Getting a quote and making a booking was very easy and straightforward. However almost two weeks after drop off of my package it still has not been delivered. Parcel Monkey has no call centre and it is therefore hard to get any information.

Your lables are way to big (A4) Especially if your parcel is half the size of the label. Also it didnt fit in the docs holders. Most other companies labels are half the size.

Even though I slipped on a peel and forgot to attach the delivery label, Parcel Monkey still followed through with the delivery in quick haste. I might even go as far as to say this service is bananas TROLOLOLOLOL!!

I KNEW I SHOULDNT HAVE USED PARCELMONKEY AFTER READING SOME WARNING REVIEWS. I BOOKED AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY EARLIER TODAY FOR PARCEL FORCE, THEY SENT THE LABEL I STUCK IT ON WENT TO DROP IT OFF AT THE POST OFFICE AS PM SUGGESTED AND THE POST OFFICE REFSED TO ACCEPT IT SAYING THE BAR CODES ISNT CORRECT AND THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO. ONLY THING IS YOU CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH PARCEL MONKEY TO DISCSS ANYTHING! THERES NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THE ONLINE CHAT IS A JOKE, THEY NEVER RESPOND! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE DO NOT USE!!!!

I was sending some alloy frames to my Ebay customer which arrived bent due to very poor handling. I had double packed the frames in double thick cardboard and plastered the parcel with "FRAGILE" notices and even highlighted the words in orange marker pen! This has not improved my Ebay rating. Thanks a lot Parcel Monkey. ABYSMAL SERVICE.

Really impressed with the service. I sent a parcel from Glasgow to Hong Kong. Price was about £40 compared to £80 with DHL and everything went seamlessly. Picked up on time and dropped off on time with a reminder that it would be delivered he day before it was. Brilliant.

My parcel was damaged when arriving at the customer in London and the machine totally damaged. I emailed parcelforce but as of yet I have not had a reply. I paid for insurance so the customer needs compensation and her money returned

Wanted a simple delivery, that was supposed to arrive in 4-5 days, its been over 3 weeks and it has been a real battle contacting them to get any sort of information. They keep replying how they will be in touch and will be fast to communicate but it takes them over 10 days to even contact their courrier for more information. Would definitly not recommened unless you dont mind that the parcel could get lost.

My parcel was received in tact by a DPD driver on Thurs morning after posting it Friday late afternoon. It was a little longer than the 2-3 days suggested over land, but I am happy that my parcel arrived for just £34 - and it was a massive box weighing c. 25 KGs. Happy.

Steer clear of using this company!! I sent a parcel that was meant to be delivered in 4-7 days and it took over 10 days then 3 weeks later I get informed theyve taken and extra £17 out of my account as the weight of the parcel was 6kgs and not 1.8kgs. The parcel was not even 1.8kgs it was less but I overstated it to be on the safe side now they say as I have no photographic evidence of this the charges stand. How is this right?!?! Why is it automatically assumed Ive made the mistake and not the courier company!!?! Shocking shocking company procedures, do not use this company. Whats interesting to note is that I see Im not the only one who has had this experience after reading the reviews.
