The parcel was picked up on Tuesday in UK and arrived at my house in France on Thursday! Same week! I call that pretty good.

Parcel did not arrive on the day or was not informed when it was delivered. Now I have to call the Hotel were it was delivered to, and possibly wait for 2 months or until I am back at the Hotel to pick up the parcel when I travel back from Switzerland to London. Very Bad Service, unreliable and will never use you again that is for sure.

My parcel was up lifted the next morning . Very easy to use your sight , fast service . I got my refund after a couple of days of return .

I dropped a parcel at Matalan Longton at 13:08 on the 31st May and Ive just been to the store to find it still stilling there 29 hours later - the store manager didnt seem bothered since he commented that "they only get paid 6p per parcel"

Data that was supplied was not correctly passed on to the clearing agent. The recipient was supposed to pay for any customs charges, which turned out to be extortionate, but they had not got her contact info. So over many weeks information and communication has been provided back and forth to DPD and proven to be a most frustrating experience. I do not know if the issue lies with parcelmonkey or DPD themselves. DPDs communication is appalling and unprofessional.

The service provided by Parcelmonkey was very very good. They reduced the postage by more than 69% over the fee I paid the last time I walked up to my local post office for a very similar service.
My only minor concern was, that as a first time user it took a litle longer (minutes rather than seconds) for me to receive the parcel label and I spent those minutes trying to confirm what would happen next.
Next time Ill be clued up and will definitely use the service again.

Easy to use...... I had to get a parcel to Seattle and the Parcel Monkey site quickly got me all the options so I could pick my best service. This was much easier than going to each companies website and better than going to the Post Office counter as they didnt know all the ParcelForce options.
The payment, delivery and customs documentation production was easy and the parcel arrived just as promised.
I have no complaints and will definitely use the service again.

For the second time they failed to pick up my parcel! the first being last thursday, and it was only possible to reschedule on the following wednesday. their drivers dont have phones. All a big joke! A real Parcel monkey!!

So impressed - I was travelling in South Africa only to find that my UK card was blocked due to fraud. I urgently needed to get my new card sent to me from the UK to SA. UPS wanted to charge £127 to get it delivered in 8 days and then I used Parcel Monkey and was able to use DPD for a mere £27 and it was due to arrive in 5-7 days and I got it in 5 days. That is just fabulous!

FIRST AND LAST TIME. Parcel was not uplifted as promised, no reason given was told via web chat that they would pick up on the Tuesday when it was meant to be uplifted on the Friday before!!!!. I will never use this company again. I have lost a sale through this company. If I treated my customers like this I would not been in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Seemed expensive but convenient so went ahead with the home collection. They collected a day late and did not let me know which was very inconvenient as Id waited in all day and when I complained all they could say was sorry about that. Would not recommend

Be warned. After one week of NOT collecting my parcel from my local post office, loads of messages from me, they have now come back and demanded MORE MONEY because apparently its needs more wrapping. Parcel Monkey UK does NOT have a phone number. Customer services are all online and bloody hopeless. I now have no package and am out nearly £30 and NO reply from Parcel Monkey. Be warned, when things go wrong, THEY GO REALLY WRONG and there is NOTHING you can do about it. I am out my item and my money now. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
