Claimed they would collect parcel on a specific day, had to take a second day off work as they didnt deliver on the basics and my parcel wasnt collected. Very dissapointing service. The online help team, especially Barbara was very unhelpful and when I wanted my case escalated to higher management, she kept palming me off and not giving me the information I requested. Extremely unhappy and wouldnt recommend this service unfortunately. Still awaiting reply from management now.

Parcel monkey has always been a good site for comparing prices in the past but today I got a better price by going direct to the site of an individual courier company and their price was less on their own website than on parcel monkey so I was surprised I thought parcel monkey gave the cheapest it appears not in this instance

It got there one day sooner then the tracker said.so im happy.
Alot of spots were you can leave the pack in.big plus.
Also the price was spot on what i wanted to spend.
Great service for the money and if you dont need the pack to get there un 2 day and you can be ok wuth 4 days then its a great service.

My parcel was collected by parcel force, it has not been delivered by them, it has been returned to your Southampton depot. The recipient of the parcel made attempts to collect it but failed. Very disappointed

The process to send the parcel was easy and simple but disappointed that the courier, DPD has taken much longer to deliver the parcel in fact almost a week and a half when they stated that it would take no more than five days. The parcel has still not been delivered to the intended recipient.

Next day delivery was promised but not done Even after been charged the extra rate only 2 of the parcels out of the 3 were recieved the next day the thrd parcel reached the third day even though all 3 parcels were collected together for the same destination. Very very disappointed .

The parcel was collected from my home on 10th May 2017 destined for UAE. It arrived in UAE on 12th May 2017 but was held at the local depot from 13th May until it was finally delivered on 21st May 2017. I raised the issue with Parcel Monkey threadid=467651 - Your ParcelMonkey parcel number 15503275043712. I did not get any explanation why the parcel was delayed or where it was, until allegedly there was an attempted delivery on 18th May, with final delivery on 21st May. I see now the log of where has my parcel been, has been changed to exclude the references to held at depot each day from the 13th May. The contents were birthday presents and because of these delays we missed the date!

Very poor experience- parcel was supposed to be picked at a certain day where i spent the whole day and home waiting, customer service was rude, finally picked up few days after few complaints.

Parclemonkey had arranged to send my package on the 18th by a 48 hour delivery service 1 week later I found out from the customer the package had not arrived and it was still waiting to be delivered because parcel monkey had not confirmed the booking with DPD, they then scheduled to have the package delivered a further x2 times taking another 2 weeks after both delivery dates was not met I asked for the package to be sent back to my shipping address as I would be sending out a replacement due to them failing to deliver the package x3 times. They then sent the package to the customer 1 week after I had arranged the package to be sent back to me. I have then spent 1-2 weeks trying to talk to parclemonkey.com about this issue and they gave you 0 relevant information it is all copy and pasted and now they have told me I am entitled to 0 compensation and simply given me their address and told me If i want to take them to court I can. The Prices is £0 Cheaper than using the Couriers services Yourself AND they do not show you all of the available services offered by these couriers. You should only ever use Parclemonkey.com as a price comparison website and then book with the companies YOURSELF trust me this company SEEMS good untill something does wrong then they reveal their true colours. BEWARE DELIVERY TIMES CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS INSTEAD OF 1-2 DAYS IF YOU USE PARCLEMONKEY.COM INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THE COURIERS DIRECTLY, i have found out from the couriers this is because Parclemonkey fails to book the packages to be collected once you have booked the packages with parclemonkey See you in court Parclemonkey

I am tearing my hair out and the inability to find anyone to help me -Its impossible .I booked an international package over 7 days ago and detailed on the collection information that the package would be avialbale to pick up from a secure outhouse at my property. DPD have now made 3 unsuccessful trip saying each time I was not in- i knew that when I booked the pick up hence the detailed instructions of where to pick up despite several emails to Parcel monkey Ive heard nothing and it now transpires that DPD will not pick up without someone being at home. Cant find a chanel to get a refund so DPD will be forever in the loop of trying to pick up a parcel that they cannot collect from a safe place!!!
