Very easy to use. I bought a caravan table from someone in England, to come to my home address in Northern Ireland. The table was collected on Wednesday and delivered to me by Friday.
The prices are very good too. I paid just £11+ for this which I was very pleased with.
Thankyou Parcel Monkey. Will be a regular customer if yours now ????

Was told 2-3 days, picked up on 01/03/17 arrived on 13/03/17. I promised a friend it would be there in a few days, and so i would have been satisfied if it had arrived on the Monday 06/03/17. Did not think it would take 13 days! Totally unacceptable! Not to mention my friend was expecting in a few days. And for a service that really was not cheap, I expected more. Could not even track my parcel.

After booking a shipment, I waited until 4pm and decided to contact customer service who then told me that the driver had attempted to collect but nobody was there...absolute rubbish....so this was rebooked on for the next day. The next day was a second no show. Again, I contacted customer service to be told that it had not even been rebooked on! so again this representative rebooked for the day after. (A Friday) What a surprise nobody turned up AGAIN. So this morning I again got in touch with customer service and complained of my experience and was told that all they can do is refund me. So now I have wasted away 4 days plus the weekend to which the parcel could have been with my customer by now. Terrible experience and the customer support offers no support in reality. I will never be using this company again!

On time in collecting, a good price for sending a fairly bulky package of clothes (70x30x30cm and 7kg) to Kent for only £11! I wish I could travel for that price too!

Horrible and disgraceful service. They have lost our parcel and nobody knows where is it currently. The customer service support is terrible as theres not a direct contact. They keep saying they are investigating and throwing the responsibility to Dpd for more the 15 days ago. NEVER USE PLEASE! pay a bit more and be assure your parcel will be carried over properly.

I use Parcel Monkey for smaller packages as the prices for larger packages is very expensive compared to other shipping compare sites. Examples would be 90 pound cheaper elsewhere for a parcel I had to ship to Hungary and I saved 60 pounds on a parcel I wanted to send to France by going to someone else. Shipping labels are super slow to arrive, sometimes painfully slow. I do not really want to be waiting 15-30 minutes for them. Other sites are pretty much instant. I have had issues with my parcel collections from the pickup points as well. Packages have been sat there for up to 5 days which is a poor service when I paid for a 1-2 delivery! Apart from that though, all is good :)

Normally no issues what so ever, but have found if we do encounter any problems then getting through to someone, quickly to help resolve an issue if difficult. Need a dedicated telephone number to a customer enquiry line.

They lied that they tried to pick up the parcel bbut nobody rang the door or anything - considering that they had all my contact details. I had to push a lot on Friday after 5pm to make someone to pick them up. In the beginning they could not do it but after complaining a lot they sent someone around 6pm. Just avoid

I took a chance on a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy an amazing Yamaha snare drum, handcrafted in Japan. The seller packaged it up. I booked the courier via Par el Monkey ???? on the day of the collection the courier called and the seller was in his attic, he missed the courier - nightmare! I simply re-arranged the collection on-line with parcel Monkey ???? on their easy to use website. They called again next day; I was able to track my delivery all the way from A to B, every step of the way. I was at work the day of delivery but my neighbour took the parcel in, I received an update so I knew where it was. It all went swimmingly, I will use parcelmonkey again without doubt.

Superb service. 3 days from UK to France which is so much quicker than Royal Mail. To be able to track parcels online is an added bonus too. Would definitely use again.

Parcel dropped at a local collection point. Tracked at each stage and parcel delivered on 6th day to the correct address in Ho Chi Minh City with no problems. Well done!

I needed to organise a same day delivery on Sunday and Not many other companies offered that. Not cheap - but it got my parcel to where it was urgently needed. Courier was very polite and professionally. Would certainly use again - highly recommended.

Registering my parcel was a straight forward process. The delivery and price options were clear and less expensive than going to my local post office which is just across the road. Most importantly my parcel was delivered on time.
