Totally uncaring if you have a damaged parcel. I reported a problem within the 10 day limit but as my recipient and I work we could only exchange photos and information intermittently. I am also not totally computer literate so found it difficult to forward evidence in the right format as a consequence they won`t complete the claim. Very unhappy as my parcel was definitely well taped and they would be claiming off Parcelforce anyway. Their site says they MAY reject claims not FULLY submitted in the 10 days - it does not say they WILL reject them !

All the recent comments are fake. Fake customers with fake orders. I had a pickup arranged, no one came. Rescheduled pickup 2 times, no one came to pick up the package. Called FedEx after 3 days of "Failed pickups" and they said they dont have any records that a pickup was ever scheduled. Checked the shipping label, destination address was wrong, maybe because after package was sent to the 2nd shipping company Aramex they could say: Were sorry, the address was wrong and charge me again, most likely this would have happened if I shipped my package with them. I even contacted live support and their team leave the chat while you are telling them what is going on. I had 3 people reconnect to the chat and had to beg the last person to stay on the chat and help me out. Stay away from them! They arent as good as those fake customers tells you, look on Google for real reviews, people lost packages using them, damaged goods, they are not respecting the pickup dates or reschedule it for you, they are frauds. I will even consider making a complaint over at BBB.

I found the process from order to delivery very smooth. However only to be sent an email to say that the parcel was 5kg and not 2kg as I had claimed. Thus I was to be charged an extra £15+. I immediately replied to say that I had weighed it before it left and it was 2kg. No reply to this email. I then sent a second email with proof, a photograph of the parcel on a scale at its destination showing 1.94kg. Still no reply. So I was delighted to see this email asking how they did. From a great start they have failed dismissally on customer service in not getting back to me. In addition I now feel ripped off! Thank goodness I only use one card for online purchases as they keep trying to take the additional money. Perhaps if they contacted me this might move forward.

Appalling service. Have had to reschedule a collection for the third time now. Am a first and last time user of this company which should be rebranded as monkey parcels. I feel a monkey for using them! Will be claiming a full refund if I do not get a collection for the third time. Use at your peril.

Parcel Force tried to collect without success (there was a person waiting though), couldnt get through to Parcel Monkey so had to moan at Parcel Force to see what happened, rearranged collection through Parcel Force. Yet again they couldnt collect (even though I gave more instructions) in the end I had to ask seller (complete stranger to me) to drop it off t the Parcel Force depot. Ink jet printer was delivered upside down and broken. Not enough contact for my liking to contact Parcel Monkey.

2 week’s ago tomorrow, I dropped off a letter at noon, it was due for delivery within 3-4 days. That didn’t happen... Prob 1 - I dropped it off on Friday, 20th, it was not collected until Tuesday 24th, the following week!! Prob 2 - the mistake was identified BY ME, and highlighted on FRIDAY EVE, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY and TUESDAY (when it was finally picked up) Prob 3 AND THE MOST IMPORTANT... Had Parcel Monkey escalated my query instead of REPEATEDLY LYING to me repeatedly (we cannot call them; the courier takes 24-48 hours to reply; the courier doesn’t work over the weekend) - EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE ARE LIES), the courier would have collected the letter before Tuesday. PROB 4 - the only way anything actually happened was when I went against what Parcel Monkey said and contacted the courier, DPD myself!!! According to Parcel Monkey I dropped my letter off just after midday on Saturday 20th and since it was delivered on Friday, 27th... I am not due a refund! I have suggested they refer back to their calendar as they will see that the 20th of October was a Friday (the day it should have been collected!!!!!) 3-4 days would have got it there by Tuesday/ Wednesday the following week. It needed to be there BEFORE Friday as I told them repeatedly. It was delivered on Friday, the 27th... which is NOT within 3-4 days!!!! So Parcel Monkey... YOU OWE ME A REFUND!!!!! I am waiting...

Everything went smooth in London, printing the labels, dropping the parcels, etc. However, although the recipient KNEW exactly when the parcel was coming and thus was at home the entire day, the parcels were not delivered to the address. Instead there was a note saying that they missed us and we can pick up the parcels from some shop 20minutes away from the address. Unfortunately, it seems common for delivery people to do that. If they want to have a shorter work day or cant be bothered to carry a package upstairs, they just hand out little notes saying they "missed" you.

Someone came to pick up the parcel. I lie in some flats and saw out of my window that someone had arrived. I waited by the buzzer and nothing happened. I then saw the driver driving off and then received a text about a missed delivery. I waited in all day for that and now have to do the same this Friday.

3 out of 5 times, the parcels dont get collected or dont get delivered and I have to chase them. Absolute pain and they never compensate or even give a proper apology

Parcel didnt arrive! Checked with them and parcelforce who they used and both are blaming the other! Will book direct next time as this just puts a further layer of communication into the mix and delays me getting any sensible resolution.

Prices are not clear. They are excluding vat then all of a sudden they include vat. Prices should be clear from the start.

I requested a parcel to be collected in UK and post to Spain madrid via road delivery. It still has arrived. The tracking status on parcel monkey website hasnt change from "collection scheduled" though the item has been picked up. I have had to track it on the third party courier which hasnt updated since leaving UK five days ago, it still is showing "departed UK". I dont know where my parcel is, nor who to call to request information. Highly unsatisfied with Parcel Monkey tracking service. I havent had piece of mind and still dont, about where my parcel is.

Please be aware that parcel monkey dont reply to you by your email address even though they have it. You will only now if they have replied to you by logging on to their website which is I believe a method to deter from making a claim. Like many good honest people I always pay the extra for insurance for peace of mind. I sold a vintage pine blanket box on ebay and packed it like all my items extremely well in bubble wrap thick cardboard then 2 inch insulation then lots of bubble wrap. But it still arrived damaged so I put in a claim however the recipient of the blanket box already made a refund via PayPal so didnt comply with parcel monkey. I explained that I cant force the recipient but did ask him several times to reply to them. After this parcel monkey then tried to get out of my insurance claim by saying they sent 3 messages that I didnt reply to on the 25th 26th 27th. However I did say that I previously asked them to notify me by email as I would then now straight away if I had received a message. As I would only now if I had a message by logging on to their website. Which I explained my mother was dying of cancer and I was her career and just didnt have time to login to their website every day on the of chance of seeing a message. So then they tried to say for the 3rd time I couldnt make a claim as the blanket box was a Antique? ? However I tried to explain that it was advertised in the antique Vintage section on ebay but it was a VINTAGE 1970ts blanket box. Now they are saying my claim is unsuccessful because it wasnt in a cardboard box but was underneath the bubble wrap. So I have requested the address details of the board of directors so I hope that they will comply but Im not holding my breath. Its my opinion that they try everything possible to get away from paying out on insurance as most people would give in because of the stress that it occurs. And believe me this as been a terrible time with parcel monkey and I dont now if the shareholders now how their customers service works or if it will be shocking? we will have to see.
