7 working days. Latest estimate is 9 working days (13 in total). Post office at half the cost wouldve been quicker. Gutted as my parents golden wedding anniversary present never arrived on time.

My parcel should be collected by Parcelforce on Friday 3rd February 2017 but it has not been collect. I stay at home whole day for waiting courier to another courier. Until 4pm I texted to staff in online help chat what time the parcel will be collected. She told me that the courier will collect by 6pm. Ok then I waited until 7pm and texted to staff again "my parcel has not been collec"t. She apologised to me and suggested me to reschedule collection. I expected my parcel will be collected on Friday not another day. This is my first time to choose Parcel Monkey service but I got bad experience.

Parcel Monkey is great, until something goes wrong. Almost zero customer service, just a couple of people on a messenger service, copy and paste replies. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. On their site, they insist you dont contact the courier companies. How can you not, when their customer service is so poor?

I had sent a parcel and paid for it in GBP and was told that it will reach the destination in 3-5 days. But it took 2 weeks and I had to pay double the amount to get the parcel delivered to my place. I still havent got the parcel yet. I dont know whom to complain about this. I had to pay at my hometown again. The personelle are rude and very rough and abrupt. Balaji and Peter not only "extorted" money but were utterly impolite.

Everything fine except parcel monkey asked for more money after the parcel was paid for and sent. My parcel was 36x31x16cm @ 1.2kg, I gave the exact measurements as required and the weight and I paid the amount quoted! but they said this:Using the dimensions you provided, this equates to a volumetric weight of 3.60kg and this is the weight you were originally charged for. When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by they have informed us that the correct billing weight was in fact 5.50kg. BEWARE!

The price was okay, cheaper offers than other websites... just i had a problem with the paper to stick on the parcel, wasnt clear which one use, unfortunately i used the wrong one and had to stick at the moment the other one in the post office

Having weighed my package on multiple scales, a jacket and trousers, it came out to 3kg. Having collected the parcel travelling to America, which was collected in a timely fashion it has to be said, I was then informed days later that the package had been weighed by the courier to be 7.5kg which is a clear lie. I was then automatically almost double charged.
