I wanted to send a parcel from Australia to the UK. Ordering the service from Parcel Monkey was quite handy. However, there were a couple of problems. First, it is hard to stay at home 9am to 7pm waiting for the parcel to be collected. I had to be somewhere 3pm so I called DHL and asked about the collection time. It wasnt what wa expected. Second, the parcel got stuck because form C3 was missing. I didnt know that such a form is needed. I then filled in that but it was difficult to get it through as the emails that you receive are of type no-reply. Now Im just hoping that the parcel got through. Not totally certain yet.

This is my second review......the customer service is disgusting! I have been battling for my refund after terrible service where my parcel sat for 5 days without going anywhere....dpd said they had refunded to parcel monkey as that was how id paid but parcel monkey still ( after 10 days and numerous emails) havent given it to me and also not responding to my repeated emails!! I have given evidence from dpd but parcel monkey still not given me my money. Think they are trying to keep it so that is theft!! Wont be using again!!

Sorry to hear about this negative experience. Parcel Monkey do not handle collections we resell courier services so I would advise to leave this review with the courier you booked with. However we will pass on your comments to the courier and let them know about this issue

Just terrible -response to Parcel Monkeys reply: WE WERE at home all day tracking online and waiting for your driver. Since you state that you do deliveries until 6. But no one ranged the bell or left a collection card to my address. Instead, the status online updated as collect from post office . You think yourself is the smartest always and customers at fault. Yes I was, but by paying double for your very disappointing service.

Although no time slot given at time of booking, text arrived in the morning to say what time parcel would be collected.
Although I had booked the 3-4 days express service, I didnt really expect it to get to its destination in that time and I didnt need it to. Think it took 9 days in all, but it was going to the south of Sri Lanka.
Easy to track and parcel arrived intact.

Pxst offxcx tried to rip me off £39 to post a 4kg parcel to Ireland. Dpd via parcel monkey £15 signed for 2 day delivery. Awesome service thank you

Item was picked up in England and delivered to the US. Was told it would take 3 to 4 days for delivery but in actual fact it took 8 days. The item was collected on time with no problems. I checked the tracking status after waiting for a week,and their records showed that it hadnt left the country. I emailed Parcel Monkey,and was told they would look into it. That was the last I heard from them,but the item arrived the next day. Disappointed that it took longer than expected to arrive,which may not be Parcel Monkeys fault,but they didnt get back in touch with me with some sort of explanation,which is more disappointing.

Can,t fault this service and for a fraction of the price in post office.Delivered in 3 days from UK to Belgium.Picked up from my local post office (no waiting in ) and i could track it all the way.Friendly delivery guy the other end.Thank you Parcel Monkey,Well done & Merry Christmas

I measure the size of the parcel and weigh it. You give me a price, which i pay. You come back with extra charge according to your "volumetric weight" calculation!

I recently used this companys service and they have taken extra payment from my bank card without letting me know in advance. It means that they store customers personal bank card numbers and details so that they can take any payment or bill whenever they want. So i decided to alert others about this company. If you have ever used this parcel monkey service please change your bank details ASAP. Thanks.

The only time payment is taken is when goods are sent that have been under weighed or declared, as the courier will then surcharge to cover the cost of transporting your goods, the same as a Hotel would charge your card if you used their additional resources. We make this clear at the time of booking and this is agreed to before the order is processed. We do not hold account details as we use payment gateways but we have a facility to cover the cost of additional charges racked up by customers who mis-declare their goods.
Please ensure you declare the parcel measurements correctly at the time of booking to avoid such issues

No problems with drop off or courier service to South Africa. The only shortcoming was that we asked in the notes for delivery driver to phone ahead to ensure that someone was available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. The phone call never happened but it turned out that there was someone at the address so all was well. Will use again.

Parcel was sent by an Ebay vendor via Parcel Monkey, who used DX to deliver: Collection scheduled for 24 Nov, but did not occur until 1 Dec. DX claimed 3 attempts at collection (from a 24-hour security desk, which has no record of this). DX says they made 2 attempts to deliver to me, and then reported that it had actually been delivered - all false; I was on the premises all times and no card or message left. Parcel finally arrived 7 Dec: 13 days after original scheduled collection, and 6 days after actual collection. Delay was annoying, especially since I was waiting on delivery. At the very least, DX and Parcel Monkey need to review their tracking and reporting if there is a delivery problem!

Easy online booking experience. Covenient dropoff point. Only issue was that the PM tracking link did not work and the DPD tracking details were not kept up to date, which meant I had to chat to Parcel Monkey Customer Services.
