First time I used this service, paid for a 2 day delivery option and it tool 6 days for the parcel to be delivered. Also when entering the details, the form does not accept addresses/names which contain an accent.

Booking, collection, and delivery absolutely hassle free and great service. If I had to grumble about something, it would be that the tracking number. It is not the number you are emailed at the top of the email in large print, it is another number that is in small print at the bottom of the email and took me a while to find. Otherwise it was a completely faultless service and now I am familiar with it, it wont be a problem.

I have used Parcel Monkey a couple of times now and have been pleasantly surprised by the cost of sending my parcels compared to other companies. The website is so simple to use and I have had no problems with the collection or delivery of my items which have been on time and on the day when they said it would be delivered. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a fine experience with parcelmonkey before but mainly because i dealt with UK to UK deliveries only. I needed something shipped to me from a friend in the USA, so i suggested he looks into parcelmonkey to find cheaper delivery methods. Trakpak came up as the cheapest and while it does state that it can take 4-14 business days for delivery, you never really think it will take the worst, which is 14, else why would they advertise 4 in the first place? So we shipped it that way and next day it was on its way from NJ in the USA to IL, to be shipped via P2P mailing which is really trakpak. While in the USA, the package was very fast to arrive at the destination and tracking worked fine. As soon as the package arrived in IL and was handed to the processing centre, all hell broke loose. Tracking completely stopped for 4 days (!!!) with nothing coming up on either the USA tracking side (as on their side it was complete), the processing company (P2P - just stated dispatched) and the local UK courier, Yodel (another joke of a courier service as everybody knows). Not knowing what is happening i tried to contact P2P on email support, i did not get any responses on TWO emails. Then i decided to call them. A very rude and completely unapologetic and not caring person picked up the phone and would not help me with anything, all they kept saying is "contact parcelmonkey - we cannot do anything". So i did. I contacted parcelmonkey with their chat system (as there is no phone support whatsoever at all) only to find out that they "cannot do anything" again, but rather raise a question with the company (P2P a.k.a. Trakpak) to see what is happening. After 2 people on chat support told me that, i still did not get any answer back. Finally, after 2 days or going nuts, i found out that the tracking was finally updated to say that there was a "delay" in air transport and after another day it was updated again to say that it is going to... GERMANY? Jesus Christ on a cross, i get it, things might be cheaper if you hop too many places but in case a package is LATE, maybe you should pick up the bill and send it straight where it needs to go? Right now, the package is still showing "going to Germany" after 1 day, as if going to Germany from the USA takes more than a few hours of flight. I leave for holidays on Friday, the package is nowhere to be seen, it is still "going to Germany" from where i hope it will come immediately straight to the UK, but then it will be handled by the most useless and less caring courier company in the world: Yodel. I stand no chance of receiving this package before i leave for my holidays and the most possible outcome will be that it will try to be redelivered only to go back to the USA. Then we will have to send it again, this time choosing a more expensive, reputable courier, offering end to end tracking that takes RESPONSIBILITY and have something to say other than "we cannot do anything". Once i realised waiting for it before i leave is a lost cause, i tried to ask for help from parcelmonkey, to upgrade my local courier to 1 day delivery or even overnight delivery, probably with another company than Yodel, as Yodel has failed consistently with every single delivery i tried with them (look them up on TrustPilot, it is a miracle they are still in business with such low ratings). The result: Samantha said: Im afraid we cant do that. Right. So, what is actually there you can do? Why do you even offer the chat support if there is nothing you can do from the point of getting the parcel from the sellers hands to the receivers? You are only there to guide the sales! Please avoid. You definitely get what you pay for when choosing couriers, just steer clear of this one. No responsibility whatsoever at all, from ALL companies involved but Fedex, that handled the USA delivery. Trakpak - P2P, parcelmonkey and Yodel, all do not care at all. In the future, try to take care of your customers then choose your partners carefully. Yodel and P2P are the worst offenders in customer service. If you are happy to be affiliated with such companies then it speaks volumes of your company too. You should be proud and happy of your partners, not embarrassed of them. At the end of the day though, you are the products provider and it falls on your hands to deliver excellence or fail customers. I will definitely not choose parcelmonkey again, simply out of fear that if something goes wrong you are simply alone. And if the package you are waiting is any worth to you, you should do the same.

I paid 54£ for my parcel to UAE with 2 to 4 days delivery First they did not update tracking information when i contact with parcel monkey then they told me myvparcel contains prohibited items which i sent before same product , same customer same address and that was delivered without no issue . Then they told me that you have to pay extra 34£ for return item to you ( keep in mind item was still in birmingham ) i paid extra 34 £ . After that when this process complete they took extra 18£ from my account without my permission and sent me invoice that you describe wrong weight for your parcel . And they sent my parcel back stated weight 1kg with parcelforce ...... I paid about 100 £ for nothing so please avoid these fraud people and fraud company even they dont have there phone number for contact proper nutter

Unhelpful - cant accept correct recipient names to Europe with correct name spelling if it included accents. Unresponsive and not particularly helpful service. Finally - more expensive using DPD than if I had booked directly. Never again will use monkeys.

This is the second time we have used Parcel Monkey and it wont be the last. Both times we have sent a parcel from the UK to the Algarve, Portugal, and the parcel nearly beat us back. We dropped the parcel off just before 3pm on a Tuesday, the parcel arrived at 10am Thursday. What a service, thank you from a more than satisfied customer.

Overall its a great service! Collection option from home to home, fast international service and cheaper than the Royal-mail service for bigger items. I just didnt like that the collection window period as it was from 9 to 5, stuck at home waiting, I thought they will update me on the same day with a specific time slot or window of 2-3 hours.

I arranged 2 deliveries with Parcel Monkey. The management was terrific. They were let down by the transport companies. on both occasions the packing cases were damaged due to poor handling

Well PF24 were supposed to another courier. I waited in all day for them to turn up only to discover that theyd gone to the wrong address and "postcarded" me to tell me that I had not been home when theyd tried to another courier. For the £42 I paid to have this delivered by noon the next day I could probably have saved myself a few quid by driving there myself. When I called PF24 about it and they checked the tracker for the guy collecting my parcel turned out he was literally across the street from me. After telling me theyd send someone out on day 2 to collect it before 12noon, I found myself calling to ask where the driver was only to be told someone would be with me within the next 15 minutes. 20 minutes later a driver turned up from the depot to another courier At 3.45pm the driver who should have collected my parcel the day before turned up to ....another courier...you could not make this stuff up. Parcel monkey I have no real issues with you, however PF24 took £42 to deliver a package that I needed to be delivered by 12 the next day only to FAIL So parcel monkey....what next?

I booked a parcel delivery and had to drop it off - left my office immediately labels came through as had booked next day delivery - tracked the parcel next day had not been collected - rang courier and was told as the driver had not had anything to pick up he did nt bother to go and collect but would do so next day - three days later still not picked up and despite numerous phone calls and email NO COMMUNICATION - I advised the parcel was a childs birthday present they couldnt care less - took seven days for a next day delivery and not one attempt at apologising - worst courier service I have ever used - didnt post as I thought courier more reliable (has always been in the past). NEVER I REPEAT NEVER use this service - appalling!!!!!!!!
