I use you guys all the time to send much needed charity aid out to Greece for various charities for helping refugees ....I live on a top floor flat & often send very heavy boxes out & your staff especially a man called Steve are so professional, friendly & helpful. Thank you

Never a problem with deliveries. Have used several times London to Portugal and can not fault. I advise drop off as opposed to collection, waiting in all day and sometimes that’s all you do- wait in for nothing. Drop off is a smooth operation. Had one delivery with a problem - I packed aerosol cans which are prohibited. Parcelmonkey customer service was responsive helpful and got the package returned to me. I removed the aerosols and 4 days later the package delivered in Portugal.

Its third time what I sent a parcel over Parcel Monkey and very satisfied! I can always see where is my parcel. Delivery always in time or even earlier! Great price. Very professional. No more what to say just Thank you Parcel Monkey

Dear Parcel Monkey Please can someone get back to me urgently on 07989419607. I booked a collection from Norway and when the collection was being made they asked for a Reference number; first issue, I never received a reference number. Second issue I could not log into my account to try and find it, third issue when I tried to reset my password the link never came through...and I have just tried again and still no link. Therefore the collection never went ahead however I have been charged for this collection and then asked to give feedback. I cant get through to anyone directly unless I log on however I cant because there is no link to reset the password. I would like a refund urgently please. Many thanks Harriet Sturgess

This is one of the worst companys that I have ever used. Please read the other bad reviews. It all now makes sense. They refused to deliver my parcel after they broke it, and subsequently failed to return it to me or offer a refund, all they said was that Im not eligible to claim as I valued my package as zero rated. They still managed to steal money from me for failing to post the package. This company is set up to take money, trash your parcel and not actually provide the service they promise.

I’m so pleased I chose this service after having problems with other firms delivering to my mum I’m spain.

Theyre generally great, out of over 40 scheduled deliveries these guys only missed one collection and that was a really late booking for collection the next day.

I sent 2 boxes from France- Germany, but was unaware that a fourth party would be handling my packages. When the boxes arrived in Berlin, they sat at a depot with no delivery attempt and no notice. For two weeks I wrote daily to Parcel Monkey trying to find my boxes. They said they were waiting to hear back from the carrier. So, I called Aramex and they told me they weren’t handling my packages. I wrote back to Parcel Monkey with no answers given. It was one week later that I finally got to write with a manager (I had to make threats) who informed me that my boxes were with DPD. Over the course of one more week I kept trying to get DPD tracking numbers from Parcel Monkey, meanwhile my boxes were sent back to France. I am now trying to track my boxes with DPD, but I believe I’ll never see them again. At this point, insurance money could not compensate for the loss of the contents of these boxes, or the stress and lost time caused by dealing with these primates.

I didn’t realise I had to print the label until after I had completed order. I don’t have a printer so had to ask a neighbour to print it for me.
Pick up time was a bit vague...

Several shipments all worked as stated.
One time there was an issue over delivery PM solved it and the parcel was delivered on time.

Parcel sent from UK to Bulgaria. No up-to-date tracking information on my account. Online help and support is very generic and have poor information. Parcel has apparently been lost and I now have to wait for Parcelmonkey to contact the carrier. Judging by the length of time it takes for them to respond to a question and the generic nature of these responses I can only assume I will be waiting until Christmas to find out that there is nothing they can do to find my parcel. Will not be using again!

Terrible service. They take your money, waste your time getting you to fill out all the forms, then advise they dont offer their service in your country.

Ive been using parcel monkey now for over 6 months, and Ive found them to be the cheapest for sending my large and heavy parcels.
The choice of courier service they offer is excellent form pick up to drop off service. Which is convenient for me as I work from home.
As a small seller working from home they have been consistently delivering quality service.

I booked by you because my colleague told me about you . And its now a week that my parcel did not picked up . Every time that I call the company its another story . If it is not taken by tomorrow. I want my money back and I will book somewhere else where is trust worthy.

Overall very good.few issues tracking my parcel but was delivered and received within agreed time frame.
Only downside is 8am till 8pm pickup , better if they advise either 8am till 12 noon pickup or 12 till 8pm slot for example!
