When I booked this delivery it said it would be delivered before Christmas and still on the 28th it still has yet to be delivered !

I checked my bank a day after sending my item and found that I had been charged twice. I have so far tried to contact customer services 10 times which is a joke, no phone contact. Just a box to fill in your request. Finally after many multiple threads I have had someone reply that they "Will look into it ". As for the parcel, I paid an extra £12 for a 3-5 day delivery and so far 10 days later no delivery or response as to why. Be very careful who you trust with your money and your goods.

Ive sent parcels to Spain before and theyve got lost in the post, so I was sceptical about trying Parcel Monkey. But I have to say, not only was it cheaper than I expected, but the service was fast too. Would definitely recommend.

My second time using the service and they have been consistently good.
My only reservation is, I was confused (using the DPD Drop Off Service) when it was stated that Halfords is no longer a drop location, however when I checked in to see if they could handle my package, they did.
Other then that very easy to use, cheap and reliable service.

Fantastic selection of providers. opted for DPD. Parcel collected on time and delivered from the UK to USA in 48Hrs!, and this during Christmas week!! Fabulous service would highly recommend.

I just wanted my parcel picked up and delivered to me but for some reason it couldnt happen. I followed all the instructions and when I asked what I was doing wrong/what the problem was I was repeatedly told the same unhelpful information. I honestly wouldnt use a third party operation like parcelmonkey again. This the first bad review I have ever left in my life.

Used them twice for shipping boxes of personal belongings from UK to Denmark. Goods arrived at destination on time or earlier. No damage etc. Can highly recommend them and will definitely use it again and recommend by word of mouth. Well done

I found everything just fine, however the best price was given as Parcelforce and they were good too, only issue was price as after selected via Parcel Monkey went to Parcelforce own Web site who had an Xmas offer on! It was a case of if I had checked direct with Parcelforce for the same service they were £25 cheaper than Parcel Monkey!

Out of two parcels due for collection, one arrived and left an attempted collection notice without actually ringing my door bell (Trust me id hear it, i have a very bell reactive dog!!) Second collection never arrived! In fact still says, awaiting collection! Not great 2 days before xmas!!

Parcel was delivered with insurance faster than the advertised time with good tracking information and much cheaper than Royal Mail. Will definitely use this service again.

pick-up man said he couldnt gain entry but my daughter sat for over 2 hours in the window waiting and he didnt come she said as much on the telephone,the next pick-up slot was met and the parcel arrived in France the day before Christmas so got away with it so I think some staff training in honesty would go along way the company is very good

I did have a little panic after I had arranged for a parcel to be be collected by parcelforce, this said I did not need a printer. I then received an email from parcel monkey asking me to print off a label and attach it to my parcel! I had no access to a printer. However after accessing the online help service was told that this was a mistake and the driver would bring the label with him! My parcel was collected and delivered as requested! Think parcel monkey need to rectify their automated emails

I have to write to day that I am. Try impressed, I sent a parcel, somewhat dubiously, to Singapore. I really thought it would take far longer than it did but the parcel arrived, intact and in good condition!! I really am

If only someone could help me send a 10kg parcel containing an electric scooter scooter with a rechargeable 12v battery I would be very very grateful as I have a young grandson just waiting for his Christmas present xx

Booked wk of Xmas 2.3 kg parcel, got there in 2 days on classic pickup. Abs thrilled. Sisters kids in rural Germany received in time for Xmas. Brilliant and bargain.Saved £30 through parcel monkey instead of direct with dpd. Definitely using from now on.
