Everything as promised. Good communication, pickup and delivery on time

I had a bit of an issue with my first transaction with parcel monkey. Dpd never collected my parcel and it took some time to arrange a refund. I gave them a second chance though and re-used the service about two weeks after my incident and everything ran smoothly.

Abysmal service from pick-up to delivery. And the package arrived late and not to the address on the package. I will never use them again. collection - They knocked on the door, never saw the doorbell or rang it, so first day collection failed. Luckily they were heard on the 2nd day when they again failed to see the doorbell. Very slow to get the package to the destination country. It languished in Bangkok for a week before it was sent onwards. Here, there was a handling fee to be paid before they would forward the package. Customs duty I can accept but not a handling fee also from the company Id already paid to deliver the package. 16 days to get here. And that only after contact with the U.K + contact on several occasions with the company here. Not delivered to the correct address either. Also not signed for. Abysmal service overall and with added expenses would have been better by tracked post.

Sorry to hear about the issues with the carrier, we do not handle the goods. All goods are sent with duty unpaid, so any customs charges will be owed to the destination customs team.

Parcel Monkey failed to pay out any insurance claim on my package. The insurance charge is very expensive, but youll never get any money back if the package is damaged.

Used for the first time to send 2 items from U.K. To continental Europe. Delivered as promised. Well impressed as it was two weeks before Christmas. Only minor fault was that the contact number I provided was not printed on the label as it should have ( it read 0000000000 instead - as pointed out by the courier)

I am using this website for quite a few years now and I like how simple and quick it is. Pretty much hassle free for me. Collections are not always made on time but overall I am pleased.

The costs are misleading and the quoted price went up as soon as I confirmed the dimensions of my parcel. Too late after Ive already quoted to my buyer.

Very straightforward and intuitive , navigation is a breeze and options are clearly set out with clear pricing structure.

Excellent service at an amazing cost. First time I have used this company before as I have always used Royal Mail however this was £20 cheaper and Royal Mail only offered a "standard service" my item was delivered in southern France after 3 days remarkable. Thank you.

had no problems in the past however this time the day the parcel was due to be collected we were home all day and just after collection time we had email to say we were out when they called. Now I would rather the driver told the truth like he either could not find us or ran out of time we felt let down and lied to.

Parcel arrived within 4 working days (England to Austria), email was sent on the day of arrival with a 2 hour delivery window. Since nobody was home, the parcel was delivered to a nearby shop and I received an email with address details and opening hours. No issues and very clear process. Will use this service again.

Parcel monkey what can I say Ive booked 2 collections and both have been collected when you said they would. Which makes you a million times better than them cowboys at parcel2go.com. Im not sure where they tie their horses up at night but with how long it takes them to collect parcels, I dont think they know either. Their service is substandard and there customer care is even worse. That said this is a review of your company not theirs so in short you guys rock.

I found the experience of using parcel monkey easy enough although the driver didnt deliver to the stated address and ignored instructions to ring the client to accept the delivery.
We ended up driving over an hour to find the local depo and pick it up, this element was disappointing.

Arranged collection didnt happen. I was agitated. Re scheduled with good help from a female Customer Service Operative. Collected on the rescheduled day, with appropriate label. After 4 days, parcel appeared to be still at local point. e mail contact with different Customer Service people unhelpful until I got annoyed. Then they found that the parcel had been delivered the previous day. Luckily some one was at home, as I had not been able to tell them it was on its way. Apparently the tracking number provided was incorrect

Selected a Express service and left note with order giving a time to collect which was ignored , took longer to arrive than was advertised on Parcel Monkey which is why I paid extra! First and last time using this service
