The only issue was with DPDs tracker which did not give accurate details on the final destination.

Everything went great, they collected the parcels from my house and delivered them to my house overseas quicker than expected. I could track my parcel online. They were supposed to be at destination point between 4 to 6 days. They were delivered on the 4th day early morning! Only thing I would ask for was a text message or a call ( before arrival) to the person expecting the parcel. Other than that I am super satisfied! Already recommended to friends. Cheap, fast and easy! Thank you!

Good, turned up in one piece, have used them many times before and at this rate I will continue to do so. Reliable. Not had any problems so far so have no idea what happens when something goes wrong.

I paid for a two day delivery and my parcel didnt get delivered until almost a week later. Very disappointing as it was a birthday present.

no label for 3 days and a few hours the night before that needed printing off at my other house.! then asks me to review this before the item has even arrived?? tracking has says 29th May 2017 @ 00:09: Collection Scheduled, its been collected and delivered to part one of its journey and no update as going on forward to portuagal, cheap but you get what you pay for i guess and have no idea where it at this time

Booking process very straightforward. Received confirmation for courier straight away and was very pleased as needed an emergency Sunday delivery. All fine and well until an hour before pick-up I receive a call from the courier ( City Sprint) telling me they have no availability for the route and that they apologise but they need to cancel the booking. Payment was taken from my account however the refund is still pending to date. Unsure whether this is a Parcel Monkey issue that booked without confirmation of delivery route from courier or simply unprofessional courier however all in all a very unpleasant experience

The service is really bad, I was ordered a service with dpd though parcel money, and the item is returning to me now. Dpd told me the decision was may by parcel monkey and now parcel monkey asked me to pay £20 for returning the parcel to me. This service is just broken, it maybe fine with your first few orders, but after they will do this trick to make you pay. Also they never answer my question about why the items are returning back!!!!

All very easy to sort out online and everything went as expected. My only issue is having to spend all day waiting for the collection and not knowing what time the driver was coming, but that may not be something that can be changed.
