Brilliant
Was picked up from Croydon at 10.30am and was in London two hours later. Reasonably priced and excellent service. Will definitely use again. Thank you, you saved me so much time.

Great online tool and easy to use but unfortunately our package was not delivered in the stated number of days and we missed the deadline. We were very disappointed by this and it ended up costing a lot more money due to the package arriving late :(

Ordered 24 hour delivery - collection on 23rd for delivery Christmas Eve but it never left the depot in time so presents didnt get delivered until after the bank holidays.

Parcelforce 24 is a working day service, if collected on 23rd (a Friday) it would not be normally delivered until Monday. It is not a weekend delivery service, we have this as a separate option on the quote engine which is marked as Saturday delivery. With Christmas this delivery would of been delayed until the next working day. If you have any issue with this delivery please raise a Live Chat and we will be happy to help, however this is a working day delivery service that was booked.

Dont send anything of value or urgent! Booked a 1-2 day delivery service. Over a week later the recipient had to drive over an hour to the local depot to collect the parcel. I must have contacted parcel monkey 15 times asking where the parcel was - each time they didnt have a clue and made no effort to get things sorted with the courier. Now they are refusing to refund the cost of £15. Never, ever again! Reply to James - I did contact live support many times. My comments remain the same as above. Your team gave lots of excuses/apologies/and we will look into it replies. None of which sorted the problem! Your service caused me nothing but stress and wasted my time, not to mention the anxiety and frustration!

Unfortunately, wasnt made aware that a next day delivery would need extra payment to actually be next day due to Christmas period mail so was delayed quite a bit.

The package pickup schedule keeps on changing and they will keep giving you a new day without even feeling bad about it. Also the delivery time is extremely misleading and it take much longer for the item to arrive. You will be better off sticking with the usual Courier, Parcelforce, DPD etc. especially for your international shipments.

Parcel Monkey is not a courier, we resell courier services such as DHL, Parcelforce, DPD. The delivery time frames on our site are advised to us by the couriers who we resell on our site. Also the collections are made by these carriers the same as if you booked them directly, as we simply hand them the bookings, and send you the label once they have accepted the order.

I could track my pack on all steps from UK to the Europe depot
the tracking part fails when the good arrive in Italy no chance to know what happen to it for the last 2 days

Delivery period misleading. 4 - 5 days from collection to point of delivery stated on booking form but it took 14 days. Goods collected by Parcel Monkeys agents Parcel Force on 15th of December but not delivered until 29th of December. Totally unacceptable. Given the misleading information and poor quality of service, I unlikely to recommend Parcel Monkey or Parcel Force to family, friends or business associates.

Finding the carrier DPd was ok but being Xmas the shop the parcel went to was closed and not open until 09.1.17. I couldnot change delivery to that date on DPD site so emailed them and got out of office reply saying closed until 09.1.17.

Sorry to hear the courier you booked via our quote engine failed to make the collection. We are not a courier, we resell the courier rates and the service is the exact same as booking direct as they accept the booking and send a courier out.
Should they fail to collect we offer Live Chat 8am to 9pm weekdays and email support as well to get in touch with them to see why they failed and to rebook the collection.

Both times Ive booked through this service to have a collection the collection has not been made and Ive waisted many hours trying to resolve directly with the company. BE WARNED parcel monkey have no telephone support and there written support is beyond useless, there web chat team on the numerous times Ive contacted them offered no support or resolution as to if my parcel will actually be collected.

We offer Live Chat weekdays instead of phone support from 8am to 9pm, which is far more efficient we have found than having people on hold for a long time whilst we investigate the issue with the carrier the customer has chosen on our site.

I rated at 3 stars because the service is decent and cheap, but not perfect for 3 reasons. First, the parcel arrived later than advertised, second because the tracking system didnt work at all and third because after I submitted a ticket, the reply came 3 days later which I find it a bit disappointing.

Parcel still at home. Left specific instructions with Bella. A parcel monkey live email chat woman who double checked the parcel agreements and its still after 5 days at home. Definitely wont use again! James. Wasnt given the option to drop off unless I wanted to travel miles! It is just under a meter wide. I will see if collected tomorrow but really unhappy as paid for it to be delivered 23rd update. Waited in all day for this parcel to be collected and as of yet its still not been collected! This has cost me dearly in a refund and post cost refund I now have to be out of pocket !! Updated at 18.29 30/12/2016!!

Sorry to hear the courier failed to make the collection, we do not collect the goods ourselves so can only pass the request on to the carrier. We strongly advise to hand the goods over in person and if not around, drop them off by booking a drop off service via the quote engine.
I can see the courier has this on the manifest for a collection tomorrow, please let us know if you prefer to cancel and we can action a refund for you.
