Everything delivered safely within the time period as promised. Tracking wasnt detailed but it was sufficient. Very satisfied.
The only downside is not getting a timeslot for collection.

Parcel monkey was recommended by my daughter when I had to send a box to her from uk to hk. It was going to cost £110 at the post office but parcel monkey cost £41 inc extra insurance. I chose dhl as a carrier and it arrived within days. Although the tracking given by parcel monkey didnt work, the one from dhl did. Highly recommend this swift and affordable service.

Perfectly on time pick up and delivery, correct pricing, only thing the parcel arrived a bit beaten up... no damage though, but it was only clothes therefore virtually impossible to damage.

My shipping to Uganda was unsuccessful!! I have used trak pak through parcel monkey for shipping a 2 kg box of the cost of £44 once it got there l got told that l have to pay additional extra country taxes of the price of £136 on top of what l have already paid!! Conclusion lost box lost my money !! My advise is to really double check what country you send it to by your owe research because the website dont say it so whats the point to shipping when it wont never arrived to destination!! And also how should l transfer the money to pay for border taxes its useless at least it should be all include in the same price so obviously dont believe it to only £44 to Uganda ....its a joke!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE! Saturday booked a collection for Monday: PM5617736. Parcel Monkey didnt collect on Monday. Parcel Monkey didnt collect on Tuesday. Parcel Monkey didnt collect on Wednesday. Cancelled order on Wednesday, booked with UPS. Left parcel outside home for UPS to collect on Thursday. Parcel got collected...on Thursday by ParcelMonkey! Had to drive for over an hour to depot to retrieve parcel. ParcelMonkey? ParcelMuppets more like! Almost one week later and my parcel still hasnt been collected from a UK address for Australia. Messed up my schedule by 2 weeks. Any apologies? None at all.

Parcel delivered on time. My only criticism was that when I took the parcel to Sainsburys there was, apparently, only one person who knew how to deal with the parcel and it took a bit of time for her to be found!

Absolute nightmare. They didnt give my address to company for pickup, so waited in for the whole day for parcel to be collected which never happened. Cant speak to anyone in customer service so all by message txt. Very slow to respond and they seem to have multiple conversations going on as once they have go back to you they go again for a few minutes each time.

Terrible service avoid at all cost.. spectacularly bad service. Take your money, dont deliver the item. Then keep your money. Customer service is only avaible with live chat or email. NO PHONE NUMBER. Email never respond and live chat cannot actually do anything to help what so ever beyond essentially talk you through the website.. total waste of time. Avoid this company. Massive mistake trying them out.

Not best value for money. When I booked the parcel, quoted delivery of the parcel in 3 working days. Parcel reached on 6th day. Spoiled one of the food item. I have used others in the past and would prefer to use other company now.

Used before on couple of occasions, this is the last! Terrible service! Booked a parcel to be dropped off for collection from DPD. 3 weeks later the parcel is still in the same location as I dropped it off. No honest answers from parcel monkey, no telephone support now. I had to raise the issue on 3 occasions, and Im still waiting for answers, just felt like generic replies that they WILL get back to me, but they dont answer my questions just apoligise and give it time. Its been 3 weeks and the parcel is in the exactly same location. Not good enough, I have an upset recipient and an even more annoyed PM customer.

Needed to post heavy item (7kg) for online sale. Very good price given online at Parcel Monkey with postage label to attach to parcel. Dropped off at local supermarket and delivered 2 days later to recipient with full tracking. Perfect.

I received my parcel late. I paid extra for the 24 hour delivery and it took 48 hours. Parcel Monkey refused to explain the reason and would not offer any compensation. I was unable to leave feedback about the service of Parcel Monkey. I would not trust the reviews on the companys own website.

Parcelforce collected parcel PM reference PM5569692 on behalf of parcel monkey and immediately lost it. Over 3 weeks ago now, and still no tracking information available. Parcel Force will not help as the contract is with parcel monkey. Many emails sent to parcel Monkey via the support ticket - all just receiving stock responses and no information whatsoever on the whereabouts of the parcel. Continuing to use Parcel monkey now seems to be a significant risk for sending anything valuable. They have no ability, or perhaps just no interest in tracking a package, and the courier themselves will not talk to the end customer.
