Cuckoo Clock.
The Post Office wanted > £60 to send my package to Germany. Through you it was sent for < £25 incl insurance. It arrived undamaged and in good time. Whats not to like?

I signed up to a 4-6 day service- at the 10th day when I chatted the help desk to find out why not delivered - they said they dont know and blamed the courier company. Parecel monkey charged me - They should have had an automatic feedback system in case not delivered but they dont know and asked me to wait for 24 hours. The chat keeps getting passed in between people.

Managed to book our parcel via parcel monkey and was given various drop of points near my address. We then went to drop off the parcel and was told by 2 shops that they will not take them as they are to big for there storage area even tho parcel monkey excepted the size. Spent a good two hours driving around to there various drop off points. That is the only bad point of parcel monkey. I have even used other couriers due to this reason if the parcel is a certain size. These drop off shops should except any parcel if its within parcel monkeys size limits.

very bad customer service , i paid twice for a parcel and they did not ship it they lost my parcel at their warehouse and now more than 45 days i am trying to claim the shipping cost with no proper response

Items NOT picked up. Items fully paid for and scheduled for collection. Wasted a WHOLE DAY 8am - 6pm no one showed up. No one contacted me to provide status or service update. Even when I contacted Parcel Monkey Customer Service no one could tell me what the reason for the service failure was or guarantee a delivery slot. Parcel Monkey has no telephone contact. The instant chat service is hopeless. They can’t provide a resolution plan to a service failure. Their Terms and Conditions provides them 5days lateness window for a collection. (2.7). However the Customer is required to wait from 8am – 6pm for a collection. They offer no compensation for service failure. I wouldn’t recommend this service or company. I will be PRAYING my items get collected sometime soon (in the next 5 days)

I sent a vintage typewriter to a buyer via an auction site. She was very excited about receiving this item as it was going to be a present for her son. This typewriter was in very good condition. It has been kept well for at least 35 years in great working order. I received an email from the buyer, who was, understandably very upset by the condition it arrived in. The case was badly cracked and one of the type-arms was bent underneath this crack. To cause this damage would have taken some effort, considering that I overcompensated re packaging such an item. Incredible. A company who delivers goods from one location to another, somehow believe that the condition the items arrive in is irrelevant. I have had to refund the buyer the full amount, as is proper etiquette in my opinion. So, I have made a loss by using this company. As I said, incredible! I suspect you receive many similar judgements re your service. I doubt very much that I will be compensated, but will be eternally vocal about your awful, awful service.

The parcel was not picked up on the day it was arranged for, thus a paid 24 hour service took over 48 hours. Not even been offered an apology or discount. Poor service I think !!!

I booked a delivery from Ireland to a UK address which contains a PO Box number. The Irish carriers who are contracted for the job, DPD, do not deliver to PO Box number addresses, even though they have a telephone number for the addressee. The parcel was in the system for a week, and then came back to me. No attempt was made to deliver it. I have had to contact you by email - you do not appear to have a contact telephone number. I am now waiting to hear how the parcel can be delivered as requested, and without further charge.

Terrible Company! Collection was canceled without telling me. After finding out by my own Ive contacted them and 2 days later theyve replied and rescheduled. Neither this time they collected on time, but at least they did!!! At the end Ive received the package a week later than expected, having paid a premium for a fast delivery. Lack of communication and poor customer service.

Parcel Monkey are an absolute disgrace. My letter was delivered late. I chased and chased (see previous reviews). I have just had another message saying I am ineligible for a refund. 3-4 “working days” is not stipulated on their website or the further info tab when selecting the service. However, had it been collected on Friday afternoon or even Monday, then it would have been fine... My letter was dropped off at the Drop off Shop on Friday shortly after midday. There was a collection later on the 20th and my letter should have been collected. It was missed. Had any of your staff highlighted this when I asked it could have been picked up on Saturday, Sunday (when there were collections) or even Monday instead of the Tuesday when it was eventually collected. Instead Parcel Monkey have spent all their time fobbing me off and lying to me repeatedly!!!! I am furious! I said time and time again it needed to reach South Africa BEFORE Friday, 27th - it arrived late!!! That is your fault!!! It should not have taken me constant chasing, a return trip to the drop off shop and several calls to DPD to get my letter collected. I paid you for a service and you did not deliver and all you’ve done is blame DPD!!! Parcel Monkey could and should have done resolved this!!! My letter was delivered late! I WANT TO STRESS IN THE STRONGEST POSSIBLE TERMS, DPD ARE NOT TO BLAME FOR THIS!!!!! I paid for a 3-4 day service. Nowhere does it say this is 3-4 working days... and even so, had your staff done their job, my letter would have arrived by THURSDAY NOT FRIDAY!!!! DO NOT TELL ME AGAIN TO OPEN ANOTHER SUPPORT REQUEST FAO MANAGER - I HAVE DONE THAT, NUMEROUS TIMES AND ALL I SAY IS IGNORED!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Very Very bad service as they do not communicate with each other and keeps giving me old information which I already have. Writing a compliant letter as it has been two months since I sent my packages and cannot even track on where they are now. Very disappointed with their service.
