Parcel monkey always works for me with parcel force..tried parcels to go, they didnt collect parcel for 3days (yodel)..& hermes are ok only for medium small packages..use parcel monkey everytime

Parcel collection was late. No notification that the parcel was not going to be collected and no way to track the parcel so I cant find out when to be at home for its delivery. I am still awaiting delivery so I cant comment on if my goods have arrived with any damage or what will happen to my bags if they try to deliver when I am not there and no one else is home (which is likely to happen). Altogether, a pretty **** and pricey service. I am having my bags delivered from London to Brussels. I would NOT recommend this service or use parcel monkey again.

Good prices, but website is unclear - the initial list of quotes seems unrelated to what your actual options are. The biggest problem for me, though, is that they wont let you pay for insurance on some products, even though the carrier themselves would allow it

TERRIBLE 7days to deliver a parcel to Europe. It was imperative it arrived 5th/6th July and it arrived on the 7th too late for the purpose it was needed for. An utter waste of time and money. Your web site states 3 days !!!

I have used parcel monkey a 5/6 times. collections have not been picked up on the day on 3/6 but rebooking has been easy and quickly sorted out. I have never had to wait in for collection as it has always been from a business location however I would consider this if you are having to wait in as I would be annoyed if I had wasted a day. Delivery has always arrived with no problem. 4 stars as I will continue to use and I am not waiting on for collection so it works for me

I think a flaw in the system is not being able to provide more specific collection times. I was told between 8am and 6pm which is just too vague - even "am" or "pm" would help! When I asked for details of the courier so I could contact them myself in the event that I had to go out for a couple of hours, Parcel Monkey said that was not possible. Then, when the driver did arrive just before I got home, he called a local business (with whom we are associated) rather than my phone number, which presumably means that the number Id supplied wasnt passed on from Parcel Monkey to the driver. So I missed him and he had to come again the next day - annoying for both of us! That said, the collection and delivery service was very reasonably priced.

Collected my parcel in Edinburgh at 13:00 on Monday, delivered it on Wednesday morning at 09:30 to an address in northern France. Very reasonable price, excellent service.

Shipment to China using DPD. 5-7 day service. This has now past and new eta 19th July. So it is really a 3-4 week service. TNT not much better as they have not recovered from being hacked. Resent goods yesterday via UPS. Will be delivered Monday. Double the price of Parcel Monkey but you really do get what you pay for!

This company is awful. It may be cheap but that is for a reason. I arranged for my package to be picked up because I am moving house; waited all day and nothing. The only way to contact parcel monkey is through live chat and you only ever get the same response: it will be picked up by 6pm - lies. I had it rescheduled for today and it still has not been collected. I am furious and will never use or recommend this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is worth spending a bit extra so that you actually get the service you are paying for.

On time for the collection of the parcel and from the UK to Italy, it just took 2 days to receive the boxes even though there was the weekend. Best experience ever and I usually send a lot of boxes; after using several companies I can assure this is the best service available.

If you use the service you may as well kiss goodbye to the package as soon as it goes - if it arrives then great, if not then you will recieve no help, no replacement, and no refund. If your parcel gets delivered fine then its a bargain, but if not and you have to speak to their customer service then God help you! The customer service woman (theres only one from my experiences) is beyond awful. Theres no phone number or address, just an online message service with a horrible grumpy lady who takes several days to reply. Several times Ive had to get in touch about late or missing deliveries and I just get told theres nothing she can do, but I can write a strongly worded letter to the CO if I fancy it. I wrote the letter the first time and received no reply and can only assume these letters go straight on the trophy wall/bin - just dont waste your time and chalk it up to not having read this review sooner and learn for future deliveries! I now use Collect Plus personally but theres plenty of good ones out there.
