Found Parcel monkey did not keep to their scheduled promise and more importantly when collecting did not ring to get a signature from customer stating they were collecting goods or put anything to that effect through letterbox. After about four promised dates and times for collection which did not transpire the item was collected on Friday after 5 pm. I hope it was collected because for the above reasons I suddenly found it missing from door. When entering the track a parcel website I got a password filled in the appropriate box with my request and then was asked to fill in a three letter space text. Had no idea what this was ir what required so did not get a satisfactory reply. I think it important where possible a customer signs to acknowledge collection, That way they have proof and reddress when things go astray. Oh yes perhaps a telephone number could be given when a customer e-mails a problem that needs a human voice in the phone to sort it out

Ended up paying cash on Delivery for the package. The local delivery agent refused to deliver the product unless cash is paid to them. They noted this as customs charge, which was not the case.

Item posted on 1 August from UK to Germany. On 7 August item still not delivered! Requests for a refund are simply ignored. Avoid Parcel Monkey like the plague.

Easy to follow site , prices represent good value for money . Have used the collection / delivery service on two occasions with quite large items , no problems . Just make sure you have dimensions & weight to hand when booking!

Really simple booking process. Great prices. Posted parcel to France, was given a tracking reference and could see where the parcel was from the time of pick up to time of delivery in France. Also given name of person who signed for it. No delays. First class service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A confirmed collection never came. This caused me a great deal of stress as I had taken a Day off of work and needed to vacate my flat. I would not use this service again. I have still not been reimbursed for the delivery.

Easy to set up parcel collection/delivery on line - good comparison of options . Parcel collected on time and arrived promptly at the other end (Northern Ireland) in 2 days , as promised . Will definitely use again ! ????????

Parcel Monkey did not another courier. I paid extra for 24 hour service. Parcel Monkey would not explain why the pick up was delayed and refused to compensate me. Next time I will use the courier direct.

Used their service to assign a very well known courier service to collect a coffee table that I purchased online and the whole experience went smoothly.

VERY SLOW DELIVERY. p-monkey blaims customs at Spain (???) but it doesnt make sense to me. Ive sent at least 50 parcels from UK to Spain and never had to wait so long for delivery. I EXPECT REFUND ONCE PARCEL IS DELIVERED - 2 weeks for "courier" delivery is WAY too long. not happy

Everything delivered safely within the time period as promised. Tracking wasnt detailed but it was sufficient. Very satisfied.

Parcel monkey was recommended by my daughter when I had to send a box to her from uk to hk. It was going to cost £110 at the post office but parcel monkey cost £41 inc extra insurance. I chose dhl as a carrier and it arrived within days. Although the tracking given by parcel monkey didnt work, the one from dhl did. Highly recommend this swift and affordable service.

Perfectly on time pick up and delivery, correct pricing, only thing the parcel arrived a bit beaten up... no damage though, but it was only clothes therefore virtually impossible to damage.
